        일본 공동체복합지원시설의 복합화 유형과 공간에 관한 연구

        After 2004, as the community mixed-support facility in Japan was admitted as a private business of public facilities based on the Special Law for Urban Regeneration, the community mixed-support facilities in Japan are developed into various types with the view of the urban regeneration and urban renewal, more different point of view, and a tendency of establishment of the community facility has been considerably changed for the past twenty years. The reasons of the change are the social demand for the reformation of facility and the modification of subsidy constitution according to the establishment of equal facility. Some examples of that are the construction of lifelong education community and the change into a equivalent society between male and female and the adjusting to the aging and the welfare society and the social situation of more consumption recently, and in order to emerge from former building system, new facilities related to the contents are being expanded. The complex of the community mixed-support facility has an advantage in that it supplies the services for the complex of the community mixed-support facility, constitutes the communal character and the sense of solidarity among residents and can lead the development of region through the exchange of regional information. Through the Japanese community mixed-support facility which has many cases of it, this study would recognize the suggestion, the feature of it and examine the complex types.

        질병의 증상을 보이는 해수 양식 어류에서 분리한 비브리오속 세균

        본 연구에서는 2002년에서 2004년간 우리 나라 해수 어류 양식장에서 분리되는 세균 중 비브리오 속에 속하는 세균의 종 조성을 조사하였다. 질병의 증상을 보이는 어류로부터 166개의 비브리오속 세균 균주를 수집하였으며, 이들 균주는 넙치 (133 균주), 조피볼락 (8 균주), 참돔 (6 균주), 대하 (5 균주), 감성돔 (4 균주), 전복 (3 균주) 및 기타 해수 어류 (7 균주) 등에서 분리한 균주를 대상으로 하였다. 모든 분리 균주에 대하여 각종 생화학적 성상을 조사하고 그 특성에 따라 분리 균주를 구분하였다. 각 생화화적 성상 group에서 대표 균주를 선정하여 16S rRNA 및 16S-23S rRNA 유전자 서열을 분석하고 이들 결과를 종합하여 분리 균주을 동정하였다. 그 결과 14종 이상의 비브리오 종으로 동정할 수 있었으며, 그 종 조성은 V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) 및 Vibrio spp. (24 strains) 등이었다. A bacteriological survey in maricultured fish farms was conducted in Korea from 2002 to 2004. A total number of 166 Vibrio isolates were collected from diseased fishes, including olive flounder (133 isolates), black rock fish (8 isolates), red sea bream (6 isolates), shrimp (5 isolates), black sea bream (4 isolates), abalone (3 isolates) and other fishes (7 isolates). All isolates were phenotypically characterized and then groups were obtained using the traditional biochemical test. Representative isolates of each group were genotypically characterized with sequencing the 16S rRNA genes or 16S-23S intergenic space genes. Above 14 species of Vibrio were identified as V. ichthyoenteri (45 strains), V. alginolyticus (34 strains), V. harveyi (32 strains), Ph. damselae subsp. damselae (Formerly V. damsela, 10 strains), V. campbellii (6 strains), V. costicola-like (6 strains), V. fisheri (5 stains), V. fluvialis (4 strains) and others Vibrio sp. (24 strains) by combining of biochemial and genetic characteristics.

        박도유(朴都儒)모반사건으로 본 웅진도독부와 신라의 갈등

        The relationship between the Ungjin Commandery and Shilla was examined through the Mt. Chuiri Covenant in 665, which contained the bond the commandery and the kingdom forged through marriage. However, Park Do-yu, the governor of Hansan-ju who was supposed to get married to form a bond with the kingdom broke the covenant, which destroyed the budding relationship between the commandery and the kingdom. Park Do-yu`s betrayal was significant in history. The fact that Park Do-yu, who was supposed to get married to a woman from Shilla or Tang based on the Mt. Chuiri Covenant, was coaxed by the Ungjin Commandery to betray the kingdom meant the end of the covenant. The event is recorded only in "answer for the writing of Seol In-gui." Furthermore, the annals of Shilla in 『Samguksagi』 contains Su-se`s betrayal in 670 not Park Do-yu`s betrayal. The two events, however, turned out to be identical. Therefore, it is assumed that Park Do-yu`s or Su-se`s betrayal occurred around 670. It seems that the operation Seol Oh-yu from Shilla and Go Yeon-mu from Goguryeo carried out together between March and April 670 caused Park Do-yu to break the covenant. As a result of the operation, Park Do-yu, who was close to Tang and married to a Baekje woman from the Ungjin Commandery, was forced to choose between Tang and Shilla, It is presumed that having witnessed Baekje and Gorguryeo being defeated by Shilla, Park Do-yu was coaxed by the Ungjin Commandery to choose Tang. Ungjin Commandery and Silla exchanged Yegun, a person of Ungjin Commandery, and Kim Yu-don, one of Silla, as hostages in July, 670 in order to solve the Park Do-yu betrayal.

