The purpose of this study is to seek a management strategy to revitalize the Chinese Taekwondo gym after COVID-19 by applying envi- ronmental analysis. The research method was conducted through in-depth interviews with 13 research participants after consulting three research advisors using the previous study review and the purposeful sampling method. These strategies were largely composed of four. In other words, the priority performance strategy (SO) was gathered by strengthening organizational and institutional cooperation, realizing government policy Taekwondo dominance, promoting Taekwondo development using new resources, and promoting cooperation between schools and taekwondo venues. First of all, the supplementary strategy (WO) consisted of training human resources according to environ- mental demand, completing technologies according to market demand, adjusting consumer demand plans, and setting and enacting policy goals. The difficulty resolution strategy (ST) was established by strengthening Taekwondo's dominance, promoting the circulation of Taekwondo games, competing against negative public opinion due to Taekwondo's dominance, and improving the quality of Taekwondo programs. The long-term supplementary strategy (WT) was organized by expanding the role of the Kukkiwon and association, strengthen- ing international exchanges and improving technology, establishing a brand image, and converging online and offline. These research con- clusions are expected to be shared with Taekwondo practitioners and theorists.
융설을 고려한 물수지 모형을 이용한 소양강 댐 상류 유역의 월 유출량 산정

본 연구에서는 융설을 고려할 수 있는 물수지 모형인 WASMOD(Water And Snow MODeling system)에 대하여 기술하였으며, 소양강댐 상류유역에 적용하여 장기 월 유출량을 산정하였다. WASMOD의 장점은 입력자료의 구축이 간단하며 사용자가 쉽게 운영할 수 있다는 점이다. 모형의 매개변수를 최적화하기 위해 자동추적법인 VA05A를 이용하였으며, 관측 월 유출 수문곡선과 모의 월 수문곡선을 비교하였다. 관측 유출량과 계산 유출량간의 상관계수가 0.89이상으로, 이를 통해 WASMOD의 국내 유역에 적용가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. This study describes the WASMOD, water balance model which can consider the snowmelting. The pilot study basin is the Soyang River basin with outlet at Soyang Dam Site and compute long-term monthly streamflow, The advantage of the WASMOD is that the input data is simple and the user can operate easily. To optimize for the parameters of the model, the WASMOD used VA05A of automatic fitting technique. The observed and simulated monthly streamflow hydrographs were compared. The model performance on corrleation coefficient between the observed and the simulated streamflow for the verification periods was above 0.89. It was shown that the WASMOD reproduces the observed monthly streamflow hydrographs very well. This evidence suggests that the WASMOD might be appropriate for the simulation of monthly streamflow
