      • 看護學生의 臨床實習評價에 關한 硏究

        This study was attempted to investigate the problems in evaluation of clincal nursing practice and develop an advanced evaluation tool. 30 colleges in all 36 junior nursing colleges in Korea were investigated through the quetionnare, during the period of August 1st-30th, 1979. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 27 colleges (90.0%) were set up their objectives for clinical nursing practice among them 23 colleges (76.7%) established the plans for clinical practice according to the objectives. In 20 junior nursing colleges the chief professor participated in planning of clinical nursing practice and in 4 colleges, the hospital cooperated with the colleges. Clinical practice hospitals for clinical practice with 20 colleges (66.7%) performed in service education to their nurses. The hours of clinical instruction of each instructor were 2∼4 hours a day in 19 colleges(33.3%). The instruction frequency of each instructor 2 times a week in 13 colleges (43.3%) and one a day in 9 colleges. The instruction students of each instructor 1∼5 students in 10 colleges (33.3%) and 6∼10 students in 8 colleges. In the application of nursing process in clinical practice 20 colleges (66.7%) applied it and 10 colleges (33.3%) didn't because of incooperation with the clinical practice hospital. Post-evaluation interview was performed in 20 colleges (66.7%), 26 colleges oriented to their students on the evaluation criteria, 17 colleges had some doubt in fairness of evaluation. In evaluation method and time, 24 colleges (80.0%) used score system, 27 colleges (90.0%) evaluated at the end of a ward practice. The clinical instructors of 19 colleges (63.3%) didn't evaluate but instructed. Chief professor (45.5%) severed as clinical instructor and head nurse (44.9%) severed as evaluator in high ratio. Average school career of all clinical instructors and evaluators were professional nursing school in each (50.0%, 54.5%). Average clinical career of all clinical instructors and evaluators were 1-3 years (50.0%) and 4-6 years (37.5%). The using of evaluation materials, evaluation record (23.7%) were used in high ratio and anecdotal record (2.4%) in low ratio. In the response of an advanced evaluation tool, 28 colleges (93.3%) answered in the affirmative in the fitness of the nursing process, 27 colleges (90.0%) in the fitness of the evaluation criteria, 28 colleges (93.3%) the necessity of the post-evaluation interview. As additional items, self-control, dependability, personal appearance, nursing ethics, punctuality, kindness, as eliminatives, health, management of instruments and articles, arrangement, self-evaluation.

        주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(ADHD)로 진단받은 아동 어머니의 인식, 양육스트레스, 가족지지와의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of mothers’ recognition of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), parenting stress and family support in mothers of children diagnosed with ADHD. Methods: The data were collected from December 24, 2009 to July 23, 2010. The participants were 141 mothers of children diagnosed with ADHD and who lived in D city. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients with SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the data. To determine the most effective variable (mothers’ recognition, parenting stress and family support) to predict parental stress, data were analyzed using canonical correlation with SAS 9.1 TS. Results: Canonical correlation analysis revealed that professional and teachers’ roles of the 3 sub-domains of mothers’ recognition were the most outstanding variables in predicting parenting stress. Parental distress/parent-child dysfunctional interaction of parenting stress was the most outstanding variable in predicting both mothers’ recognition and family support. Spouse cooperation in family support was the most outstanding variable in predicting parenting stress. Conclusion: The results suggest that strengthening parents’ recognition of ADHD and supporting interventions are important for reducing parenting stress. Professional and teachers’ roles, parental distress/parent-child dysfunctional interaction and spouse cooperation should be included in the contents of structured programs.

        저신장증 아동과 정상 아동의 신체상, 자아존중감 및 문제행동

        본 연구 결과, 저신장증 아동의 신체상, 자아존중감, 문제행동은 정상 아동과 비교해볼 때 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 문제행동의 하위영역인 위축, 우울/불안이나 주의집중 문제는 정상아동과 저신장증 아동이 차이가 나타난 것은 학령기아동의 사회적∙정서적 영역뿐만 아니라 학업성취와도 관련이될 것으로 예상되므로 추후 일선학교에서는 저신장증 아동을위한 특별 프로그램을 개발하여 운영할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 연구 대상자를 일 지역에 국한하였으므로 전국 단위의저신장증 아동을 대상으로 한 간호학적 후속연구가 이루어지기를 제안한다. 둘째, 저신장증 아동의 건강 문제를 조기에 발견하고 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 저신장증 아동을 위한 다각적인 연구가뒤따라야 할 것이다