        In the work of contemporary spatialization, the meaning of program is being an important conceptual element beyond simple functional dimension. The design of this diagram allows to balance among changing programs, and it comes into the spotlight as a medium, which links the virtual to the reality as embodying the virtual, which is not embodied realistically, realistically through the design process. In other words, this method is attracting the public attention as a design tool which can concentrate on design process rather than a fixed tool. This study focuses on the role of balancing among mixed programs and the diagram as a design tool. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and research the work of spatialization, which apply to diagrams of contemporary designers, is to identify operating mechanism and then is to examine the characteristics and importance of them.

      • 비후성 유문협착증에 대한 유문근 절개술에서 개복 술식과 복강경 술식의 비교

        Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) is the most common infantile surgical condition and the standard treatment is open pyloromyotomy. Recently, laparoscopic techniques have rapidly advanced, and the laparoscopic approach has become widely adopted by pediatric surgeons. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes between open and laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. We retrospectively evaluated outcomes of pyloromyotomy for HPS by the open (OP) and the laparoscopic (LP) method. The procedures were performed at the Samsung Medical Center between September 2001 and March 2009. We analyzed patient age, sex, birth weight, length of hospital stay, postoperative length of stay (LOS), operating time, time to feeding commencement, postoperative vomiting frequency, the time to full feeding without vomiting, and surgical complications. A total of 54 patients were included in the study. There were 26 OP and 28 LP patients. There was no statistically significant difference in age, sex, birth weight, operating time, postoperative emesis. In contrast, postoperative LOS in the LP group was statistically significantly shorter than that in the OP group (2.0 vs. 3.3 days, p=0.0003) and time to full feeding was significantly shorter following LP. (p=0.018) There were no wound complications. Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy significantly reduced postoperative LOS and time to full feeding compared to open pyloromyotomy.

        무전해 은도금한 폴리에스터 직물의 산화방지 효과와 물성

        The oxidation prevention effect and properties of polyester fabrics prepared by electro less silver plating were examined. Electroless silver plating was performed under the optimum conditions reported in previous studies. The e1ectroless silver plated fabric (polyurethane resin with a surface coating) was used to prevent oxidation. The surface morphology, electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness and washing durability were measured by SEM and RF impedance analysis. The physical properties of the polyester fabrics by e1ectroless silver plating were analyzed by examining the oxidation prevention effect, tensile strength, stiffness, air permeability, antimicrobial activity and thermal resistance.

        PET 직물에 무전해 은도금시 전처리의 영향

        This study's purpose is to propose the basic data for development of high quality electromagnetic wave shielding fabrics in electroless silver plating. Silver nitrate is used in polyester fabric as an electromagnetic wave shielding material. The alkaline treatment and catalyst treatment are affected to durability of silver membrane in electroless silver plating. Therefore we confirmed add on and thickness of silver membrane, surface morphology and electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness to etched degree and catalyst concentration of PET fabric. Surface morphology and wash-ability are measured using SEM. The electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness of polyester fabrics, by electroless silver plating, is measured by using an RF Impedance analyzer. The results are as follows: The optimum weight loss by alkaline treatment of polyester fabrics is about 20%. As the concentration of $SnCl_2$ and $AgNO_3$ increases, add on and thickness of silver, electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness increased. The optimum concentration of $SnCl_2$ and $AgNO_3$ in the catalyst reaction, is 5.0 g/l and 0.5 g/l, respectively.

