        코딩-열분해법에 의해 제조한 BaTiO$_3 $ 박막의 결정 성장을 위한 낮은 산소 분압에서의 열처리

        Ba과 Ti의 금속 유기 화합물을 이용하여 (100) $SrTiO_3$ 기판 위에 $BaTIO_3$ 박막을 코팅-열분해법으로 제조하였다. $450^{\circ}C$에서 사전 열처리한 비정질상의 박막은 $2\times 10^{-4}$ atm으로 조정된 산소 분압 하에서 $700^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도로 열처리함으로써 결정화되었다. $800^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 제조한 박막의 기판에 수직한 면의 격자상수는 cubic $BaTIO_3$의 a 값에 가까우면 $800^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 제조한 박막의 tetragonal $BaTIO_3$ 의 a 값에 가까 웠다. 박막과 기판의 정렬상태를 XRD $\beta$ scan과 pole-figure로 분석한 결과 $BaTIO_3$ 박막은 $SrTiO_3$ 기판과 에피택시 관계가 있었다. $800^{\circ}C$에서 열처리한 박막의 표면은 0.4${\mu}m$ 정도의 섬 형태의 입자로 구성되어 있었고 약 0.8$\mu\textrm{m}$의 두께를 가진 단면은 구형의 입자가 층을 이루고 있었다. $BaTIO_3$ thin films were prepared on (100) $BaTIO_3$ substrates by coating- pyrolysis process using metal-organic compounds of Ba and Ti. The amorphous films prefired at $450^{\circ}C$were crystallized above $700^{\circ}C$ under oxygen partial pressure of $2\times 10^{-4}$. The lattice parameters of the perpendicular axis for the $BaTIO_3$ thin films heat-treated below $800^{\circ}C$ were closer to a value of cubic $BaTIO_3$, whereas those above $800^{\circ}C$ were closer to a value of tetragonal BaTiG. The results of XRD P scan and pole-figure analyses indicated that BaTiO, thin films have an epitaxial relationship with the $SrTiO_3$ substrates. The $BaTIO_3$thin films annealed at$800^{\circ}C$ showed the surface with island-like grains about 0.4$mu \textrm{m}$ and the cross section of 0.8 $mu \textrm{m}$ thickness with granular grains.

      • 편마비 환자의 밀기증후군 유무에 따른 기능 회복의 특성

        A 'pusher syndrome' encompassing postural imbalance and hemi-neglect is believed to aggravate the prognosis of stroke patients. The patients with pusher syndrome show a particular posture that pushing away from the unaffected side of the body. The objective of this study was to investigate associated proprioception, associated neuro-psychological symptoms and characteristics of functional outcome with and without pusher syndrome. The subjects of this study were 58 acute stroke patients who been rehabilitated at two university hospitals in Seoul and Buchun. Data were collected using proprioception test and line bisection test. The ability of ADL was assessed by the Modified Barthel Index, transfer by the Functional Independence Measure, and balance by the Modified Motor Assessment Scale. The results were that significant difference was found in the presence of proprioception, in the incidence of hemineglect and anosognosia, and in the score of ADL, transfer and balance between patients with and without pusher syndrome. Patients without pusher syndrome gained more motor score than patients with pusher syndrome. From improvement of view, patients with pusher syndrome gained the lowest score in ability of transfer. The finding suggest that the patients with pusher syndrome is a poorer functional outcome, be related to proprioception, hemineglect and anosognosia.

      • CRF를 이용한 운율경계추성 성능개선

        In this paper, we present a phrase break prediction method using CRF(Conditional Random Fields), which has good performance at classification problems. The phrase break prediction problem was mapped into a classification problem in our research. We trained the CRF using the various linguistic features which was extracted from POS(Part Of Speech) tag, lexicon, length of word, and location of word in the sentences. Combined linguistic features were used in the experiments, and we could collect some linguistic features which generate good performance in the phrase break prediction. From the results of experiments, we can see that the proposed method shows improved performance on previous methods. Additionally, because the linguistic features are independent of each other in our research, the proposed method has higher flexibility than other methods.

