      • ECDLP 병렬 계산에서 특정점 비율에 대한 분석

        특정점 개념을 적용한 ECDLP 병렬 계산 방법은 현재까지 가장 효율적인 것으로 알려져 있다. 이론상으로는 특정점에 대한 비율이 증가할수록 충돌쌍을 발견할 때까지의 계산량 및 수행시간은 점진적으로 감소한다. 하지만 우리의 실험적 결과는 특정점 비율이 일정 수준 이상 증가할 경우 오히려 계산량 및 수행시간도 증가함을 보여준다. 클러스터 환경 실험에서 얻은 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 통신부하를 고려한 실질적 수행시간을 이론적으로 분석함으로써 실험적 결과가 합리적임을 밝힌다. 더욱이 계산 환경에 맞는 특정점 비율을 축소 모델링을 통하여 결정할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제안한다.

        3차원 해면골 구조에서 뼈세포의 유체전단응력 및 물리적 압축력에 대한 생체 외 반응 연구

        Mechanical loading is a critical factor that regulate functional bone adaptation and trabecular bone architecture is dependent on the mechanical environment within bone tissue. The aim of this study is to investigate the bone cell response to mechanical loading in a 3D trabecular bone environment using two different bone cell loading mechanism. We established a 3D trabecular bone explant model and applied either oscillatory fluid flow induced shear stress or cyclic compressive strain. Our results indicate that fluid shear stress increases alkaline phosphatase activity as well as mRNA levels of collagen type I and core binding factor 1. Mechanical compressive strain also increases alkaline phosphatase activity and collagen type I mRNA but to a lesser degree compared to fluid shear stress. These results suggest that fluid shear stress may be a more potent stimulus than cyclic compressive strain in inducing bone formation in 3D trabecular bone structure.

        임상적 관점에서의 의료기기 관리제도 개선방안 연구

        의료기기에 대한 임상평가는 의료기기 안전관리를 위한 매우 중요한 규제이다. 그러나 의약품과 달리 잠재적 위해도 차이에 따른 등급 분류, 다양한 시술 환경, 적응증의 구체성 등 의료기기적 특성상 의료기기에 대한 임상적 안전성·유효성을 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 제도는 전 세계적으로도 아직까지 완벽하게 정립되지 않은 실정이다. 특히, 첨단기술의 빠른 발전 및 다양한 신개발의료기기의 등장과 더불어 미국, 유럽 등의 경우 의료기기에 대한 효율적인 임상평가를 위하여 지속적으로 관련 제도를 개선 중에 있음을 고려할 때 우리나라의 경우에도 임상적 관점에서 의료기기 관리제도를 합리적으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 의료기기 등급별 차별화된 임상평가 체계 도입과 다양한 환경에서 수집되는 임상정보를 효과적으로 분석·평가할 수 있는 체계적인 방법이 필요하다. 또한, 의료기기 임상평가에 대한 관점을 의료기기 안전관리제도 전반에 걸쳐 잘 연계될 수 있도록 개선할 필요가 있다. 임상자료 평가체계의 개선을 통해 궁극적으로 의료기기 전주기에 걸친 안전관리 강화 및 미래의료기술 환경에 대한 선제적인 대응 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Clinical evaluation is a very important procedure for the safety and effectiveness management of medical devices. However, unlike the pharmaceutical field, the systematic procedure to assess clinical safety and effectiveness of medical device has not been established due to the characteristics of medical devices such as the class of medical device according to potential risks, various treatment environment, and the specificity of indications in the view of regulatory process. In the United States and Europe, the clinical evaluation system is continuously being improved with the rapid development of advanced technologies and continuous emergence of innovative medical devices. Considering that Korea has not only been struggling to establish the proper clinical evaluation system of medical devices since the introduction of substantial equivalent concept of FDA in 2001 but also is in the same medical device industry environment, it is also highly needed to review the previously introduced clinical evaluation system and to improve it in global regulatory perspective. As a result of comparison to the United States and Europe, Korea will need a differentiated clinical data evaluation system by medical device classes and the method to analyze effectively clinical data collected in more diverse sources such as clinical reviews in the filed of medical technology. The improvement of the clinical evaluation system will ultimately establish an effective clinical data evaluation system throughout the total life cycle of medical devices to be enable interconnecting the pre-market & post-market clinical evaluation system in Korea. It is expected that the safety management of medical devices will be strengthened through the improvement of the clinical evaluation system for medical devices, and that will be able to respond more effectively to the future medical environment.

        신경망 시스템 기반의 소프트웨어 개발노력 추정모델 구축에 관한 연구

        As software becomes more complex and its scope dramatically increases, the importance of research on developing methods for estimating software development efforts has been increased. Such accurate estimation has a prominent impact on the development projects. To develop accurate effort estimation models, many studies have been conducted among the academia and the practitioners. Out of the numerous methods, Constructive Cost Model (COCOMO) based on Line of Code (LOC), Regression Model based on Function Point (FP) were the most popular models in the past. As today"s development environments are dynamically changing, these traditional methods do not work anymore. There is an impending need to develop an accurate estimation model which accommodates itself to the new environments. As a possible solution, this research proposes and evaluates an software development estimation model based on function points and neural networks.

      • 도시계획의 시가화구역 설정에서 토지적합성분석의 적용 : 경산시 사례 A Case of Kyung-san city

        The main purpose of this paper is to propose the applicability of land suitability analysis to making the future urbanized area policy of Kyoung-san city and evaluating urban spatial structure of those. The major results can be summarized as follow; 1. The furture population is taken through Kyoung-san urban comprehensive plan. The space requirement is divided into three periods until 2016, by adapting planning density. 2. On applying to land suitability analysis, variables and weight are picked up from the pre-studied papers. Variables for analysis are classisied with topological, geographical and institution factor. 3. Political alternatives for land use policies was formulated from feasibility of up-zoning ordinances. The up-zoning was supposed from urban planning area to whole planning area, from the urbanized zone to semi-agri-forest zone. 4. The urbanized areas of each alternative are resulted in applying land suitability analysis with using GIS, then the utban spatial structures are derived from those form and evaluated for the good utban fotm. In results of analysis, the summaries of urban spatial structures are following; 1) the alternative Ⅰ of linear form, 2) the alternative Ⅱ of circular form, 3) the alternative Ⅲ of combine with linear from and separated urban area. For evaluating each of urban spatial structure, the alternative Ⅰ was proved to be the best of three, and the alternative Ⅱ was proved to be the worst, in side of the conservation of agricultural land. Second, the alternative Ⅱ was proved to have the highest access, in side of the access to the arterial road. Third, the alternative Ⅲ was proved to be the best, in side of the distance to the CBD.

        Binary, ternary, quaternary anion exchanges of hydroxide, chloride, nitrate, and sulfate at total anion concentration of 0.05N were performed with commercial ion exchange resin. The selectivity order of binary anion exchanges was OH < Cl < NO₃ < SO₄². The sequence of their selectivities was consistent for ternary and quaternary anion exchanges.
