Generally, BOM (Bill of Material) means a part list which is needed to manufacture or assemble a product or part. During manufacturing processes, BOM is inevitably required for most of enterprise processes such as design, procurement, production planning/control, resource planning, and financial works. Every manufacturing industry uses many kinds of BOM’s that are adjusted to the requirement of functions of their work division. Moreover, BOM evolves in different forms according to the product development phases such as conceptual design; function design, detail design, and production design because it is necessary to use different product structures to keep product data generated throughout the lifecycle of a product. This includes all data and information related to the all the product development phases. Shipbuilding works also are processed and controlled based on BOM. However, effective maintenance of ship outfitting BOM data is getting difficult as the amount and complexity of data have increased due to variety and long lifecycle of ship. For the effective management of outfitting BOM data, two aspects must be considered. One is how to classify numerous BOMs type and the others how to display BOMs. So this study suggests a method to classify BOM types and propose two categories ?Structure BOM, Display BOM. Base on this result, we propose the integrated ship outfitting BOMs model and analysis outfitting BOMs.
Snap-through Induced Locomotion of Liquid Crystal Elastomer Filaments

Here, the LCE actuator in fibrous form, a pre-curved single LCE fiber is used as a building block to produce self-regulated actuation from N-fold closed loops where each fiber is geometrically constrained by the others. Upon heating, each fiber in the ring undergoes a twist-driven buckling, followed by snap-through. Since the rings are connected, the boundary conditions and number of fibers per ring play important roles in the actuation response. Through these results, I’d like to highlight the combination of geometric designs and anisotropic polymeric network of LCE materials is able to offer new insights to develop self-regulated complex motion of soft actuators.
린더(Linder)의 가설과 농산물 무역: 과일 및 채소류 수입을 중심으로

Using a gravity equation, this study examines the Linder hypothesis in agricultural trade. Rather than utilizing per capita income similarity generally used in this area, we used the climatic similarity as a proxy variable of the similarity of demand structure between countries. To examine the issue, imports data from 39 countries regarding fruits and 36 countries regarding vegetables from 1999 to 2008 to Korean market was used. This study finds that strong statistical evidence of the climatic similarity increases the agricultural trade between countries, which could be considered as evidence of the Linder hypothesis explaining agricultural trade.
선박 및 해양플랜트의 안전 모니터링 정보 획득을 위한 Zigbee Sensor node 적용에 관한 연구

Recently ships and ocean platforms are getting more technological, unmanned, and huge. The maintenance and safety monitoring of the products are very important for the safety reasons. Therefore, the realtime monitoring of safety regions, such as engine room, hull structure, and so on, and environmental states like fire and pressure of LNG tanks, are required for the sustainable ships. In this paper, Zigbee-based wireless sensor network is suggested to monitor ships or ocean platforms effectively. But there are some telecommunication problems because the products are made of steel. To resolve this problem, we use mesh networking of Zigbee, which can monitor the regions and environmental states consistently. The telecommunication of monitoring system is tested on a real container ship and the performance is verified. The realtime monitoring results are displayed on the users" smart devices.
관광지 스토리텔링이 SNS 관광 가치와 여행사 관계 몰입에 미치는 연구: SNS 신뢰의 조절효과

