        NaCI이 황백화된 보리(Hordeum vulgare L.) 잎의 녹화에 미치는 영향

        The effects on photosynthesis of NaCl(0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 or 1.0 M) were examined in etiolated barley seedlings. Chlorophyll(Chl) a, Chl b and carotenoid contents, Chl a fluorescence and quenching coefficients of Chl fluorescence have been determined in the primary leaves of etiolated barley seedlings cultivated under low light(60 μ㏖ m^-2s^-1). Chl a, b, and carotenoid contents were decreased remarkably in comparison with the control at 0.4 M NaCl. However, the value of Fo and Fv were decreased at 0.6 M NaCl and the ratio of Fv/Fm were deceased at 1.0 M NaCl. Chlorophyll synthesis was seriously inhibited from 0.4 M NaCl, and the photosynthetic electron transport system was inhibited from 0.6 M NaCl. Quantum of photosystem Ⅱ reaction center was inhibited at 1.0 M NaCl. The effects of NaCl on the Chl content were raised in a 6 hrs, but the effects of NaCl on the value of Fo, Fv and Fv/Fm were raised in 30 hrs. The value of qP was decreased in comparison with the control at all concentrations, but there was a small change in the value qE. These results provide evidence that NaCl inhibited effects of various concentration of NaCl were inhibited quinone redox, however, proton gradient between thylakoid membranes was little damaged.

        중등 교과서 광합성 영역의 실험 ( 관찰 ) 에 대한 연계성 분석

        The contents of 6th edition of the Korean middle and high school science textbooks were analyzed and investigated in terms of the vertical articulation. The study was conducted focusing on contents of photosynthesis' of the textbooks. The followings were obtained : On the comparing analysis of the text-structure, the proportion of photosynthesis to the total page number is 2.6 %in case of middle school's Science2, 0.9% high school's Common Science, and 4.4% Biology Ⅱ. and the number of experiment (observation) is, on an average, 3 in case of Science2. 0,7 high school's Common Science, and 1.3 Biology Ⅱ . It was found that weight of experiment (observation) in high school's Biology Ⅱ was insufficient. From analysis of vertical articulation of experiment (observation) in photosynthesis, it was found that there 4 repetitions, 2 developments, 2 differentials, and among them 4 kinds of experiment were wrongly placed. Especially because experiments involving concepts of high-grade level was not introduced, the limitation of affiliation was shown in high school's Biology Ⅱ. In conclusion, for effective learning of scientific concepts, the contents of Common Science in 'photosynthesis' should have affiliation compared to middle school's Science2, high school's Biology Ⅱ should use fewer terms by reducing intellectual contents, and experiment (observation) with affiliation have to be included.

        마음챙김에 기초한 관계증진 훈련이 기혼여성의 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Mindfulness Based Relationship Enhancement(MBRE) training for marital satisfaction levels. Middle-aged married women were assigned to either the training or control group. MBRE training consists of 8 sessions. Participants have completed Mindfulness Scale, Social Readjustment Rating Scale, Marital Intimacy Scale, Dyadic Adjustment Scale at pre-training, post-training and 4 weeks of follow-up test periods. The MBRE training significantly increased marital satisfaction, mindfulness, and marital intimacy whereas it significantly decreased marital stress. The effects were still maintained at the follow- up test. These results suggest that MBRE has positive effects on marital satisfaction levels through changing the mindfulness, marital intimacy and marital stress. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are being discussed. 본 연구는 마음챙김에 기초한 관계증진 훈련이 기혼여성의 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 관계증진 훈련 참여자들은 훈련집단과 통제집단에 각 12명씩 배정되었다. 관계증진 훈련은 8회기로 구성되었다. 참여자들의 부부 스트레스, 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도가 사전, 사후, 추후 검사 시기에 측정되었다. 관계증진 훈련은 부부 스트레스를 유의미하게 감소시켰고 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도를 유의미하게 증가시켰다. 관계증진 훈련에 따른 부부 스트레스의 감소와 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도의 증가 효과는 훈련이 끝나고 4주 후에도 지속되었다. 이러한 결과는 관계증진 훈련이 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 부부 스트레스 수준의 변화를 통해 결혼만족도에 긍정적인 효과를 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구의 의의와 실용적 적용의 가능성이 논의되었다.

        중등 교과서 광합성 영역의 용어 분석

        The contents of 6th edition of the Korean middle and school science textbooks were analyzed by the term. The study was conducted focusing on the photosynthesis area of the textbooks. The result, from analysis of terms, showed that the cases in which same terms by textbooks were differently expressed or wrongly mentioned were 36 times in high school's Biology II . From investigation of the number of terms used in over 3 textbooks, it found that 9 new ones among terms investigated were used when moving up from middle school's Science II to Common Science, and 94 terms were newly used when from Common Science to Biology 2. This shows that Common Science is insufficient in affiliation of intellectual contents compared to middle school's Science 2, and high school's Biology B has gap of intellectual contents compared to Common Science.

        중학교 과학교과의 광합성과 호흡 영역 분석

        제6차 교육과정에 의거하여 편찬된 중학교 검인정 2학년 과학 교과서 8종 8권 중 '식물의 구조와 기능' 단원 중 '광합성과 호흡'영역에 대한 내용과 실험을 보완하고자 그림, 용어, 내용 및 오개념에 대하여 비교·분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 교과서별로 그림, 용어, 오개념 그리고 내용 부분에서 수정이 요구되는 부문이 적게는 5개(G 교과서)에서 많게는 10개(A 교과서)로 나타났다. 항목별로 보면 그림(22개)과 관련된 것이 제일 많았으며, 용어에 관한 것(17개), 내용에 관련된 것(14개) 그리고 오개념에 관련된 것(5개)으로 나타났다. 특히 그림과 관련된 개선점을 교과서별로 분석해 보면 30%(D 교과서, 10개 중 3개)에서 50%(A과 E 교과서)까지 조사되었다. D 교과서는 그림의 수(10개)가 가장 많으면서도 문제점(3개)이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 E 교과서는 그림의 수(4개)가 가장 적으면서도 그중 절반(2개)이 수정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The analysis on figures, words, misconception and contents of photosynthesis and respiration parts of the structure and the function of botanics in the middle school science was carried out for the purpose of contributing to contents and experimental improvement in the middle school science textbook. For this analysis, the biology of the eight science textbooks in middle school would be used, with the Sixth curriculum of the middle school In this thesis, the results have the followings: l.. There are serious differences, from six(Textbook G) to eleven (Textbook A), in the contents of the Textbook, the characters and problems of experiments in each textbooks, and the points to change about the analysis of misconception. 2.. On the comparison of words used in each textbooks, the same words be found 12 in the 39 words of eight textbooks. On the other hand, the total words of Photosynthesis and Respiration in each textbook would have different numbers from 19(Textbook E) to 29(Textbook A). 3. To comparer the kinds of the searching experiments and the contents of experiments, it would be 8. It would be shown from two(Textbook C) to six (Textbook D, F, G) in the difference of the experiments and searching activities in each textbook.
