탄화규소 단결정 성장을 위한 종자결정모듈의 탄화규소-흑연 간 접합계면의 기계적 특성 평가

고온의 탄화규소 단결정성장공정에서는 탄화규소-흑연간의 열팽창계수의 차이로 인한 열응력이 크게 발생할 수 있어 흑연부재로부터 탄화규소 종자정이 분리되어 성장 중에 종자정이 떨어지는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 탄화규소 종자정 모듈의 접합특성에 대한 연구는 현재까지 거의 보고된 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 탄화규소-흑연 간의 접합특성을 평가하기 위해 3점 굽힘시험법을 응용한 복합모드꺾임시험(Mixed-Mode Flexure Test)을 통해 탄화규소-흑연을 서로 다른 접합제를 적용하여 접합한 시편의 접합 특성을 확인하고, 흑연 접착제의 미세구조를 분석하기 위해 라만분광법(Raman spectroscopy), X선 광전자분광법(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) 및 X선 전산화 단층촬영법(X-ray Computed Tomography)을 활용하였다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통하여 선별한 접착성이 우수한 접착제를 적용하여 직경 50 mm급의 탄화규소 종자결정모듈을 제작하고, 이를 적용하여 고온의 상부종자용액성장 공정을 이용하여 공정 중 종자정의 탈락없이 성공적으로 직경 50 mm급의 탄화규소 단결정을 성장시켰다.

The taxonomic list of specific features in external and internal shape and the pattern analysis of Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ as the original plant of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Aconitum cliiare Dc as the original plant of Aconiti Ciliare Tuber are as follows. 1. Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ has tri-palmately parted leaves, petiole in lower leaves, and its ovary has short hair. Whereas Aconitum cliare Dc has $3{\sim}4$ parted leaves, long petiole, and its ovary has not hair. 2. Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ has cylinder shape is relatively small in length and diameter, is greyish brown blacky brown in outer surface, greyish $white{\sim}dark$ gray in section. 3. According to the collection place, there is a remarkable difference in the physical shape of herbal states. Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparate(medicated in Korea) is more transparent blacky brown color than Aconiti Lateralis Fadix Preparata(medicated in Chian). Also Black Aconi Radix(墨附片) has exodermis and White Aconi Radix(白附片) has not. 4. The internal characteristics entirely correspond to in internal shape described in the literatures, Only it is possible to discriminate between black Aconi Radix(墨附片) and White Aconi Radix(白附片) by the existence of cork layer. The classification between Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Aconiti Ciliare Tuber makes entirely Tuber makes entirely remarkable difference in the physical shape of cambium layer Namely, in shape of cambium layer the kinds of Aconiti lateralis Radix Prepala has horn-like shape and the kinds of Aconiti Ciliare Tuber has circle-like shape. 5. In the peak of examination substance in comparison to Rt of the index material diterpene alkaloid mesaconitine, aconitine, hypaconitine chromatogram Aconiti Ciliare Tuber is higher than in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata This explain that the component changes after the process of medicine. 6. In the Content of mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitime Aconiti Ciliare Tuber is higher than Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata. 7. In Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine each appears in Rf 0.46, 0.54, 0.32. But except Aconiti Ciliare Tuber the band does not appear. For the future, such results will be used as the basic source of additional research, and a far-reaching comparative study is needed to distinguish between many kinds of same genus-degree of relatedness.