본 연구는 관광산업에서 중요하게 논의되고 있는 관광지 스토리텔링(교육성, 흥미성, 감성, 고유성)과 SNS 관광 가치(기능적, 사회적), 여행사 관계 몰입, SNS 신뢰를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 연구 대상은 SNS를 활용하여 숙박 관광 경험이 있는 390명의 응답자를 대상으로 검증하였으며, 분석을 수행하기 위해 SPSS 25.0과 Smart PLS 3.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광지 스토리텔링의 교육성, 흥미성 요인은 기능적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 감성과 고유성 요인은 영향 관계가 성립되지 않음을 확인하였다. 또한, 교육성, 흥미성, 고유성 요인은 사회적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 감성 요인은 영향관계가 성립되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS 관광 가치의 하위요인 중 기능적 가치는 여행사 관계 몰입에 긍정적인 영향 관계가 성립되었으나 사회적 가치는 영향 관계가 성립되지 않았다. 셋째, SNS 관광 가치와 여행사 관계 몰입 간의 관계에서 SNS 신뢰는 조절 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과와 시사점을 통해 관광산업 실무자에게 종합적인 제언을 제시하였다. This study is focused on tourism storytelling(educational, interesting, emotional, uniqueness), SNS tourism value (functional, social), SNS trust, and immersion in travel agency relationship, which are important discussions in the tourism industry. The study subjects are verified 390 respondents who had accommodation experience using SNS, and SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to perform the analysis. The study results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the educational and interesting factors of tourism storytelling had a positive effect on the functional value, and that the affective relationship was not established between emotional and uniqueness factors. In addition, it was confirmed that educational, interesting, and uniqueness factors had a positive effect on social values, but emotional factors did not establish an influence relationship. Secondly, it was confirmed that SNS tourism value had a positive effect on immersion in travel agency relationship. However, there was no relationship between SNS tourism value and social value. Finally, it was confirmed that SNS trust had a moderating effect on the relationship between SNS tourism value and immersion in travel agency relationship. Through these research results and implications, comprehensive recommendations were presented to tourism industry practitioners.
이 기종 조선 PLM 시스템 간 BOM Data 교환을 위한 조선 온톨로지 Framework 구축

Shipbuilding is a complex industry which contains a lot of knowledge, technology, and utilities. Hence, the necessity of the PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) system which manages life-cycle information of marine product has been increased. So, many studies related to shipbuilding PLM have been preceded, and there are some cases to be built. To implement collaboration and concurrent engineering of ship designing and manufacturing, interoperability of product data in heterogeneous system is required. Also, sharing and reusing knowledge are important for innovation of business process and productivity of enterprises. Even though many studies related interoperability of product data are going on in varies domain, the application to shipbuilding is deficient. This paper proposes a methodology for management and interconnection of BOM data based on ontology in heterogeneous PLM system of shipbuilding. Using Protege-OWL, we built simple domain ontology of shipbuilding industry, and then, we integrated product information of shipbuilding BOM which is represented with different ontologies. We verified possibility of integration of shipbuilding BOM in heterogeneous PLM, using ontology.
패키지관광의 관광동기가 지각된 가치를 통하여 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 관광제약, 만족도 중심으로 -

본 연구는 패키지관광의 활성화를 위하여 요인 간 인과관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 가지고 있다. 관광동기의 하위요인을 추진요인과 유인요인으로 지각된 가치는 감정적 가치와 기능적 가치로 구분하였으며 그리고 관광제약, 만족도, 행동의도의 변수를 추가하여 제시하였다. 분석 결과 관광동기의 하위요인(일상 탈출, 화합, 서비스매력, 편리성)이 지각된 가치(감정적, 기능적)에 모든 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 지각된 가치(감정적, 기능적)가 만족도에 긍정적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 규명되었으며, 관광제약이 만족도와 행동의도에 부정적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 만족도와 행동의도의 두 변수 간에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 하여 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였고, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 패키지관광의 적극적인 고객들의 필요 욕구에 부합하는 마케팅이 실행된다면 패키지관광의 활성화에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to promote package tourism. The value perceived as a sub-factor of tourism motivation and inducement was divided into emotional and functional values. And the variables of tourism constraints, satisfaction and behavior were addedly presented. The analysis proved that all factors have a positive effect on perceived values (emotional and functional) of the sub-factors of tourism motivation (daily escape, harmony, service appeal, convenience). The perceived value (emotional and functional) has also established a positive impact on the satisfaction, and tourism restrictions have been proven to have a negative impact on satisfaction and behavior intention. Finally, it was confirmed that there was a positive relationship between the two variables of satisfaction and behavior. Based on these research results, the implications and future research directions were presented, and it could be useful for promoting package tourism.
