        RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의해 PET 기판 위에 증착된 ITO 박막의 특성에 대한 산소 분압의 영향

        ITO(indium tin oxide) 박막을 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의해 산소 분압을 0에서 $6{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa로 변화시킨 조건 하에서 PET 기판 위에 증착하였고, 산소 분압에 따른 ITO 박막의 전기적, 광학적 특성과 결정성의 변화를 조사하였다. 산소 분압이 $1{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa 이하에서는 증착된 ITO 박막은 비정질 구조를 가지는 반면에 $2{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa 이상에서는 결정질임을 확인하였다. 이러한 구조적 변화와 더불어 전하 캐리어 농도와 비저항이 증가하였다. 산소 분압이 $4{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa에서 최소 비저항($9.8{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$)을 얻을 수 있었다. ITO/PET 박막의 광투과율도 산소 분압이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며 산소 분압 $4{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa에서 80 % 이상을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 최적의 산소 분압 선정이 ITO 박막의 결정성 향상, 캐리어 밀도 향상 그리고 전기전도도 향상 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다. Indium tin oxide (ITO) films with various oxygen partial pressure from 0 to $6{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa were prepared onto polyethylene terephthalate (PET) using RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The structural, electrical and optical properties of the grown ITO films were investigated as a function of the oxygen partial pressure. The amorphous nature of the ITO films was dominant at the partial pressure below $1{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa and the degree of crystallinity increased as the oxygen concentration increased further. This structural change comes with the increased carrier concentration and reduction of the electrical resistivity down to $9.8{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. The average transmittance (at 400~800 nm) of the ITO deposited on the PET substrates increased as the oxygen partial pressure increased and transmittance above 80 % was achieved with the partial pressure of $4{\times}10^{-5}$ Pa. The results show that the choice of optimal oxygen partial pressure can present improved film crystallinity, the increased carrier concentration, and the enhancement in the electrical conductivity.

        임천광산 광미와 주변 토양 및 지하수의 오염조사

        임천광산의 광미와 주변 밭과 논의 토양, 하상퇴적물 및 지하수에서의 중금속과 시안의 오염도에 대해 조사하였다. 광미 중의 As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn및 CN ̄의 평균농도는 각각 366, 28.8, 202, 15.2, 1.97$\times$1$10^3$, 3.85$\times$$10^3$, 90.6mg/kg이었고 Kloke가 제안한 허용기준치를 이용한 오염지수는 8~19이었으며 pH는 산성이었다. 토양오염공정시험법에 의한 중금속 농도는 광미와 인접한 일부 토양만을 제외하고는 토양환경보전법의 농경지 우려기준이하였다. 광산 인근 주민들이 식수로 이용하는 일부 지하수에서 보건복지부의 음용수 수질기준을 훨씬 넘는 질산이온이 검출되었다. Mine tailings, soils, stream sediments, and ground water around Imcheon disused mine were analyzed in order to investigate their pollution levels of heavy metals and cyanide. The average contents of As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn, and CN ̄ in mine tailings were 366, 28.8, 202, 15.2, 1.97$\times$$10^3$, 3.85$\times$$10^3$, 90.6mg/kg respectively, The pollution indices that calculated by the tolerance level of Kloke were 8~19 and the pH values were acidic in mine tailngs. In the field and paddy soils of Imcheon disused mine area except for soils nearby mine tailngs, concentraitons of the heavy metals were less than standards of soil pollution of agricultral area in the environmental protection law. The nitrate contents In the ground water for drink were more than tolerance level of the drinking water of Ministry of Health and Social Affairs.

        The main purpose of this study is to prepare an outline for developing the Contents Systems that achieve self-study systems to make the students adopt themselves into new study atmosphere and maximize the result of study on technical college in Electric-Electronic field. Questionnaire posed to analyze the demand of teaching materials to the students, and professors and also to find characteristics of students in technical college. The SPSSWIN/PC+ statistics Package was used to assay the collected answers. And simple frequency with percentage, average, and standard deviation were calculated to check the entire trend and actual state of each question. The primary outcomes of this study are as follows i) The students in the technical college prefer self-directed learning to lecturer-oriented teaching. ii) It is difficult to offer the technical college students normal education systems since the students?interest and motivation towards study are very low. iii) The lack of capability of foreign language and basic mathematics are considered as obstacles for many students technical college to study. iv) The professors in technical college still depend on traditional method to teach the students without organized research of the intellectual levels and attitude the students. v) Teaching materials in currently use are not appropriated to induce the motivation and interest of study from the students. Also, the teaching materials in use now were discovered not to have enough originality, practical application, andwere text based. Therefore, the improvement of the existing teaching materials was demanded while the fundamental ability to study of general students is declining. Consequently, it is necessary to introduce new teaching materials which are simple, easy, and organized to offer the studen ts study desire and interest.

        연속식 탈취제 성능평가 방법의 개발 및 적용 연구

        This study was carried out in order to help establish a continuous efficiency test method to evaluate the performance of chemical odorants. We designed a continuous efficiency test device, and conducted several experiments during 240 mins with D.W. and two chemical deodorants for several specified substances, and a complex odor compound. Based on the results, it was confirmed that the deocorant test only for ammonia and amine could yield no useful outcome because the solubility of the two compounds was very high. Henceforth, simultaneous tests for sulfides, mercaptans, aldehydes, and so on, shoud be conducted in order to ascertain the accurate deodorant performance results. It is also clear that the concentration of target compounds and reaction time are very important for the purposes of accurate deodorant tests. In addition, information about the absorption efficiency with regard to complex odor compound such as DMS+DMDS may be important and the results based on air dilution olfactory method should be provided. It is believed that this study can make a contribution to formulating the correct standards regarding the testing of deodorants and the application of such tests.

      • 아음속 Cavity Flow의 받음각효과 공력특성 해석연구

        상용 전산해석 프로그램인 FLUENT와 경험적 해석방법인 ESDU를 사용하여 아음속 Cavity Flow에 대한 공력특성해석을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 받음각 0도일 때 ESDU를 이용한 공력계수를 산출하였으며 그 값을 수치해석과 비교하였으며, FLUENT를 사용하여 받음각 변화에 따른 아음속 Cavity Flow의 공력특성변화 분석결과를 기술하였다. Numerical analysis on angle of attack effect for subsonic cavity flows is done using commercial CFD software FLUENT and empirical method such as ESDU. In this paper, aerodynamic characteristics with respect to angle of attack is extracted from CFD results and drag coefficient of rectangular cavity using ESDU presents at zero angle of attack.
