커피전문점 이용객의 식생활라이프스타일과 선택속성과의 관계: 20・30대 여성을 중심으로

This study aimed to analyze the food related-lifestyle and selection attributes of female consumers aged 20∼39 of coffee shops. Survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaires and 278 usable responses were collected, using SPSS 19.0. The results are as follows: First, the survey identifies that the sample can be divided into two clusters(high-concern group, low-concern group). They were more concerned with a functional choice and an emotional choice than an economic choice in the high-concern group. Whereas they were more concerned with an economic choice in the low-concern group. Second, health seeking type and taste seeking type had a positive impact on a functional choice from the analysis on effect of food related-lifestyle on selection attributes. Popularity seeking type had a positive impact on an economic choice. Analysis of food related-lifestyle and selection attributes has an important meaning as the marketing strategy.

We propose a partial occlusion removal method for computational integral imaging reconstruction (CIIR)based on the usage of the exemplar based inpainting technique. The proposed method is an improvedversion of the original linear inpainting based CIIR (LI-CIIR), which uses the inpainting technique to fillin the data missing region. The LI-CIIR shows good results for images which contain objects with smoothsurfaces. However, if the object has a textured surface, the result of the LI-CIIR deteriorates, since thelinear inpainting cannot recover the textured data in the data missing region well. In this work, we utilizethe exemplar based inpainting to fill in the textured data in the data missing region. We call the proposedmethod the neighboring elemental image exemplar based inpainting (NEI-exemplar inpainting) method,since it uses sources from neighboring elemental images to fill in the data missing region. Furthermore,we also propose an automatic occluding region extraction method based on the use of the mutual constraintusing depth estimation (MC-DE) and the level set based bimodal segmentation. Experimental results showthe validity of the proposed system

Purpose: Breast cancer is one of the most frequent malignancies in Korean women, and its incidence is increasing at a rapid rate. Since 1996, the Korean Breast Cancer Society has collected nationwide breast cancer data using an online registration program and analyzed the data biennial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the characteristics of Korean breast cancer and to analyze changes in these characteristics over the period of time. Methods: Data were collected from 41 medical schools (74 hospitals), 24 general hospitals, and 6 private clinics. Data on the total number, gender, and age of newly-diagnosed breast cancer patients were collected through a questionnaire. Additional data were collected and analyzed from the online database. Results: In 2010, 16,398 patients in Korea were newly diagnosed with breast cancer. The crude incidence rate of female breast cancer was 67.2 cases per 100,000, and the median age at diagnosis was 49 years. The incidence of breast cancer was highest in patients aged between 40 and 49 years. Since 1996, there has been a significant increase in the proportion of early-stage cancers (detected in stage 1 or 2), the percentage of estrogen receptor-positive cancers, and in the proportion of patients receiving breast-conserving surgery. Conclusion: The incidence and clinical characteristics of Korean breast cancer are slowly changing to the patterns of Western countries. To understand changing patterns in the characteristics of Korean breast cancer, the nationwide data should be continuously analyzed.
외식업체 종사원의 감정노동에 따른 직무스트레스와 이직의도

치열한 경쟁 속에서 외식업체는 인건비 절감을 위해 인력규모를 축소해야만 하는 상황에 처해 있다. 인원 감축과 같은 고용 불안 속에서 종사원 개인이 감당하기 힘들 정도의 업무로 인해 스트레스는 가중되고 있다. 본 연구는 외식업체에서 근무하는 조리사 및 식음료종사원을 대상으로 이러한 종사원들의 감정노동에 따른 직무스트레스와 이직의도간의 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해 실증분석을 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울의 외식업체에서 근무하고 있는 300명의 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종 261부의 자료를 사용하였으며, SPSS 통계 패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 독립변수와 종속변수간의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 감정노동의 세부요인인 내면행위, 표면행위 모두 스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이직의도에는 표면행위와 내면행위 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스트레스도 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 실증분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후과제를 제시하였다. This study for the success of service providers, restaurant employees should follow standardized manuals to handle customer responses. As the restaurant has experienced fierce competition, the number of employees to hire new employees has increased due to the recruitment of new employees. The study conducted an empirical analysis to assess the effects of job stress on job stress and job seekers, and the effects of job stress between the working class and the food serving staff. To this end, the survey was conducted on 300 employees who worked at restaurants in Seoul. Using the final 261 datas, the SPSS statistics package was used to validate the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables through analysis of frequency analysis, causal analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Internal action, the internal behaviour of emotional labor, has shown that emotional effects affect stress. On the other hand, the intention of changing jobs was to influence both the surface and inner workings of the act. Also, stress has been shown to have a negative impact on changing jobs. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, the findings were presented in the context of this study.
