      • 중년여성의 갱년기 증상과 인지기능

        Purpose: This study was done to extend the understanding and knowledge by investigating climacteric symptoms and cognitive impairment of middle aged women. Methods: This study was conducted from February 4th, 2013 to February 20th, 2013. The data were collected by self-report questionnaires from 104 women and analyzed by using t-test, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA with the SPSS/Win 12.0 program. Results: The average score for the climacteric symptoms was 13.82. The average cognitive impairment score was 64.34. There was significantly positive correlation between climacteric symptoms and cognitive impairment. Conclusion: The study suggests that should be considered in developing nursing intervention to manage the climacteric symptoms and cognitive impairment of middle aged women.

      • 안위(Comfort)에 대한 개념 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analysis and develop the concept of comfort. Walk & Avant's methodology of concept analysis was employed using clinical guidelines, books, and review articles in which the procedures of comfort were written in detail and published in Pubmed within the last 20 years. Seven defining attributes of comfot were identified; stability, directivity, balance, hardness, autonomy, subjectivity, holism. Each attributes of comfort involved empirical referents, such as physical, psychological, pschospritual and environmental context; and three sense; ease, relief, and trnscendence. The antecedents of comfort were identified such as instability, unsatisfaction of the human needs. The consequences of comfort serve as an evaluation criteria on the effects of comfort and they were identified such as relaxation of body and mind, increase of self esteem, increase of self-efficacy, satisfaction of the needs. The concept analysis of comfort demonstrates an examples of considering a nursing intervention of comfort as a behavioral concept, applying concept analysis to it to identify its key components as defining attributes and empirical referents and then developing and applying the standard comfort protocol.

        확장된 시간 구간 모델을 이용한 SMIL2.0 문서의 시간관계 검증

        본 논문에서는 다양한 상호작용을 지원하는 SMIL 2.0 멀티미디어 문서를 확장된 시간 구간 모델에 기반하여 문서의 시간 관계를 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. SMIL 2.0 문서는 기존 SMIL 문서 보다 비동기적인 시간관계의 기술방법을 추가되어 객체간 다양한 상호작용 관계를 제공하지만, 이러한 상호작용 관계에 의한 시간 관계에서 모순이 발생할 가능성이 높다. 그러므로 제안한 검증 방법은 SMIL 2.0 문서를 기존 시간 구간 모델을 확장하여 상호작용 관계를 함수적 관계로 표현하고 객체간 상호작용 관계와 시간 구간을 이용하여 SMIL 문서를 검증한다. 제안한 검증 방법의 적용 예로는 다자간 상호작용 콘텐츠, 온라인 교육 등이다. This paper suggests a method for verification of temporal relations on SMIL 2.0 document using an extended temporal interval model. The SMIL 2.0 document has more asynchronous temporal relations and supports more interactive relations between objects than traditional SMIL document. But it is higher to produce temporal inconsistency by various interactive relations between objects. So the suggested verification method expresses SMIL 2.0 document as functional relations based on an extended temporal interval model and verifies SMIL 2.0 document using interactive relations and temporal intervals between objects. Applications to the verification method are as follows; multiuser interactive contents, online-learning, etc.

        혈액투석 환자의 증상 클러스터와 영적 안녕이 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was to identify the impact of symptom clusters, spiritual well-being on the quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: Data were collected from 154 patients at six hemodialysis clinics from June 1st, 2016 to February 28th, 2017. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. Results: The most frequently reported symptoms included fatigue, itching, dry skin, decreased interest in sex, difficulty falling asleep. The mean spiritual well-being score was 3.37. Factor analysis showed that eight distinct symptom clusters were identified: Emotional distress cluster, pain-fatigue cluster, skin disorder cluster, sleep disturbance related cluster, gastrointestinal-leg distress cluster, sexual distress cluster, nausea-vomiting cluster, shortness of breath-diarrhea cluster. The factor that most affected the quality of life was existential spiritual well-being. Conclusion: The finding supported existence of the symptom cluster and existential spiritual well-being affected the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. It was existential spiritual well-being, which showed 67.5% of explanatory power. It is necessary to manage on the characteristics of each dialysis patient’s symptoms cluster and to develop a strategy that can improve spiritual well-being.