단도박자의 실존 재구성 과정 연구

This study is to examine how a person’s senses, feelings, thoughts and actions, which are basic constituents of human existence, has changed in the gambling addicts’ recovering process. For this purpose, the 10 gambling abstinences were selected and interviewed in depth. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed by Giorgi's(1970; 1985) phenomenological method. The meaningful units were summarized by the 23 emerging themes, and they were reconstructed by the 8 essential themes by considering the interrelationships among themes. Major findings are as follows. Firstly, participants have experienced ‘dull senses’, ‘fixation of thoughts’, ‘ambivalent feelings’, and ‘loss of control’ while they were in the state of addiction. Each experience was mutually interrelated; senses, feelings, thoughts, and actions were influencing each other and led them together to addiction. Secondly, participants' recovery were related to ‘recovery of senses’, ‘reconstruction of thoughts’, ‘relaxed feelings’, and ‘abstinent life’. As was in the stage of addiction, the basic constituents of existence were mutually interrelated in the process of recovery. Thirdly, their recovery process was summarized as the reconstruction process of their existence by changing their senses, feelings, thoughts, and actions. Thirdly, we proposed some practical suggestions for ‘sense development’, ‘intervention to ambivalent feeling’, ‘setting the control mechanism’, based upon the research outcomes. 본 연구는 인간의 실존을 구성하는 요소인 감각, 감정, 사고, 행동이 도박 중독과 회복 과정에서 어떻게 변하는지를 탐구하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 단도박 중인 연구 참여자 10인과 1:1 심층면담을 실시했다. 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 Giorgi(1970; 1985)가 제안한 현상학적 방법으로 분석했다. 분석 과정에서 추출된 ‘의미단위’들을 23개의 ‘드러난 주제’로 재구성했으며, 드러난 주제들 간의 연관성을 검토하여 총 8개의 ‘본질적 주제’로 통합했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 도박 중독 과정에서 ‘무감각’, ‘사고의 고착’, ‘양가감정’, ‘통제력 상실’을 체험했다. 각각의 체험은 서로 관련이 있었다. 감각, 감정, 사고, 행동이 서로 영향을 미치며 참여자들을 중독으로 이끌고 있었다. 둘째, 참여자들의 회복은 ‘감각회복’, ‘사고의 재구성’, ‘편안한 감정’, ‘절제하는 삶’과 관련이 있었다. 중독 과정에서와 마찬가지로 회복 과정에서 실존 구성 요소들은 상호 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 참여자들의 체험에 대한 주제들을 일관적 진술로 통합한 결과 단도박자들은 회복되는 과정에서 감각, 감정, 사고, 행동의 변화를 통해 자기 실존을 재구성하고 있었다. 연구자들은 연구결과를 바탕으로 ‘감각에 대한 개입’, ‘양가감정에 대한 개입’, ‘통제장치 마련’과 같은 실천적 대안들을 제시했다.

도박중독자의 회복과정과 실존체험에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to ascertain what makes the existential experiences possible in the recovery process of gambling addicts and how it shapes the will of gambling abstinence. Eight study participants were chosen and 1:1 in-depth-interview and Hermeneutic Phenomenology Approach was utilized. As a result, 3 steps were determined in the study. The first step was existential self-consciousness. In this step, they faced their reality through interaction with meaningful others and thinking of death, and tried to stop gambling and recover. The second step was struggle(inner conflict). In this step, the participants were tempted to gamble. Although participants experienced inner conflicts and gambled again, it helped them to assure that their efforts were not in vain and to have confidences that they can expand the period of gambling abstinence. The third step was mastering existence. In this step, the participants realized their problems and lack of competency through various experiences. They realized the importance of 'spiritual maturity' by recognition of their problems, and believed in 'invisible power' by reflections on their changed lives. This `spirituality' acted as a 'new meaning of their lives’ Based on the results, the researcher suggests theoretical implications about the trigger of recovery, circulation of recovery, master signifier and existence. Implications of practice and policy are suggested in terms of impotance of others, appropriate goal setting, pillar of mind setting, existence program and support facilities. 이 연구의 목적은 도박중독자의 회복과정에서 무엇이 실존체험을 가능하게 하고, 그것이 어떻게 단도박 의지를 생성하여 도박중독에서 빠져나올 수 있게 하는지를 확인하는데 있다. 총 8명의 연구주인공을 선정하고 1:1 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 ‘해석학적 현상학’ 관점을 가지고 분석했다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘실존인식’ 단계에서 연구주인공들은 타자와 죽음에 대한 체험을 통해 도박을 중단하고 회복을 위해 노력했다. 둘째, ‘투쟁(내적 갈등)’ 단계에서 연구주인공들은 도박의 유혹에 시달리거나 재발을 경험했다. 셋째, ‘실존체득’ 단계에서 연구주인공들은 다양한 체험을 통해 경제적 문제, 성격적 결함, 역량 부족과 같은 자신들의 문제를 인식했으며, 문제 해결을 위해 노력하는 과정에서 새로운 목표와 희망을 발견했다.

