        전문계 고등학교 출신자에 대한 산업체 인식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of selection and adaptation of vocational high school graduates and perceptions of corporate personnel staffs, and draw out implications for secondary vocational education. To achieve this purpose, questionnaire was developed based on literature and articles, surveyed to personnel staffs of companies included to Ten Sector Councils by interviews. Respondents were 1,373 persons and data from 1,043 persons of them who experienced of employing vocational high school graduates were used to analyze by Spss Windows version 15.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, 76% of respondents has employed vocational high school graduates because of levels of performance ability, salary, and majors related to job, and employment ratio of vocational high school graduates has declined during last five years. Second, many of vocational high school graduates is blue-collar workers, and the more size of company, the higher ratio of blue-collar job. Third, in selection procedure, they consider more important personality, practice competency, certificates, and majors than paper-and-pencil test and academic achievement in the school. Fourth, ratio of vocational high school graduates who would resign work in one-year-employed terms is twice as much those of 2-year or 4-year college graduates, and these reasons were dissatisfaction to their salaries and working conditions and personal problem such as military duties. Fifth, performance level of basic skill is lower than personality and attitude as a worker, and special knowledge and skills are the lowest of performance competencies. Sixth, ability and attitudes insufficient to vocational high schools graduates is problem-solving ability and affirmative attitude to work. Finally, many of respondents forecasted that employment size of vocational high school graduates would sustain or expand. 이 연구는 전문계 고등학교 출신자의 채용과정, 산업체 현장적응 및 직무수행에 대한 산업체 인식을 분석하여 전문계 고등학교에서의 직업교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여, 선행 연구 논문 및 연구자료를 기초로 하여 산업체 관계자의 전문계 고등학교 출신자에 대한 인식 조사를 위한 조사도구를 개발하였으며, 설문조사는 산업자원부에서 선정한 국가 주력산업을 주축으로 구성된 10개 산업별 인적자원개발협의체(sector councils)에 속하는 회원 산업체의 인사담당자 및 (생산)관리자를 대상으로 면접조사를 통하여 이루어졌다. 설문조사에 참여한 응답자는 총 1,373명이었고, 이 중에서 전문계 고등학교 출신자를 채용한 경험이 있는 1,043명의 응답 결과를 분석에 사용하였다.주요 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 산업체는 업무수행 수준, 임금 수준 및 업무관련 전공 등의 이유로 전문계 고등학교 출신자를 채용하고 있었다. 둘째, 전문계 고등학교 출신자의 채용분야는 생산직이 가장 많았고, 기업규모가 클수록 생산직의 비중이 높아지는 반면, 규모가 작을수록 일반사무직과 기술전문직의 비중이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문계 고등학교 출신자의 신규 채용시 고려요인으로는 성격, 현장실습능력, 자격증 소지, 전공 등이 중요한 요인으로 인식되는 반면, 입사 필기시험과 학교성적은 상대적으로 중요하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전문계 고등학교 출신자의 채용 당시 업무수행능력의 충분성에 대하여, 기본적인 인성 및 태도에 비하여 기초적인 직업능력 및 지식이 더 낮고, 전문지식과 기술은 가장 낮게 나타났다. 다섯째, 전문계 고등학교 출신자에게 가장 부족한 능력 및 태도로는 창의적 문제해결 능력과 일에 대한 긍정적인 태도가 대표적이었다. 끝으로, 향후 전문계 고등학교 출신자의 채용 규모 변화에 대하여 현재와 비슷하게 유지되거나 감소할 수 있다는 의견이 다소 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 종합적으로 고려하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 전문계 고등학교는 지역적 그리고 산업적 인력수요에 맞춰 지역산업별 특성화 고등학교를 중심으로 소수 정예인력 양성에 초점을 둔 직업교육으로의 전환이 필요하다.

        농업계 고등학교에서의 학교기업 활성화 방안

        The purpose of this study was to analyze in more detail the operational status of school-based enterprises at agricultural high schools in Korea. We conducted case studies and the current status analysis to identify the problems of school-based enterprises, and proposed an improvement plan based on the result of case studies and the current status analysis. Regarding specific strategies for the operation of school-based enterprises at agricultural high schools, we presented the target, the period, the operational organizations, and the operational procedure of school-based enterprises and an implementation plan. In conducting this study, we analyzed relevant research papers and data of vocational & agricultural high school as a preliminary source and supplemented the result of the study with interviews and expert committees. In order to facilitate school-based enterprise programs, first, the operational objectives of school-based enterprise programs should be embodied. Secondly, feasible products by school-based enterprises must be specified. Thirdly, human resources such as teachers, who can deliver educational courses related to school-based enterprise programs, should be secured. In addition, the students should participate in school-based enterprise programs voluntarily and the program should be a part of optional courses of the formal course work. Fourthly, a firm foundation should be established to allow schools to operate practical programs. To secure more voluntary schools as possible and to guarantee the autonomy in designing curricula, operating school-based enterprises and selecting students are critical. Fifthly, local education offices should conduct pilot programs and promote exemplary cases in order to enhance the awareness of the operation of school-based enterprises.