        감각자극이 미숙아의 모-영아 상호작용에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was designed to investigate effect of sensory stimulation on the mother-infant interaction in premature infants. Method: The subjects of this study consisted of 36 pairs of premature infants and their mothers from NICU of one university hospital located in Taegu, 18 pairs for intervention group and 18 pairs for control group. The data were collected from May, 1999 to October, 2000. For the intervention group Field's sensory stimulation(tactile and kinesthetic stimulation) was applied 2 times a day for 10 days(10:00-11:00 in the morning and 7:00-8:00 in the afternoon by researcher and mother). To determine mother and infant interaction during feeding, tool developed by Kim Mi-Ye(1999) was used. Collected data were analyzed with SAS program using chi-square test and t-test. Result: Significant differences were found in mother-infant interaction between two groups(t=-5.38, p=.00). It indicates that sensory stimulation was effective in improving mother-infant interaction. In the aspects of the quality of mother-infant interaction, sensory stimulation was most effective in improving sensitivity to mother and infant's synchronic behaviors(t=-5.43. p=.00) and followed by growth fostering(t=-5.07, p=.00), sensitivity to infant's cues(t=-4.53, p=.00), clarity of infant's cues(t=-3.03, p=.00) and responsiveness to the mother's behaviors(t=-2.14, p= 0.04). Conclusion: Based on the result of this study, it is suggested that maternally administered sensory stimulation should be applied clinical practice to improve interaction of premature infants and their mothers.

      • Mel Gibson의 Hamlet과 Kenneth Branagh의 Hamlet, 그리고 원작과의 비교

        This research tries to show how Shakespeare's Hamlet is adapted for the movies. Hamlet directed by Franco Zeffirelli focuses on the eternal triangle of Hamlet-Gertrude-Claudius and Hamlet's Oedipal complex. It deserves to be called the 'Gertrude-centered' version. Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet focuses not only on the desire of love but also on the desire for the power. So Branagh-Hamlet's desire is seen to expand into the world presented by Claudius. In the final scene Fortinbras's usurpation of Denmark shows that the change from the old order into the new one is performed by the law of the survival of the fittest. Branagh-Hamlet gains the meaning of the scapegoat figure by showing the solemnity of Hamlet's funeral and in conclusion, the Branagh-version of Hamlet also gains the scale of epic. In contrast with the Branagh version, Gibson-version lacks the epic-scale by focusing on the oedipus complex and showing the angle zooming out on the death of Hamlet on the floor in the ending. Its lack of the epic-scale, however, seems to appeal more to the public.

        The Effect of Consumers’ Cognitive and Practical Knowledge in Accepting Mobile Banking

        Recently, as internet-based shopping and internet banking services have expanded into the mobile sector, mobile banking services have been showing a rapid increase. The increasing number of consumers using mobile banking services means that consumers are rapidly adopting technologies related to mobile banking services. The study examined the influence of consumer knowledge on the acceptance of mobile banking services by applying the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). The study structurally analyzed how consumer knowledge (cognitive knowledge and practical knowledge) influences mobile service acceptance after going through “perceived ease of use” and “trust,” which are critical variables in the mobile banking services. The result showed that the cognitive knowledge and practical knowledge are both positively influencing “perceived ease of use” and “trust” of mobile banking. Also, the study was able to confirm that both variables are positively impacting the acceptance of mobile banking. The study examined the relationship between consumer knowledge, mobile banking property, and acceptance through the structural equation model (SEM).

      • What’s Happening and Coming Next in Asia 2016?: AAB Special Report on Asian Consumers & Businesses

        In the 2016 survey, we asked Asian consumers how happy, satisfied in life, and economically powerful they felt. Second, we asked which companies and business leaders they respected most. We also asked which companies they thought were best in terms of other major dimensions: innovativeness, social responsibility, growth potentials, and wish-to-work-for. We obtained several important results and findings that were very surprising. Although several objective indicators have shown the growth of Asian countries, a closer look reveals that not everything is improving, especially with regards to the well-being of citizen. As related to the Top 10 Asian companies and leaders, the data shows many interesting results which are consistent with our expectations and prior reports. For example, Samsung, Alibaba, Huawei, Haier, and Xiaomi were ranked at the top of the charts. While we expected Samsung and Alibaba to sweep the charts, the rise of new giants was fascinating. Our further data analysis and literature review suggest that the major findings provide very valuable strategic implications for consumer researchers, business leaders, policy makers, and anyone who is interested in seeing the big picture about what is happening and coming next for their careers and businesses.

        There are two major questions we want to address in this report: Asian consumers and their views on Asian companies and leaders. Specifically, we asked how they felt in terms of happiness and economic power and what they thought about the performance of companies and business leaders. We surveyed more than 1000 people in Asia, mainly from China, Korea, and Japan. In the survey, we first asked how happy and satisfied in life they were, and how economically powerful they felt. Second, we asked what companies and business leaders they respected most. We also asked what companies they think are best in terms of other major dimensions: innovativeness, social responsibility, growth potentials, and wish-to-work-for. We obtained several important results and findings. With regard to consumers, we found that their answers were very important, and even surprising, to many people, and even contrary to the findings from several objective indicators which show that Asian countries such as China perform well in terms of economic and quality of life. As related to the Top 10 Asian companies and leaders, the data shows many interesting results which are consistent with our expectation and existing reports; for example, Samsung, Toyota, Softbank, and Alibaba were ranked at the top of the charts, as expected. However, we found several surprising findings that have not been reported in any other existing reports or studies. Our further data analysis and literature review suggest that the major findings provide very valuable strategic implications for consumer researchers, business leaders, policy makers, and anyone who are interested in getting big pictures about what is happening and coming next for their careers and businesses.
