The reaction of (4-methyl-1-oxo-l,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-2-yl)acetic acid with ethanol afforded ethyl(4-methyl-1-oxo-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-2-yl)acetate. This compound with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-(4-methyl-1-oxo-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-2-yl)acetohydrazide(7). The reaction of compound 7 with substituted benzaldehydes, heteroaryl aldehydes, substituted benzoyl chlorides, heteroacyl chlorides, substituted phenylacetyl chlorides and sulfonyl chlorides gave 2-substituted-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines(8-16), respectively. The reaction of compound 7 with alkyl (ethoxymethylene)cyanoacetates resulted in the intramolecular cyclization to give pyrazolyl-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines(17). The pyrrolo[l,2-a]quinoxalines have been shown the tautomerism between the oxo (A) and hydroxy (B) forms in dimethyl sulfoxide solution.

Thin film solar cells have attracted much attention due to their high cell efficiency, comparatively low process cost, and applicability to flexible substrates. In particular, CIGS solar cells have been widely studied and produced because they demonstrated the highest cell efficiency. However, the deposition process of CIGS films generally includes the selenization process conducted at elevated temperature using toxic H2Se gas. To avoid this selenization process, CIGS thin films were, in this study, deposited by RF sputtering using single composite CIGS target. In addition, the effects of sputtering bias voltage and heat treatment on the microstructural and morphological changes in deposited CIGS films were investigated and discussed.

현재 침해사고에 대한 분석에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 자체 시스템에서 처리하였을 경우 그것에 대한 침해사고가 오히려 일어날 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 접근했을 때부터 접근로그데이터를 분석하며 허가되지 않은 응용프로그램 실행 및 변경에 대해서 수집하여 분산 관리 함으로서 이를 토대로 정확한 보고서를 작성할 수 있도록 하여 이후 발생할 수 있는 침해 사고에 대한 대응을 높이도록 하였다.

Acetylsalicylic acid is more commonly known as aspirin. Acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin) can be used to relieve pain and inflammation caused by rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains, backache, headache, toothache and period pain. It can also be used to treat cold and ``flu-like`` symptoms and reduce fever in adults(over 16 years of age). Aspirin is used for the treatment of a number of conditions including: fever, pain, rheumatic fever, inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, pericarditis, and Kawasaki disease. Acetylsalicylic acid and DNA base pairs been optimized with the semiempirical PM3 methods. It is shown that the energy difference between HOMO of Adenine and LUMO of Aspirin has the smallest value. Therefore, it is expected that the aspirin reacts vigorously with Adenine of DNA.
Polyamine류와 Imidazole 유도체가 배위된 Ni(Ⅱ) 착물의 저해 효과에 관한 분자궤도함수론적 해석

폴리아민과 이미다졸 유도체에 대해서 AM1, PM3, ZINDO/1법으로 형성엔탈피(${\Delta}H_f$), HOMO, LUMO에너지 및 쌍극자힘(${\mu}_D$) 값을 얻었다. 이들 리간드를 Ni(II)에 배위시킨 Ni(II)착물의 저해활성효과를 ZINDO/1(Zerner''s Intermediate Neglect of Differential Overlap No.1)법으로 조사하였다. Ni(II)착물의 중심금속의 알짜전하 값이 0.03 이상과 형성엔탈피가 음의 값으로 300 eV이상에서 실험적인 저해활성 값이 나타남을 보였다. 그 결과 Ni(II)착물은 불안정한 5배위 사각피라미드형인 [Ni(dpt)(tn)]$^{2+}$(dpt=3,3''-diaminodipropylamine)(tn=1,3-diaminopropane)와 일그러진 사면체인 [Ni(N-PropIm)$_2$(NCS))$_2$](N-PropIm=N-Propylimidazole)를 제외한 착물에서는 저해활성 값이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. Quantum chemical quantities, enthalpy of formation(${\Delta}H_f$), HOMO and LUMO energy, and dipole moment(${\mu}_D$) were acquired by AM1, PM3, and ZINDO/1 methods for polyamines and imidazole derivatives. The investigation of the inhibitory activity on some Ni(II) complexes with polyamines and imidazole derivatives is performed by ZINDO/1 calculations. It was found that experimental inhibitory activity(IA) appeared when the value of net charge and enthalpy of formation were over 0.03 and -300 eV, respectively for Ni(II) complexes. These results showed that the Ni(II) complexes have exception on the following very unstable compounds: square pyramidal [Ni(dpt)(tn)])]$^{2+}$(dpt=3,3'-diaminodipropylamine)(tn=1,3-diaminopropane) and distorted tetrahedral [Ni(N-PropIm))$_2$(NCS))$_2$](N-PropIm=N-Propylimidazole).

The structures of a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP), 1-methyl-4- phenyl-4-propionoxypiperidine(MPPP), and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPPP+) or 1-methyl-4- phenyl-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPP+) been optimized with the semiempirical PM3 methods. MPTP is a neurotoxin that causes permanent symptoms of Parkinson``s disease by destroying certain neurons in the substantia nigra(black substance) of brain. While MPTP itself does not have opioid effects, it is related to MPPP, a synthetic opioid drug with effects similar to those of morphine and pethidine.

조직이 보유한 정보보호시스템들은 모든 취약점, 침입, 자료유출 등을 탐지하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 그에 따라, 기업은 조직구성원들의 모든 행동이 어떤 경로에서든지 기록되고 확인할 수 있도록 하는 시스템들을 지속적으로 도입하고 있다. 반면에 이것을 관리하고 이 시스템들에서 생성되는 보안로그들을 분석하는 것은 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 보안시스템들을 관리하고 로그를 분석하는 대부분의 인원은 현업의 정보유통 프로세스와 중요정보의 관리절차에 대해 사용자, 또는 유출자보다 알기 어렵다. 이러한 현실은 내부정보유출의 심각성을 더 키우고 있다고 할 수 있다. 최근 빅데이터에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 되면서 다양한 분야에서 성공사례들을 발표하고 있다. 본 연구는 빅데이터 처리기술과 활용사례를 보안 분야에 적용하여, 기존에 분석할 수 없었던 대용량 정보를 좀 더 효과적으로 분석가능 하도록 할 수 있었던 사례와 효율적으로 보안관리 업무를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The information protection systems of company are intended to detect all weak points, intrusion, document drain. All actions of people in company are recorded and can check persistently. On the other hand, what analyze security log generated by these systems becomes more difficult. Most staff who manages the security systems, and analyze log is more incomprehensible than a user or a person of drain for an information distribution process of the work-site operations and the management procedure of the critical information. Such a reality say the serious nature of the internal information leakage that can be brought up more. While the research on the big data proceeds actively recently, the successful cases are being announced in the various areas. This research is going to present the improved big data processing technology and case of the security field.
