속력 문제의 해결에서 나타나는 중학생의 양적 추론 사례 연구

본 사례 연구의 목적은 중학교 1학년 학생 10명을 대상으로 속력 문제의 해결에서 나타나는 양적 추론을 분석하는 것이다. 그 결과, 학생들에게 제시된 문제 상황이 같더라도 학생들마다 구성하는 양들 사이의 관계는 다를 수 있으며, 이는 문제 상황에 대한 이해, 문제 해결을 위한 방식, 대수적 표현 등 문제 해결 과정 전반에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 양적 추론은 대수적 추론의 바탕을 이루고 그 의미를 풍부하게 해준다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 문제 해결 교육의 방법과 내용에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 하나의 경험적 근거자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. This case study aims to analyze the quantitative reasoning of middle school students who solve speed problem. The relations among quantities that students construct while solving speed problem are different. Quantitative reasoning significantly impacts the problem-solving process. Moreover, it forms the basis of algebraic reasoning and enhances their implication. These results are considered to be empirical evidence that suggests implications for the method and content of problem solving education.

Es bien conocido que el adverbio es una categori´a muy complicada que modifica a varios sintagmas diferentes. Esta categori´a puede ocupar casi godas las posiciones adjuntas y hasta puede aparecer en las posiciones de otras categori´as. Adema´s, puede ejercer casi todas las funciones. Mediante este trabajo, hemos tratado de aclarar algunas caracteri´sticassinta´cticas de algunos adverbios de -mente en espan~ol. El adverbio nos muestra unas complejidades tan profundas que los lingu¨istas todavi´a no han podido aclarar sus caracteri´sticas sinta´ctico-sema´nticas. La mayori´a de trabajos acerca del adverbio se basan en la clasificacio´n de la misma categori´a segu´n los rasgos sema´nticos y muy pocos lingu¨istas la han analizado sinta´cticamente. Bajo esta circunstancia, hemos tratado de aclarar, a trave´s de esta tesis, que los adverbios de -mente nos muestran casi las mismas caracteri´sticas sinta´cticas que los adverbios normales. Pero, a diferencia de e´stos, los adverbios de -mente no aparecen en las posiciones de nu´cleo nominal salvo en la complementaria de la perposicio´n de. Parece que tampoco pueden ocupar la posicio´n sujetiva de la oracio´n copulativa u oracio´n reducida y la posicio´n complementaria de la oracio´n reducida. Sabemos bien que hay tantos adverbios de -mente que no hemos tratado aqui´, pero hemos logrado verificar las posiciones y funciones ma´s relevantes de los adverbios de -mente. Y hemos aclarado que los adverbios de -mente pueden ocupar la posicio´n Espec de otrascategori´as. Deseo que esta tesis sirva para otros estudios ma´s profundos acerca de los adverbios de -mente en espan~ol.

The methanol extracts of Aralia elata showed antimicrobial activity against bacteria. The antimicrobial active principle was successively purified with solvent fractionation, silica gel adsorption column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, silica gel partition column chromatography and HPLC. The active substance was isolated by HPLC on C_(18) column with an acetic acid-MeOH system. The active substance was identified as trans-4-hydroxycinnamic acid by MS, ¹H-NMR and ^(13)C-NMR.

SOI(Silicon-On-Insulator)는 차세대 VLSI 구조로서 최근 중요한 연구개발 대상이 되고 있다. SOI의 제조기술을 크게 recrystallization, ELO, FIPOS 및 SIMOX로 나누고 이들 각 기술에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 향후 전반적인 SOI 제조기술 개발방향은 SOI면적 확장 및 결함 감소를 위한 것이 될 것이다.
성장시간에 따른 ZnO 나노로드의 구조적 및 광학적 특성 변화

ZnO nanorods were grown on $SiO_2$ coated Si wafers and glass by the hydrothermal method. The structural and optical properties variation of ZnO nanorods as a function of growing time was studied. ~10 nm-thick ZnO thin films deposited on substrates by rf magnetron sputtering were employed as seed layers. Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (0.05 M) and hexamethylenetetramine (0.05 M) mixed in DI water were used as a reaction solution. ZnO nanorods were respectively grown for 30 min, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, and 4 h by maintaining the reactor at $90^{\circ}C$. Crystallinity of ZnO nanorods was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the morphology of nanorods was observed by a field emission scanning electron microscope. Transmittance and absorbance were measured by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and energy band gap and urbach energy were obtained from the data. Photoluminescence measurements were carried out using Nd-Yag laser (266 nm).
粒界에서의 터널링으로 解析한 薄膜트랜지스터의 電流-電壓 特性

多結晶 薄膜트랜지스터의 電界效果 解析을 위한 物理的인 모델을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 모델에서는 粒子(grain) 하나를 單結晶 트랜지스터로 粒界(grain boundary)를 電位障壁을 갖는 絶緣體로 가정하였다. 따라서 多結晶 薄膜트랜지스터 粒子인 單結晶 트랜지스터들이 粒界를 경계로 직렬연결 되어 있는 것으로 간주하였으며, 粒子에 흐르는 電流는 gradual channel 근사식으로 또 粒界에 흐르는 電流는 터널링 이론으로 계산하였다. 出力特性과 비교하므로써 채널에서의 電位, 電界분포 등을 구하였으며 이결과들을 통해 본 모델을 검토하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 다결정박막트랜지스터의 전도모델이 문턱전압이상의 素子동작해석에 타당함을 밝혔다. A physical model that characterizes the field effect of the polycrystalline thin film transistor(TFT) is developed. The model discribes grains as discrete single crystal transistors and grain boundaries as insulated layers having the potential barrier, Thus TFT is considered as serial connection of single crystal transistors and insulators. In the model, the currents in the grain and the grain boundary is calculated using gradual channel approximation and tunneling theory, respetively. By comparing computed I-V characteristics with measured I-V characteristics of CdSe TFT's, potential and electric field distributions in the channel are observed and the validity of the conduction model proposed in this paper is confirmed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze that the current social studies performance tests is suitable in the light of authentic assessment and to present areform measure. For this purpose, data was selected from 142 performance tests which were database in KICE(Korea Institute of Curriculum & Evaluation) and data was generated through the interview with one teacher who got in on and had practiced authentic assessment. Through the data analysis, it was found that current social studies performance was too much subject matter and authentic assessment was scarce aside from social participation report. Social participation report was a authentic assessment in that it was pointed to value beyond school. Therefore, when the reality of our classroom is considered, social participation report will be a practical remedy in our social studies classroom.
