To find antitumor components, a protein-bound polysaccharide fraction was obtained by extracting with hot water and precipitating with ethanol from the carpophores and the cultured mycelia of Laccaria laccata. The fraction was examined for antitumor activity against sarcoma 180 implanted in mice. The component extracted from the carpophores showed 75% and 60% tumor inhibition ratios in the doses of 20㎎ and 50㎎/㎏/day, respectively. The protein-bound polysaccharide fraction of the cultured mycelia of L. laccata also showed 57.8% tumor inhibition ratio in the dose of 20㎎/㎏/day. The chemical analysis of the protein-bound polysaccharide fraction showed that it contained a polysaccharide and a protein. The hydrolysates of the polysaccharide moiety contained six and one unknown monosaccharides. Fourteen amino acids were identified in the hydrolysates of the protein moiety.

본 연구에서는 2017년 6월 수원역 환승센터가 개통됨에 따라 환승센터 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 통한 환승센터 개선방안을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 설문 분석결과 환승유형별 통행요금이나 통행시간 차이는 대체로 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났고 환승이동시간, 버스대기시간, 통행시간 변화는 환승유형과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 IPA 분석을 통해 환승센터 시설 및 서비스에 대한 중요도 및 만족도를 분석하였으며, 신뢰성검증 결과 평가요소별 Cronbach's α값이 전부 0.8에 근접하거나 이상의 값을 가져 평가항목으로써의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 안내 서비스 개선방안으로 환승센터 개통으로 인한 노선이전 등 안내 서비스를 유지해야 할 것으로 보여진다. 또한 택시승강장 등 시설이용의 편리성을 증대하기 위한 위치에 재검토가 필요하며, 환승센터 내 조명 밝기 조정이나 편의시설 설치를 통해 이용자의 편의를 높이는 개선책이 추가되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

DACUM 기법을 활용한 보육교사의 영유아 건강관리에 대한 직무분석 및 인식 연구

This study aimed to specify and analyze the health management of young children to help preschool teachers perform better and set a basic guideline for learning and performing on the job. The study thus defined and analyzed preschool teachers' duties, health management tasks and job awareness. This study included a DACUM-based job analysis and a survey. The job analysis counted on DACUM (Developing A Curriculum; Norton, 1997) and made up of expert workshops, email feedback activities, and three-advisor consulting. The survey was conducted on 200 preschool teachers in Seoul. Using SPSS version 23, the analysis included frequency analysis of descriptive statistics, validity and reliability, average and standard deviation, and factor analysis. First, the analysis defined a teacher's job as supporting children's physical and mental development through acquisition and application of general knowledge of young childhood health according to the health management system of a daycare center. Five duties and 24 tasks were drawn under the definition. Second, the awareness analysis showed that teachers' priorities were tasks related to infectious diseases, first-aid training, and teachers' self-management; the toughest task was caring for those with infectious diseases. This analysis sought to boost the young childhood health management and help preschool teachers perform better on the job to alleviate life-related occupational risks.

보험컨설팅이 추가가입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구-국내 H생명사의 기 계약자를 중심으로-

