      • T항원에 의한 simian virus 40 초기 promoter의 활성조절

        SV40 T antigen was expressed by the versatile expression vector pEF321 and the regulation of SV40 early promoter by T antigen was investigated. By co-transfecting the T antigen expressing plasmid with each of recombinant plasmid which contains the wild type or mutated SV40 early promoter and bacterial CAT gene into CV1 cells, the changes of early promoter activity by T antigen were estimated. The following results were obtained. i) The pEF321 vector expressed the wild type and cytoplasmic mutant T antigen efficiently in CV1 cells. ii) The wild type early promoter was autoregulated by T antigen showing decreased expression of CAT protein. iii) The mutated early promoter which is defective in replication origin was also autoregulated by T antigen. iv) Transactivation rather then autoregulation has occured by T antigen on the mutated early promoter which is defective in T antigen binding sites Ⅰ, Ⅱ and replication origin indicating that T antigen transactivates not only late promoter but also early promoter of SV40.

        새천년학습자의 ICT 활용에 대한 질적 탐구*

        이 연구는 한국의 새천년학습자의 ICT 활용 특성을 분석하고, 이들을 위한 ICT 교육, 정보교육의 미래지향적 방향을 제안하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 1980년 말에 태어나 현재 대학생활을 하고 있는 두 사람의 삶의 경험을 이야기 방식으로 수집하고 엮어가면서 경험적 속 성을 파악해가는 내러티브 탐구 방법을 이용하였는데, 심층 면담 및 관찰 방법을 이용하여 자료를 수 집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 기존의 연구 결과와 유사하게, 다양한 테크놀로지의 멀티 활용, 인터넷 자료 의존, 확실한 의사표현, 학생들의 경험과는 동떨어진 ICT 교육 현황 등이 확인되었다. 이를 토대 로, 새천년학습자를 위한 미래 ICT 교육의 방향을 제시하였다.

      • 共同住宅 中央 集中 煖房設備의 信賴度에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to obtain reliability of heating equipment’s in apartment building. Field data concerning the failure of heating equipment’s recorded at the apartments constructed 14 years ago are used. As a result of the field data analysis, failure time distribution and cumulative hazard function of boiler, heat exchanger, steam header and various pumps are expressed in Weibull probability graph. The scale and shape parameters, MTBF of each equipment’s are presented by regression line of Weibull probability graph. Presented parameter will be come into use a reference data to evaluate the reliability, to plan the maintenance scheme, and to evaluate economic renewal of equipment’s.

      • 동제련 슬래그 혼입 콘크리트의 철근부식 저항성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze steel corrosion resistance of concrete containing copper slag. The specimens were made with normal portland cement and pozzolan materials with various replacement ratio and with W/B ratio ranging from 35% to 55%. Compressive strength, coefficient of chloride diffusion, corrosion area ratio and weight reduction ratio were determinated for the test. The results show that the concrete with pozzolan materials is superior resistant to chloride ions compared to the concrete without pozzolan materials. It was observed that blast furnace slag replacement ratio of 20% gives the best results with respect to chloride ion penetration and corrosion tests and observed that copper slag replacement ratio of 10% gives the seperior resistance compared to normal concrete.

        [논문]새천년학습자의 ICT 활용에 대한 질적 탐구

This study aims to analyse the ICT use of New Millennium Learners (NMLs) and provide future directions for ICT education. The study conducted a narrative inquiry with two participants in order to investigate the empirical characteristics of NMLs, who being born in the late 1980s, have lived with and learned a great deal from technology. The subjects of this research were two students, one male and one female, both born in 1989. They were university students studying computer education. In-depth interviews, observations and personal journals were employed for data collection. The in-depth interviews consisted of unstructured questions about individuals’ life styles and behaviors on ICT use. There were three 30-60 minute interviews for each subject. In addition to these interviews, each subject’s school life was observed by using participatory observation. Also, each subject’s friends were asked to collect a variety of data regarding the subject’s actions. All data was recording during interviews and then transcribed. Member checking method was applied in order to validate the interpretations and findings. As a result, their several characteristics were interpreted and discussed as follows: First, technology is a significant part of their life. Both subjects began using computer technology even before entering to elementary schools. This allowed both subjects to become comfortable with computers and able to use computers naturally. Second, connectivity in anytime and in anyplace is an essential way to meet people. The communication tool preferred by them was messaging services. The main modes of communication used for both subjects were text messages via mobile phones and computers. Also, both subjects always logged onto messenger programs whenever they were using computers. Even though they were not constantly interacting with someone through the messaging system, being logged onto such programs allowed them to be available and then to communicate with others whenever they wanted. Third, the Internet plays an important role for them to get access information. One participant mostly used the Internet to read news, while the other participant took part mostly in web surfing. Fourth, the use of modern technologies comes naturally for them to learn new things. Both subjects used a variety of portable devices in order to obtain information or listen to internet lectures. Not only were these devices used for studying, but a significant amount of time was spent on entertainment purposes. Lastly, they have their own opinions and preferences, which make their directions to behave. When they encounter a moment or a problem that directly links to their interests, they tried to do their best to complete although it has certain difficulties. However, they seemed like to have a negative perspective or feel aversion against to the situation that they do not like.
