        주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 연령에 따른 특성비교

        Objectives : This study is to verify the developmental changes of ADHD symptoms and functions with aging from 7 to 12 year-old. Method : The subjects of this study were 120 children(108 boys and 12 girls) who were diagnosed as ADHD by DSM - IV at department of neuropsychiatry of Yeungnam University Medical Center. Multidementional tests(K-ABC, ADDES-HV, CAP, CPT, KPl-C, WCST) were carried out to evaluate the change of ADHD symptoms and functions. Results : In K-ABC, children with ADHD showed statistically significant increased "Reading and Understanding" ability(p<.001) with age. In ADDES-HV, They showed decreased inattention (p<.05) and hyperactivity(p<.05) but, not showed significant change of impulsivity symptom with age. In CAP, They showed decreased hyperactivity(p<.001) and inattention (p<.05) and lower total score(p<.05) with age. their result were similar with ADDES-HV. In CPT, They showed decreased hit reaction time(p<.001) and hit reaction time standard errors(p<.01) and variability of standard errors(p<.05) with age. In KPI-C, They showed decreased anxiety(p<.01), depression(p<.001), somatization(p<.05), delinquency(p<.05) and hyperactivity(p<.01) with age. Social relationship(P<.05) was improved, as well as decreased psychoticism(p<.05) and autism (p<.001). In WCST, They showed increased completed categories(p<.001), total corrects(p<.001) and fewer total errors (p<.001) with age. Conclusion : Above findings indicate that symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity in school-aged ADHD children tend to decline with age, but age was less associated with decline in impulsivity symptom . In additions, Their executive functions were improved notably and they appeared stability of emotion, close social relationship and decreased delinquency.

        Erythema Dyschromicum Perstans 3예

        We observed three patients who showed widespread macular ashy-colored eruptions. They fit clinically and histopathologically with the typical erythema dyschromicum perstans (ashy dermatosis). Erythoma dyschromicum perstans is a peculiar pigmented condition of unknown etiology characterized by persistent ashy-gray colored macule, refractory to any modality. All of them have similar skin lesions which are multiple, variable sized oval-shaped, ash-colored macular eruption on the trunk and extremities. Histologic findings of 2 patients reveal the characteristic feature of focal hydropic degeneration of the basal cell layer of the epidermis, perivascular infiltrates of lymphocytes and histiocytes and melanin-laden macrophages in the corium, however, merely pigmentary incontinence into the corium in 1 patient. Literatures are briefly reviewed.

      • RF Magnetron Sputtering법에 의해 형성된 AIN 박막의 특성

        Aluminum nitride (AIN) thin films were deposited on silicon substrates by RF magnetron sputtering at various deposition conditions. The characteristic of AIN thin film were investigated by XRD, AES, HP-4145B semiconductor parameter analyzer, and HP-4280 C-V measurement and so on. There are measured for X-ray diffraction patterns as deposition temperatures, and for AES depth profile to study the analysis of the compositions. In Ⅰ-Ⅴ measurements, leakage current was below 50 pA in the measuring range. The deposition conditions for the good c-axis orientation were 100 W of RF power, 200 ℃ of substrate temperature and 15 mTorr of working pressure.

      • 판재성형의 동적해석에 대한 비교연구

        Explicit dynamic finite element analysis has been used widely in the field of sheet metal forming. However, in using the analysis technique, there are some parameters which are not clearly defined so that engineers may obtain inaccurate solutions. In the present study, parameters, such as time step, damping ratio, penalty constant and punch speed, were investigated on their influence to the solution behavior. Considered forming processes are plane stain bending by a punch, axisymmetric deep drawing, hemispherical punch stretching of a rectangular sheet, and square cup deep drawing. Also, to evaluate the drawbead idealization, axisymmetric deep drawing was analyzed with geometrically modelled drawbeads as well as the equivalence drawbead force.

