        의복 관심이 파티 선호에 미치는 영향과 파티복 유형별 파티 통일체 구성

        This study investigated the effect of clothing interest on party preference and suggested four party unities according to party wear types. A hypothesized model based on consumer innovativeness, clothing interest, party benefit, party interest and party preference was tested to determine the effect of clothing interest on party preference. Party unities were constructed according to party wear types along with party place, party food, and party music. Data was collected through two online surveys. The population of the survey was female consumers in their twenties. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability, correlations, and regressions were applied to the data of 305 samples. As a result, positive tendency toward consumer innovativeness, clothing interest, party benefit, party interest and party preference was observed in young female consumers with significant relations among five variables. Party preference was well-explained from the hypothesized research model, but the direct path from clothing interest to party interest was identified as insignificant. The most preferred party elements of place, food, music and wear was garden, barbecue, house music and mini dress, respectively. Four party unities according to party wear types were constructed and suggested based on the correlation analysis results between party wear and other party elements. The concept of party unity is useful to establish marketing strategies such as advertising and experience marketing in the party wear industry.

        정보원의 공신력과 이성적․감성적 메시지 유형이 사회적 지지, 태도, 건강행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to show how the social support, especially emotional support and informational support, attitude, and health-related behavioral intention were influenced by the source of information and rational?emotional message types during the question and answering process in the internet search engine. The study was conducted with subjects of 383 male and female university students. As a result, the users showed the highest emotional support, informational support, and favorable attitude toward the rational message than the emotional message and toward the general public than the doctors. The lowest emotional support, informational support, and attitude were shown when doctors made use of the emotional message. Somewhat different results were found depending on gender and disease types. In the process of creating health-related behavioral intention, attitudes had a mediation effect. This research can be useful in suggesting appropriate directions on managing search engines and doctors role in the Internet to induce desirable health-related behaviors.

        사회불안과 대인불안이 사회참여에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to consider that a new approach is required to describe the civil and social participation in the network society and investigate the impact of the emotion on the social participation. The study covers the social and interpersonal anxiety which may cause in the microscopic and macroscopic aspects of the society. In addition, the study investigates how the social comparison and information seeking play a role in the process where the social and interpersonal anxiety reach the social participation. Online survey is performed on 1,000 adults over their 20s proportionally allocated nationwide based on the census. The social (fairness distrust, safety vulnerability) and interpersonal anxiety (interpersonal distrust, wariness) show different significance and direction of the impact on the social comparison and information seeking depending on subelements. Social and interpersonal anxiety mediate the social comparison and information seeking, affecting the social participation. The study proposes theoretical implications concerning characteristics of network society and citizenship, limitations and future directions in the study based on the results above.

        나는 예쁘다, 고로 존재한다?

        This research started with the awareness that press coverage on plastic surgery is likely to have an impact on individual decision making. Research 1 conducted content analysis to identify attitude of the press on the practice of plastic surgery. Research 2 studied responses of the audiences by considering news messages of the press and individual disposition. According to results of Research 1, daily newspapers in Korea commonly used gain-framed messages rather than loss-framed messages on plastic surgery (major surgeries and minor procedures). Also, the news media used news sources including not only celebrities but ordinary citizens. Based on Research 1, Research 2 sought to build a factorial experimental design between news coverage frames (gain-loss) and source credibility (ordinary citizenscelebrities). The analysis on online survey targeting 300 respondents in the age ground of 20 to 30 in Seoul found that the frame and source credibility had significant influences on respondents’ attitudes towards news messages. The loss-framed messages and popularity of the source each had a main effect to improve source credibility and there was a significant interaction effect between nunchi sensitivity and gain-loss framed messages. On the basis of findings, theoretical and practical suggestions were made.

        소셜 뉴스 이용과 뉴스 관여가 세대별 정치 참여 행동에 미치는 영향

        Adolescents’ sharing of digital news is an increasingly significant issue within the field of digital citizenship, and accessing and using digital information has been shown to affect their lives and futures. This study seeks to understand the impact of young people’s engagement with news-related communication and news literacy education on their news consumption and civic engagement by examining the differences in the significance of factors between adolescent and adult groups. A secondary data analysis was conducted using national survey datasets on youth news media use (13 to 18 years old, N=1,665) and Korean news media use (18 to 60 years old, N=3,799). This study reveals that news access via social media is positively correlated with news engagement (commenting and sharing) regardless of age cohort. However, significant generational gaps in media, which determine the influence of social news use on news commenting and sharing practices, are observed in our regression models. News literacy education is related to engagement with news commenting for adolescents and news sharing for adults. For adolescents, news literacy education is related to increased participation in online public discussions, whereas for adults, it is related to increases in news sharing on different platforms. This study reaffirms the path from news use to news engagement and the paths from news engagement to civic engagement. Also, the media for social news are important to increasing civic engagement. Our findings suggest that social news shared via messaging apps significantly predicts civic engagement among adolescents; whereas social news shared via social media significantly predicts civic engagement among adults. Recently, researchers have begun to recognize the different news consumption practices that occur within the different types of online spheres where different types of social networks are based. Our results confirm these different practices depending on the type of social network and the generational differences in networked news engagement and sharing practices. As news engagement of news consumers, which was not prominent in the context of conventional news consumption, has become more readily available in the digital news environment, the significance of news engagement is highlighted in this study. This study will further discuss the impact of news commenting and sharing practices on online civic communication among adolescents.

