        원추형 오리피스의 유출계수와 캐비테이션에 관한 실험적 연구

        The high pressure drop is frequently required in the by-pass line of the pump or of the heat exchanger in power plants. However, cavitation produced by a high pressure drop could damage the pipe and pump blades. Conical orifices are adopted to reduce cavitation due to high pressure drop. The discharge coefficients of conical orifice plates were measured by weighing method in the standard water flow system. The discharge coefficients were larger when the ratios of thickness of orifice edge to throat diameter were larger. The noise generated from a conical orifice due to cavitation was measured with a sound level meter and a hydrophone. With increasing the bore diameter of the orifice, the sound pressure level or the noise level due to cavitation became higher. The noise level was suddenly increased at the inception of cavitation.

        학교행정가 되어 가기

        본 연구에서는 교육행정가 된다는 것의 의미를 알아보기 위하여, 초임 교감의 적응과정에 대한 질적 분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 공립 중학교 초임 교감 8명을 대상으로 심층면담, 참여관찰, 문서자료 수집 등을 바탕으로 한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 초임 교감의 적응 과정에 대해 연구 결과, 우선, 초임 교감들은, “시야 넓히기”, “윗사람 되기”, “낯설지 않은 업무하기”, “혼자서 해 나가기”, “관리자 되기” 등의 과정을 거치면서 적응해 가는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 초임 교감들의 적응 과정은, ‘직무 변화에 따른 충격이 적고’, ‘상황이나 환경의 영향을 크게 받으며’, ‘개별적으로 적응해 가며’, ‘행정 관리자로 길들여지는’등의 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 한국 학교체제에서 교감이 된다는 것은 창의적이고 생산적인 역할을 담당하기보다는 현실 적응과 현실 체제의 유지, 보존에 기여하는 의미가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현행 학교행정가 양성 및 진입 체제 속에서는 학교 개혁이 한계를 가질 수 밖에 없을 것으로 보이며, 보다 근본적인 학교 개혁을 위해서는 학교행정가 양성 및 진입 구조의 변화가 필요함을 시사해 준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of becoming an educational administrator in school. For that purpose, 8 newly appointed associate principals in urban middle schools were interviewed deeply. And I observed the school settings related to newly appointed associate principals' job and I collected documents about newly appointed associate principals. The results of this research were as followings. In the period of early adapting stage, 1) newly appointed associate principals widened their eyes on school, 2) They experienced the position of superior. 3) They did their administrative jobs that are familiar to them. 4) They individually adapted themselves to the new position, 5) They became a manager, not administrator. I found some characteristics of newly appointed associate principals' adapting process. 1) They experienced few shocks or difficulties. 2) Their adaptings are depended on circumstances and environments. 3) They adapted in school individually. 4) They inured to manager, not administrator. In conclusion, educational administrators in korean schools maintain and support established education and school system, and they hardly take charge of creative, productive roles in schools. So, many efforts of educational reform have some limits, because of entering system of educational administrator in schools. Basically, we need to change the preparing system of educational administrator in schools for developing the quality of schooling.

        예비교사들은 교직과목「교육행정」수업을 통해 무엇을 배우는가?

        본 연구에서는 교육행정 교육에 대한 보다 심층적인 이해를 위해 예비교사들을 대상으로 운영되는 교직과목「교육행정」수업에 대한 질적 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구 문제는, 첫째, 예비교사들은 어떤 맥락에서「교육행정」수업을 듣고 있는가?, 둘째, 예비교사들은「교육행정」과목을 어떻게 보고 있는가?, 셋째,「교육행정」수업을 통해 예비교사들에게는 어떤 변화가 일어나는가? 등 세 가지였다.<br/> 교육행정 수업에 대한 본 연구 결과, 예비교사들은 교육행정에 대한 무관심과 무지, 진로에 대한 고민, 자신의 경험과의 연계 등의 맥락에서 교육행정 수업을 듣고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 예비교사들은 또한 교육행정에 대해 교육현실을 다루는 과목, 소화할 분량이 너무 많은 과목, 거리감이 느껴지는 과목 등의 이미지를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육행정 수업 과정에서의 변화 측면에서는, 예비교사들은 교육행정 수업을 통해 교육행정에 눈을 떠가며, 자신의 교육관을 형성하고, 교사로서의 정체성을 탐색해 가는 등의 모습을 특징적으로 보여 주었다.<br/> 본 연구를 통해, 교직과목 교육행정 수업은 예비교사들에게 교육에 대한 거시적 관점을 형성하게 하고, 예비교사들의 자아 성찰을 자극한다는 점에서 의의가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the reality of education on educational administration. For that purpose, 20 university students were interviewed deeply, who are participating in a lesson of educational administration in pre-service teacher education program.<br/> I had three research questions for this study. 1) In what context do pre-service teachers learn a subject of educational administration? 2) What are the pre-service teachers' images on the subject of educational administration? 3) What are the changes of pre-service teachers in the course of educational administration?<br/> The results of this research were as followings. Pre-service teachers have few known about educational administration and they are not interested in educational administration. They have studied the subject of educational administration in the anxiety on their future. They also have connected their experiences with the lesson of educational administration.<br/> Pre-service teachers have the images on the subject of educational administration as follows. 1) They think that the subject of educational administration is “the subject of treating educational reality”. 2) They think that the subject of educational administration is composed of “much more contents on educational administration”. 3) They think that the subject of educational administration is “far from them”.<br/> There are three changes in the course of educational administration for pre-service teachers. 1) Pre-service teachers have realized the meaning and the value of educational administration in the course of educational administration. 2) They have built their perspective on education in the course of educational administration. 3) They have also searched their identity as teacher.<br/> Concludingly, from this study, I found that pre-service teachers have formed their macro-perspective on education and have expored their self-identity as teacher in the course of educational administration.

      • 가격할인하 안전재고 합리화를 위한 분배시스템 운영에 관한 연구

        The logistic environment of Korean companies faces very challenging circumstances due to lack of resources and tough price competitions. It is obvious that such a load of logistic cost becomes an obstacle to national or business competition advantages in the era of unlimited market competition. Prior studies concerning these issues sought to express a large-scale distribution network in a unified numerical formula using defined symbols and could take systematic approaches to distribution network. But inventory policy and operation in material distribution system have been limited to conventional methodology, so they are exposed to many questions in practical applications. This study analyzed distribution system cost and developed a relevant model for rationalization of safe stock at discounted price, allowing practical applications, so that it will contribute to saving operational cost related to material distribution system.