        Prosody Generation Based on C-ToBI Representation for Text-to-SpeechSeungwon Kim, Yu Zheng, Gary Geunbae Lee, Byeongchang KimProsody modeling is critical in developing text-to-speech (TTS) systems where speech synthesis is used to automatically generate natural speech. In this paper, we present a prosody generation architecture based on Chinese Tone and Break Index (C-ToBI) representation. ToBI is a multi-tier representation system based on linguistic knowledge to transcribe events in an utterance. The TTS system which adopts ToBI as an intermediate representation is known to exhibit higher flexibility, modularity and domain/task portability compared with the direct prosody generation TTS systems. However, the cost of corpus preparation is very expensive for practical-level performance because the ToBI labeled corpus has been manually constructed by many prosody experts and normally requires a large amount of data for accurate statistical prosody modeling. This paper proposes a new method which transcribes the C-ToBI labels automatically in Chinese speech. We model Chinese prosody generation as a classification problem and apply conditional Maximum Entropy (ME) classification to this problem. We empirically verify the usefulness of various natural language and phonology features to make well-integrated features for ME framework.

        Synechoscoccus sp. cyanophage 구조단백질의 특성

        The protein profile of Synechococcus sp. cyanophage was investigated employing SDS-PAGE. The phage appears to be composed of two major proteins of 97 and 52 kDa and at least seven minor proteins of 70, 65, 60, 40, 35, 28, and 6 kDa. It seems that each subunit is combined to form a multimer although any disulfide bond does not exist in the phage structure. Lytic activity of the phage particle against cell wall was detected around the 52 kDa on renaturing SDS-PAGE using heat-killed Micrococcus luteus cells as substrate. The activity has the optimal pH between 9 and 10, and slightly inhibited by EDTA. Synechococcus sp. cyanophage의 SDS-PAGE 수행 결과 구조단백질은 두 개의 major protein(97 kDa, 52 kDa)과 최소 일곱 개의 minor protein(70 kDa, 65 kDa, 60 kDa, 40 kDa, 35 kDa, 28 kDa, 6 kDa)으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. Subunit들은 서로 disulfide bond로 연결되어 있지는 않지만 비공유적 결합으로 multimer를 형성하여 phage particle을 구성하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 또한 heat-killed Micrococcus luteus cell을 기질로 이용한 renaturing SDS-PAGE 방법으로 phage particle내의 세포벽 분해능을 살표본 결과 52 kDa 부근에서 세포벽 분해활성이 발견되었다. 이러한 세포벽 분해활성은 최적 pH가 9~10 사이이며 EDTA에 대한 낮은 저해를 나타내었다.

        문헌 고찰을 통한 비만 치료 한약의 장내미생물 변화 연구

        Objective This study identified useful herbal medicines and prescriptions for obesity treatment by analyzing herbal medicines and prescriptions that showed meaningful results in weight loss by changing the gut microbiota. Methods Using PubMed, we selected and studied 23 papers showing meaningful results on weight loss through changes in the gut microbiota using herbal medicines. Result Of the 23 selected papers, 17 were of studies using herbal medicines, and 6 of studies using prescriptions. Pomegranate peel, Flos Lonicera, Rehmannia glutinosa, Rhein, Coix seed, Platycodon grandiflorus, mulberry leaves, Poria cocos, asperuloside, Bupleuri radix, Astragalus polysaccharides, Ephedra sinica, Ganoderma lucidum, Hirsutella sinensis, Caulis spatholobi, aconite, and Bletilla striata were used as herbal medicine. Linggui zhugan-tang, Bofutsushosan, Shenling baizhu powder, Chowiseungcheng-tang, Daesiho-tang, and Yijin-tang were used as prescription. Conclusion Seventeen herbal medicines and six prescriptions associated with meaningful results in weight loss through changes in the gut microbiota, suggest the possibility of treatment and prevention of obesity through herbal medicine.

        초음파 절삭기 핸드피스부 제작 및 변위 특성 시뮬레이션

        Ultrasonic wave technologies have been widely used in ultrasonic washing machines, ultrasonic surgery, ultrasonic welding machines, ultrasonic sensors, and medical instruments. Ultrasonic surgery can be realized through the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves. In this study, piezoelectric ceramics were manufactured to achieve the optimum design of a piezoelectric vibrator in a handheld generator for ultrasonic surgery. The best specimen showed the excellent piezoelectric properties of kp=0.624, Qm=1,531, and $d_{33}=356pC/N$. Numerical modeling based on the finite element method was performed to find the resonance frequency, the anti-resonance frequency, and the displacement properties of the handheld ultrasonic generator. Maximum displacement was observed in the six-step piezoelectric vibrator at $6.36{\mu}m$.