        초등학생의 마인드셋 변화 프로그램 개발과 효과성 검증

        본 연구에서는 초등학교 고학년 학생을 대상으로 효과적인 마인드셋 변화 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 마인드셋 변화 프로그램은 1회 40분씩 총 6차시로 구성되었으며, 차시별로 교육용 영상자료와 워크북을 제공하여 체계적인 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 개발한 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위하여 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 별 각각 2학급씩 총 6학급에 재학 중인 125명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으며, 학년당 1개 학급을 각각 실험집단과 통제집단으로 배치하였다. 프로그램 실시 전•후의 마인드셋(성장 마인드셋과 고정 마인드셋), 성취목표지향성(숙달접근목표와 수행회피목표), 수업참여를 비교한 결과 마인드셋 변화 프로그램을 통하여 실험집단의 성장 마인드셋과 숙달접근목표는 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였고, 고정 마인드셋은 감소하였다. 본 프로그램에 참여함으로써 향상된 성장 마인드셋은 숙달접근목표의 증진을 매개로 수업참여 증가에 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 또한, 본 프로그램에 참여함으로써 낮아진 고정 마인드셋은 수업참여 증가에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a mindset change program for elementary school students and examine the effectiveness of the program. The mindset change program consisted of 6 sessions at 40 minutes each. Educational video materials and workbooks were provided for systematic learning. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed program, 125 4-6th grade elementary school students participated in the study. One class per grade was assigned as an experimental group and a control group, respectively. The mindsets(growth mindset and fixed mindset), achievement goal orientation(mastery approach goal and performance avoidance goal) and class engagement before and after the program were compared. The growth mindset and mastery approach goal of the experimental group increased significantly by participating the mindset change program while the fixed mindset decreased. The improved growth mindset by participating in this program showed a positive effect on the change in class participation through the increase of the mastery approach goal. Finally the implication of this study, limitations, and suggestions for the further studies were discussed.

        플랫폼에 따른 건강정보추구 행동의 영향요인과 결과

        이 연구는 검색엔진과 SNS(Social Network Site/Service)를 통한 건강정보추구 행동에 사회경제적 요인과 디지털 미디어 리터러시가 어떤 영향을 주고, 검색엔진과 SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동을 통해 사회적 지지와 생활만족을 얻을 수 있는지 살펴보고자 했다. 전국 거주 성인남녀 1000명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 얻었다. 분석결과, 남성보다 여성이 검색엔진을 통한 건강정보추구 행동을 많이 했으며, 연령이 높을수록 SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 미디어 리터러시의 접근과 창조 차원은 SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동에 정적인 영향을 주었지만, 디지털 미디어 리터러시의 이해 차원은 검색엔진을 통한 건강정보추구 행동에 정적인 영향을 주었다. SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동은 검색엔진을 통한 건강정보추구 행동보다 정보적 지지와 정서적 지지에 더 큰 영향을 주었다. 생활만족에는 SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동은 정적인 영향을, 검색엔진을 통한 건강정보추구 행동은 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. SNS를 통한 건강정보추구 행동이 생활만족에 미치는 영향에서 정보적 지지와 정서적 지지는 부분매개 효과를 가졌다. 플랫폼별 상이한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 및 실무적 함의를 논했다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of socioeconomic factors and digital media literacy on health information seeking behavior (HISB) through search engines and social networking services (SNS), and whether social support and life satisfaction as outcomes of HISB can be obtained through HISB using search engines and SNS. A nationwide online questionnaire was conducted on 1,000 male and female adults to obtain the data for this study. Results of this study demonstrated that women were more likely to seek health information using search engines than men were. The older the participants were, the more likely it was that they looked for health information using SNS as opposed to using a search engine. Access and creating dimension of digital media literacy had a positive impact on HISB via SNS, but understanding dimension of digital media literacy had a positive impact on HISB via search engines. HISB via SNS has more influence on information support and emotional support than HISB via search engines. HISB via SNS had a positive effect on life satisfaction, while HISB via search engines had a negative impact. Informational support and emotional support had a partially mediating effect on life satisfaction when participants used HISB via SNS. Based on these findings, the theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