      • 섬유소 분해효소 생성 미생물의 분리 및 특성

        Of 7 cellulolytic isolates which produced both cellulase complex and xylanase at 40℃ or 42℃ under the neutral pH range, LBC505 and CYC10 strains were a potent cellulase producer isolated from soil, and found to be similar to Pseudomonas sp. Cellulolytic thermophilic F204 and F1020, were also isolated from soil and identified as Bacillus sp. from its taxonomical characteristics, except for its ability to grow at high temperature and pH. Pseudomonas sp. and thermophilic alkalophilic Bacillus sp. produced CMCase, avicelase and β-1, 4-glucosidase as well as xylanase in culture filtrate. The optimal temperature and pH for cell growth and cellulase production of Pseudomonas sp LBC505 and CYC10 were 42℃, pH 6.8-7.0, respectively, and Bacillus sp. F204 and F1020 were 50℃, pH 10.0. The maximal cellulase complex and xylanase acitivities were obtained by cultivating Pseudomonas sp in improved medium, FCY medium, containing 2% CMC, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.3% polypeptone, 0.2% (NH₄)₂SO₄, 0.5% NaCl, 0.2% K₂PO₄, 0.05% MgSO₄·7H₂O, 0.04% CaCl₂, 0.02% FeSO₄·7H₂O, 0.001% MnSO₄·7H₂O, at 40-42℃ for 48hrs. Cellulase complex and xylanase production of Bacillus sp. in an improved medium(FTA) containing the best compound investigated were higher 1.4-2.3 times than that in initial medium(PY-CMC) and its enzyme activity was maximal when grown at 50℃ for 36hrs.

        건축공사 주요자재별 에너지소비량 및 CO<sub>2</sub> 배출 원단위 값 산출에 산업연관표 적용 적정성 검토 연구 -2005년, 2007년 산업연관표를 중심으로-

        한국은행에서 2000년도에 발행된 산업연관표를 적용한 주요 건축자재의 에너지소비량과 $CO_2$ 배출에 대한 원단위 DB는 있지만 2005년, 2007년에 발행된 산업연관표를 이용한 원단위 DB는 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 최근에 발행된 2005년, 2007년도 산업연관표를 이용하여 주요 건축자재에서 발생되는 에너지소비량 및 $CO_2$ 배출 원단위 값을 산정하고자 한다. 주요 건축자재의 에너지소비량 및 $CO_2$ 배출원단위 산출을 위한 방법은 산업연관표를 이용한 DB 구축 방식을 바탕으로 산출하였으며, 건설현장에서 주로 사용되는 16가지의 건설자재는 선별하여 적용하였다. 기존 연구결과에서 제시한 2000년도 산업연관표를 적용하여 산출된 원단위 DB 값과 비교한 결과 근소한 차이를 보이고 있어 본 연구의 산출방법이 적정한 것으로 판단하였다. 2005년, 2007년도 산업연관표를 이용하여 산출한 에너지소비량과 $CO_2$ 배출 원단위 값은 감소세를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 시멘트와 철근을 주원료로 하는 자재에서 가장 많은 에너지소비량 및 $CO_2$ 배출 원단위 값을 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 국내 실정에 적합한 건설자재 생산단계에서 발생되는 환경부하의 간접적인 예측이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Currently, there is database for per unit requirements of major construction materials in terms of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission based on the input-output table published by the Bank of Korea in 2000, but no database for per unit requirements based on input-output tables was published in 2005 and 2007. The purpose of this study was to calculate the unit requirement values of major construction materials in terms of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission generated by using the input-output tables published in 2005 and 2007. To estimate the unit requirement values, a database building method with the input-output tables was adopted by selecting 16 types of construction materials in wide use on construction sites. When the study results were compared with existing unit requirement values based on the input-output table of 2000, there were small discrepancies, from which it can be interpreted that the method used in the study is reasonable. Unit requirement values estimated based on input-output tables of 2005 and 2007 tended to decrease, and the highest value of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission were found in the materials using cement and rebar.