Due to the increase of environmental problems around the world, electricity reduction of existing buildings is essential. Especially in Korea, University energy consumption is significant according to national survey. Therefore, this study was conducted to demonstrate the PV system sizing and economical analysis process of an university campus. The study calculated the required PV size and install area through analyzing the power consumption of the university provided by the iSmart DB of Korea Electric Power Corporation and estimated PV power generation of using eQUEST. As a result of the study, when installing a 9,000 kW solar power generation system, the power consumption of the university campus can be reduced by 41.2% with the initial cost of 10.8 billion Korean Won and economic benefit of 13.7 billion Korean Won for 25 years of lifetime.

도박중독자의 의도적 반복 경험에 관한 연구: 반복기제에 관한 재고찰

The purpose of this study is to understand clearly the repetition mechanism of gambling by examining the concrete process of getting gambling addiction. We collected data by performing in-depth interviews with 12 gambling addicts, and analyzed the data using Giorgi's phenomenological method. We could deduce 6 themes from the analysis: ‘contact’, ‘intermittent gambling’, ‘self-confidence’, ‘taste of pleasure’, ‘efforts to retrieve’, and ‘loss of control’. The 6 themes were integrated into common theme of ‘from intentional repetition to unconscious repetition’. Based upon this analysis, we reconsidered the ‘gambling contactpleasure’ hypothesis, and tried to distinguish the different emotions during gambling. 이 연구의 목적은 도박중독에 빠져드는 과정을 구체적으로 탐구하여 도박의 반복기제를 명확히 밝히는 데 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 도박중독 경험이 있는 연구참여자 12명과 1:1 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집했으며, 수집된 자료는 Giorgi가 제안한 현상학적 방법으로 분석했다. 분석 결과 ‘접촉’, ‘간헐적 도박’, ‘자신감’, ‘쾌감의 맛’, ‘만회 노력’, ‘통제력 상실’을 포함하는 6개의 주제를 도출할 수 있었다. 그리고 도출된 주제들을 통합하여 ‘의도적 반복에서 무의식적 반복으로’라는 통합 주제를 뽑아 낼 수 있었다. 연구자들은 연구결과를 바탕으로 ‘도박 접촉 → 쾌감’이라는 기존 가설에 대해 재검토하고 무의식적 반복의 전 단계인 의도적 반복에 대한 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 제시했다.

문제성 주식투자 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구 - 주식의 도박성에 관한 고찰 -

이 연구의 목적은 과도한 주식투자 경험에 대한 내러티브를 탐구해 주식투자의 도박성과 중독성을 밝히는 데 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 총 3명의 내러티브 주인공을 선정했으며, 1:1 심층면담을 통해 분석에 필요한 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 Connelly와 Clandinin(1990)이 제안한 내러티브 탐구방법을 활용해 분석했다. 분석결과 돈에 대한 열망, 주식정보 입수, 변동성, 돈의 가치 상실, 차트에 갇힌 영혼, 남아있는 불씨를 논의의 주제로 도출할 수 있었다. 도출된 주제들을 종합한 결과 주식투자 경험의 내러티브는 “돈에 대한 열망과 주식정보로 ‘주식도박’에 중독된 후 벗어났지만 단도박을 장담할 수 없음”으로 종합되었다. 연구자들은 연구결과를 바탕으로 ‘돈의 의미에 대한 성찰 기회 제공’, ‘중독재활 상담사에 대한 주식 및 경제 교육’, ‘주식 절제 프로그램 개발 및 도입’, ‘사행산업 개념에 대한 재논의’가 필요함을 피력했다. This study aimed to illustrate characteristics of stock investment as gambling and addictiveness through research on an experience of excessive stock investments. To achieve the goal, 3 narrative main characters were selected and data were collected through 1 on 1 in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed with a narrative inquiry research method suggested by Connelly and Clandinin(1990). As a result, 'a desire for money', 'a stock information acquisition', 'variability', 'a loss in the value of money', 'a soul trapped in charts', 'the embers of fire' were drawn as the subject matters of a discussion. By putting these drawn subjects together, the narrative of a stock investment experience was generalized to the point that “once addicted to ‘Stock Gambling’ with a desire for money and a stock information, people got clean but can not assure stopping gambling”. The researchers express the necessity for ‘providing an opportunity for examining the meaning of money for oneself’, ‘proving an education on stock and economics to a addiction rehabilitation counsellor’, ‘introducing programs on controlling stock investments’ and ‘a rediscussing the concept of gambling’ based on the result.
