간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지가 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지가 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. C지역에 소재한 4개의 간호대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생150명을 대상으로, 2022년 11월 3일부터 30일까지 완벽주의 척도(APS-R), 셀프리더십 척도(SLQ-R), 사회적 지지 척도(SSS), 임상실습 스트레스 척도(CPSS-R)를 사용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 임상실습 스트레스는 부적응적 완벽주의(r=.51, p<.001)와 정적인 상관관계가, 셀프리더십(r=-.11, p<.001)과 사회적 지지(r=-.44, p<.001)와 부적인 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에미치는 영향 요인은 부적응적 완벽주의(β=.45, p<.001), 사회적 지지(β= -.27, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=-.21, p=.002), 타 지역 임상실습 횟수(β=-.19, p=.003) 순으로 높게 나타났고, 이들 요인의 설명력은 43%였다(F=28.63, p<.001). 이상의 연구결과는 부적응적 완벽주의가 높을수록, 사회적 지지가 낮을수록 임상실습스트레스가 높아질 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 향후 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습 스트레스를낮출 수 있는 프로그램 개발 시 이러한 심리적 특성 요인들에 대한 적극적 고려가 중요하다고 본다. The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing maladaptive perfectionism, self-leadership, and social support on nursing students’ clinical practice stress. Participants were 150 nursing students who were enrolled at four universities in Chungcheongbukdo. Data were collected using questionnaire by from 03 to 30 November, 2022. The measurement tools consisted of the Almost Perfect Scale-Revised, Self Leadership Questionnaire-Revidsed, Scale of Social Support, and Clinical Practice Stress Scale-Revised. Results revealed that higher levels of maladaptive perfectionism were associated with increased clinical practice stress. Decreased self-leadership, satisfaction with nursing major, number of clinical practice in other regions, and social support was also associated with increased clinical practice stress. Findings indicate that specific characteristics such as maladaptive perfectionism and decrease of social support can lead to increase clinical practice stress. In this paper, we propose that active considerations for these psychological characteristics are important when reducing clinical practice stress for nursing students.
Morphophonolgical Productivity of English Verb-Forming Suffix –en

The purpose of this paper is to investigate that the formations of the derived verbs with a suffix –en can be productive structurally and functionally when the phonological and morphological restrictions in the suffixation to the base are satisfied. Phonologically the base should be monosyllabic and have the final obstruents, whereas morphologically the base or the stem should belong to the grammatical class of adjectives (or some of exceptional derived nouns). The semantic property that the suffix –en has could be inchoative or causative; this might be regarded as the latent nature resulting from morphologically meaningful units. As a result, it would be obvious that morphophonological constraints [Obs]#, [monoσ]stem, and [Adj]stem analyzing the phonological distribution and morphosyntactic construction as well as the frequencies in corpus relating with the use of the verb forms with –en prove the productivity in the observation of word formation.
중학교 2학년용 수학 수행평가문항 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 -서술형과 실험.실습형을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to develop mathematics performance assessment items for the 8th graders and to analyze their performance ability. First, five-themes were selected : 'Calculator', 'Cut and Paste', 'Rule finding', 'Place Assignment', 'My thinking'. Then, the assistance of Mathematics education specialists and Teachers, 10 P. A. items consisting of two subtasks and their evaluation rubric were developed. Then, items were revised by the results of pilot test. And, final version of items were administrated to the 8th graders of three regions(Seoul, Chongiu, Chungp$\acute{y}$ong). Through analyzing the performance ability of the subjects assessment items, the following conclusion were obtained: They were very insufficient in the ability to find some patterns in the given problem situation and to describe logically the patterns in terms of mathematical terminology. It is believed because they were familiar with the objective test to take one or short answer.
Regularity of Word-final [t] in Irregular Past Tense Verbs in English

The purpose of this study is to investigate the phonological pattern of English irregular past tense verbs which have word-final phoneme /t/ and analyze the regularity of the irregular verbs in terms of the final phoneme /t/ which is exemplified in the implemented past tense verbs. This could be closely related to the quasi-regularity that Seidenberg and McClelland (1989) or McClelland (2018) suggested, based on the point that it represents partial consistency with the regular patterns of other forms; the typical tendency for existing in other clusters with similar characteristics. This paper will prove that the regularity of the final consonant /t/ in past tense verbs can be appropriately explained by some constraints and the ranking; [Son]-[t]coda, [Obs]-[t]coda ≫ Ident-IO[high], NonIdent-IO[high], in which the ranking is variable. The correspondence principles contribute to analyzing the regularity of irregular past tense phoneme /t/ in English.