        무인항공사진측량 절차를 적용한 항공사진영상의 처리 및 소규모 변화 지역의 수치지도 수정/갱신 방안

        In this study, aerial photograph images taken at two different times were generated by the unmanned aerial photogrammetry process, product of pointcloud, 3D mesh, digital surface model(DSM) and trueorthophoto. Accuracy analysis was performed by selecting the checkpoints to perform the accuracy analysis of the geospatial information product, which is an artifact produced through the unmanned aerial photogrammetry and through the analysis of the generated geospatial information and the forest change, the developed change areas of the forest area. Forest area change analysis were used to detect the developed change areas of the forest area. The residual DSM was generated using the two time DSMs generated by the unmanned aerial photogrammetry, and the small change area was detected by filtering based on the area and height. In addition, in order to find a way to revision/update the digital map for the detected small change area, 2D layer of the digital map is extracted using the trueorthophoto, which is the product generated through the unmanned aerial photogrammetry procedure use DEM generation and contour lines are extracted using pointcloud to derive a digital map revision/update plan. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 두 시기에 촬영된 항공사진영상을 무인항공사진측량 절차를 통해 지형공간정보인 pointcloud, 3D mesh, digital surface model(DSM), 실감정사영상을 생성하였다. 무인항공사진측량 절차를 통해 생성된 산출물인 지형공간정보의 정확도 분석을 수행하기 위해 검사점을 선정하여 정확도 분석을 수행하였으며, 생성된 지형공간정보와 산림변화분석을 통해 산림지역의 개발 된 변화 지역을 탐지하였다. 무인항공사진측량 절차를 통해 생성된 두 시기의 DSM을 사용하여 잔차 DSM을 생성 한 후 면적 및 높이를 기준으로 필터링을 수행하여 소규모 변화 지역을 탐지하였다. 또한 탐지된 소규모 변화지역에 대한 수치지도 수정/갱신 방안을 도출하고자 무인항공사진측량 절차를 통해 생성된 산출물인 실감정사영상을 사용하여 수치지도의 2D 레이어를 추출하고 Pointcloud를 이용하여 DEM 생성 및 등고선을 추출을 통하여 수치지도 수정/갱신 방안을 도출하였다.

      • 매개변수 추정방법에 따른 강우자료의 분리효과

        수공구조물의 계획과 설계에 있어서 수문자료에 대한 적정분포형을 선정하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 선정된 분포함수가 실측자료의 통계학적 특성을 잘 나타내고 있는가를 검토하는 것은 필수적인 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 전국 22개 지점, 7개 지속기간의 강우자료에 대하여 2변수 및 3변수 gamma, 2변수 및 3변수 lognormal, Gumbel, 2변수 및 3변수 log-Gumbel, GEV, log-Pearson type III, 2변수 및 3변수 Weibull, 4변수 및 5변수 Wakeby 분포를 적용하여 모멘트법, 확률가중 모멘트법, 최우도법 등으로 각 분포형의 매개변수를 추정하고, 적합성 조건을 검사하였다. 각 매개변수 추정법에 의하여 추정된 매개변수를 이용하여 10,000번 모의 발생하여 분리효과를 검토한 결과 매개변수 적합성을 고려한 경우 모멘트법에서는 log-Pearson type III 분포, 확률가중 모멘트법에서는 log-Pearson type III와 GEV 분포, 최우도법에서는 GEV 분포가 분리효과를 가장 작게 나타냈으며, 2변수 분포형의 경우 모두 분리효과가 크게 나타났다. It is very important to select appropriate distributions for hydrological data in planning and designing hydraulic structures. Also, it is necessary to check whether the selected distribution reproduces the statistical characteristics of the real data. In this study, the parameters of the two- and three-parameter gamma, two- and three-parameter lognormal, Gumbel, two- and three-parameter log-Gumbel, GEV, log-Pearsonn type III, two- and three-parameter Weibull, four- and five-parameter Wakeby distributions were estimated for the rainfall data of 22 sites in Korea with 7 different durations based on the methods of moments, probability weighted moments, and maximum likelihood. And the validity conditions were checked for the estimated parameters. The separation effect for each distribution was examined throught 10,000 simulations using the estimated parameters. As results, the separation effect was the smallest: log-Pearson type III for moment method, log-Pearson type III and GEV for probability weighted moment method, and GEV for maximum likelihood method. However, it is large for the two-parameter distributions.