보험 상품은 무형의 상품이면서 보장자산이며, 미래지향적인 장기효용의 상품이기 때문에 보험에는 일반적인 상품과는 분명히 다른 서비스 품질이 존재한다. 본 연구는 보험컨설팅이 기 계약자의 추가가입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 보험컨설팅 서비스에는 전문성, 신뢰성, 고객지향성의 선행연구를 기본으로 하여 H 생명보험사의 기 계약자들을 중심으로 설문 조사하였다. 본 연구는 보험컨설팅을 통한 추가가입에 영향을 미치는 고객만족 요인을 실증분석을 통해 연구했다는 점과 실증분석 된 결과물은 보험사의 마케팅 전략과 상품개발 시 고객의 니즈에 대한 만족도를 제공함은 물론이고 설계사들의 영업 지표로도 활용이 될 수 있다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 보험 상품은 장기간의 고객과의 신뢰계약이므로 보험사는 기 계약자들의 보험컨설팅을 통해 고객만족경영의 목표를 달성하기 위해서 고객들의 특성에 맞고 그들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 또 무엇보다 꾸준한 사후관리를 통해 고객의 신뢰를 창출시키는 것이 중요하다. It has been recognized that insurance products are intangible goods, guarantee properties, and future-oriented long lasting goods that insurance products have somewhat different service qualityfrom that of other normal products. The items, used for evaluating insurance consulting service, are expertise, confidence, and customer orientation that the research has been conducted against contractors of ‘H’ Life Insurance Company, based on the previous researches on the items. This study has been aimed on the elements which bring the additional insurance enrollment through the consulting, and conducted by the empirical analysis. The results are significant that they could be used to establish marketing strategies, to satisfy customers’ needs, and for consultants’marketing index. The insurance products are based on the trust of customers that the insurance companies need to try to provide their customers with services for their various kinds of needs, and above all, increase their confidence through constant management.

수원시 자전거 이용환경 평가지표 개발 및 적용방안 연구

본 연구에서는 자전거 이용에 필요한 이용환경과 관련된 지표를 도출하고, 수원시 자전거 이용환경을 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하고 적용하였다. AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 자전거 안전성(0.434), 자전거 이용편리성(0.291), 자전거 정책(0.275)의 3개 상위계층과 19개의 하위항목을 도출하여 평가지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 평가지표는 신도심 및 구도심의 주거지역, 상업지역, 역세권과 하천변 자전거도로 구분하여 총 10개 구간에 적용하였다. 적용결과 평균 48.0점으로 평가점수가 낮게 나타났다. 이는 평가지표 중요도가 높은 자전거 교통사고 발생과 자전거 안전시설 및 노면표시, 자전거 횡단도 등의 시설이 미설치 또는 미흡하였기 때문이다. 이에 안전하고 편리한 자전거 이용환경을 위해 자전거 인프라를 구축할 필요가 있으며, 자전거 관련 정책의 지속적인 운영•관리, 홍보, 교육 프로그램 개발 등을 추진해야 할 것으로 보인다.

간호학과와 사회복지학과 학생의 치매에 대한 지식과 태도

본 연구는 간호학과와 사회복지학과 학생을 대상으로 치매에 대한 지식과 태도를 파악하여 교육프로그램개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 J도 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 간호학과와사회복지학과 학생 451명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2012년 10월 1일부터 10월 20일까지였으며, 수집된자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자들은 치매에 대한 지식수준이 비교적 높은 수준이었으며, 간호학과 학생들의 치매에 대한 지식수준이(16.42±1.77점, 범위 0~20점) 사회복지학과 학생들(16.02±2.30점, 범위 0~20점)보다 약간 높았다(p=.015). 두 학과 모두 치매에 대한 태도가 비교적 긍정적이었고(간호학과 40.48±4.29점, 사회복지학과 40.54±4.62점, 범위 10~50점). 치매에 대한 지식과 관심도가 높을수록 긍정적인 태도를 나타냈다. 이상의 결과를 토대로, 치매에 대한 지식과 태도를 향상시키기 위한 다양한 교육프로그램 개발과 연구 진행이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study is a descriptive research conducted to provide basic resources for the productioncourse and programs by identifying knowledge and attitudes toward dementia of nursing students andsocial welfare students. The participants were 451 students of nursing science and social welfare infour-year university at J-do. Data were collected from October 1, 2012 to October 20, 2012, by usingstructured questionnaires and analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 program. The participants showed relativelyhigh level of knowledge. Nursing students(16.42±1.77 point, range 0~20) showed higher level of knowledgethan social welfare students(16.02±2.30 point, range 0~20)(p=.015). Both students showed relativelypositive attitudes(nursing 40.48±4.29 point, social welfare 40.54±4.62 point, range 10~50). The higher theparticipants' knowledge and interests in dementia, attitudes toward dementia were more positive. Based onthe result, it is required to develop various education program and research to promote knowledge andattitudes toward dementia.