        백제 시조 전승의 양상과 변화 원인

        백제의 시조로는 東明, 溫祚, 優台, 沸流, 仇台, 都慕 등의 다양한 인물들이 전해진다. 백제의 시조 전승이 다양한 원인을 각 시조 전승의 등장 시기와 배경 등을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 백제의 시조 전승은 크게 동명-온조 전승, 우태-비류 전승으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 동명 전승은 범부여계의 시조인 부여의 동명으로 이는 일본에 전해지는 백제 시조 도모와 같다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 우태-비류 전승은 다시 구태 전승으로 변개되었다. 『續日本紀』의 도모 전승은 동명신화가 시기에 따라 두 가지 양상으로 변화·전개되었음을 보여주었다. 『속일본기』 桓武 延曆 9년의 백제 도모 전승은 동명신화의 초창기의 원형으로, 환무 연력 8년의 백제 도모 전승은 동명신화의 후대적 모습으로 구분할 수 있다. 즉 동명신화는 초창기에는 단순히 기의 감응, 태양신의 감응 단계에서 후반기 천신과 하백녀의 결합 구조로 발전하였다고 볼 수 있다. 『속일본기』의 기록에는 이 두 가지 유형이 모두 나타났으며, 「扶餘隆墓誌銘」의 내용은 후반기에 해당하였다. 한편 『삼국유사』 북부여, 동부여조의 내용을 통해 고구려 朱蒙의 계보가 구성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 북부여조의 解慕漱-解夫婁의 부자관계가 고구려조에는 해모수-주몽(동명)의 부자관계로 설정되었다. 해부루의 계보는 북부여의 정통인 해모수와는 단절되었고, 백제의 우태-비류 전승으로 연결되었다. 『삼국사기』 백제본기의 온조 즉위년조의 시조 동명-온조 전승과 우태-비류 전승은 각각 별개의 전승으로 있다가 해모수-해부루-우태-비류의 계보가 형성된 이후 동명-온조의 가계와 결합한 형태로 나타났다. 그러므로 우태-비류 전승이 동명-온조 전승보다 후대의 것으로 볼 수 있다. 우태-비류 전승은 비류왕, 비유왕의 예처럼 방계로 왕위를 계승한 왕들의 정통성 확보라는 측면에서 등장한 시조 전승으로 파악할 수 있다. 즉 우태-비류 전승은 동명-온조 전승과 별개로 각각 존재하다 『書記』의 편찬 무렵에 온조 전승과 결합하여 온조·비류의 형제관계로 전환되었다. 그리고 이 형태는 『삼국사기』 백제본기의 온조와 비류 형제설화로 파악된다. 시조 우태-비류 전승이 백제 시조로 전면에 부상한 시기는 고구려의 부여 병합, 주몽의 동명성왕 추증으로 부여계승 의식이 확보되는 문자명왕대로 추정해 볼 수 있다. 급변하는 대외관계 속에서 백제의 시조 동명의 위상은 퇴색되며, 새롭게 시조로 등장한 이가 우태였을 것이다. 중국의 사서들에 우태 대신에 구태가 기록된 것은 백제의 정치적 의도로 파악되었다. 먼저 우태는 중국 역사서들에 기록된 고구려의 관등명인 우태와 동일하였다. 중국의 사서류에 대한 정확한 정보를 가지고 있던 백제인들로서는 그들의 시조 우태를 그대로 중국에 전할 수 없었을 것이다. 우태는 또한 중국 사서의 부여왕 尉仇台를 연상시켰다. 우태는 구태로 중국 사서에 백제 시조로 기록되었다. 그리고 백제는 구태를 통해 마한고지보다 확장된 출자관인 대방고지를 관념적으로 획득하게 되었다. 이런 관념은 그대로 중국의 국가들이 백제왕들을 대방군공, 혹은 대방군왕으로 책봉하는 책봉명으로 확장되었다. The progenitor of Baekje has been handed down the Dongmyeong - Onjo and the Utae - Biryu. The transmission of Domo by Shoku Nihongi developed in two different ways, according to the time of Dongmyeong`s myth. Dongmyeong`s myth develpoed from the responsive stage of routine and sun gods in the initial phase to the combination structure of the God of heaven and Habaengnyeo in the second half. Through the SamgukYusa, we can learn how to establish the genealogy of Jumong, the ancient kingdom of Goguryeo. The father and son relationship between Haemosu - Haeburu has been set to be the father and son relationship between Haemosu - Jumong(Dongmyeong) in Goguryeo. The genealogy of Haeburu was cut off from Haemosu and connected to Utae - Biryu in Baekje. The Dongmyeong - Onjo transmission and the Utae - Biryu transmission in the progenitor of Baekje was separate from each other, and then joined together at some point. The Utae - Biryu transmission is more hospitable than the Dongmyeong - Onjo transmission. The Utae - Biryu transmission appeared in terms of the legitimacy of the collateral king who succeeded in the throne , as examples of kings of the Biryu and Biyu. The Biryu transmission and the Onjo transmission were converted into onjo and biryu brothers at the end of the SeoKi compilation. When the Utae - Biryu transmission appears on the front of the Baekje progenitor, it is believed to be an annexed the king of Munjamyeong of Goguryeo. In the rapidly changing relationship, the status of Dongmyeong of the Baekje progenitor was tarnished, and the newly born figure of the progenitor was Utae. First of all, Utae was the same as Utae, the rank and name of Gogurye at the kind of china history. The people of Baekje, who had accurate information about the kind of china history, would not have been able to convey their progenitor Utae to China. Utae also reminded wigutae, the king of Buyeo in the kind of china history. which is not Utae, Gutae has been recorded as the progenitor of Baekje in china history. Through Gutae, Baekje was able to acquire the old land of Daebang, which is an extension of the old land of Mahan, ideologically.