        사회변화에 따른 농업계 교육과정 편성 및 운영방안

        The purpose of this study is to analyze current situation and future growth possibility of agriculture in Korea, curriculum transition processes and the content of the 7th curriculum, and problem in curriculum organization and implementation, and to suggest a future oriented direction for the agricultural vocational high school.Literature review was mainly used for this study.The results of the study are as follows :First, in organizing and implementing curriculum for the agricultural vocational high school, government’s role should be minimized, and empowering should be facilitated.Secondly, reorganization of major area and subject matters should be flexible considering the characteristics of the community and the fact that agriculture is not only 1th industry but also 2nd and 3rd industry.Thirdly, curriculum for the agricultural vocational high school should be developed for cultivating problem solving skill, creativity, learning how-to-learn, positive attitude regarding vocational education, vocational ethics, self-confidence, and desire for continuing education.Fourthly, administrative and financial supports from the government are necessary for the effective curriculum implementation in the agricultural vocational high school.

        한국에서의 농업정보기술인력 육성의 현황과 과제

        이 연구의 목적은 21세기 산업사회가 디지털 사회로 변화되면서 한국의 농업정보기술인력의 육성과 관련된 현황 및 문제점, 발전 방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 방법은 문헌 조사를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 발전 방안을 제시하였다.연구의 결과로는 농업정보기술 인력을 육성하기 위해서는 우선적으로 농촌 지역의 정보통신기반 확충과 농민들의 접근성을 높일 수 있는 환경이 마련되어야 하고, 농업정보화 추진을 위한 체제의 정비가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 농업정보기 인력을 육성하기 위해서는 실업계 고등학교, 전문대학, 농업계 대학, 각종 농업관련 교육기관의 체계적인 교육 및 농민들의 정보이용능력을 제고시켜야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 농업정보환경(시스템의 조기 안정화)을 개선하여야 하고, 다양한 컨텐츠 개발 및 제공하는 정보의 영역을 확대하여야 한다. 그리고 농업정보교육을 위해서는 교육의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 표준교육과정 및 컨텐츠 제공, 교육 이수자에 대한 사후 지원을 할 수 있는 시스템이 갖추어야 할 것이다.

        전문대학 현장실습 모형 및 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study aimed to provide the model and program of work-based experience appropriate for the conditions of junior colleges in Korea. For the purpose of this study, first, the concept and objectives of work-based experience were reviewed and the model and program of work-based experience were also reviewed through the previous related studies. Secondly, the regulations of work-based experience in Korea were reviewed and the cases of work-based experience in foreign countries(work-based learning in the U.S., sandwich system in the U.K., and TAFE in the Australia) were also reviewed. Finally, the expert meeting consisting professors in junior colleges, educational administrators and industrial firms' staffs was held to make the final decision on the model and program of work-based experience appropriate for the conditions of junior colleges.Based on the results of this study, this study provided the model of work-based experience and the program according to the purpose and methods of operation.

        자기주도적 학습을 위한 e-Learning 교수·학습 콘텐츠 개발 모형: 실업계 고등학교 전문교과를 중심으로

        Since e-Learning targets a large number of learners, consideration of individualization is necessarily required. Additionally, people are asking for intelligent education services, as the society becomes a knowledge-based one with on restrictions by time and space. e-Learning programs are increasing dramatically every year in corporations, schools, government etc. As Internet-based e-Learning are increasing, the matter of grave concern is design for security of education contents in quality and effectively development and it delivers. But, it was not e-Learning contents for vocational high school students, furthermore it was not model of e-Learning contents development for e-Learning contentsThe purpose of this study is to develop model of e-Learning teaching-learning contents development for poor basic learning, poor self-directed learning of vocational high school students. For accomplishing it, this study conducted various research methods. Extensive literature was collected and reviewed. A panel of expert committee was held in order to discuss and search the education plan which were made by researchers.The results of this study were as follows:It developed model of e-Learning teaching-learning contents development for poor basic learning, poor self-directed learning of vocational high school students. The model of development is five-process(①planning/educational need analysis, ②design, ③develop, ④ implement and management, ⑤evaluation). This paper suggests liner flowchart and partial liner flowchart on self-direction.
