      • 硫酸銅이 家兎血糖에 미치는 影響

        Copper is known to be one of the essential trace minerals in the organisms as an integral part of some enzyme system and found utmost in the liver. It has been well shown by Herkel, Mallory and other workers that the liver is a site of prominent storage of copper after continued administration. Since important parts of metabolic process of carbohydrate take place in the liver, it seems to be quite possible that administration of copper would influence the blood sugar level. Materials and methods Albino rabbits weighing about 2kgs were used and they were infused with 0.5cc or 1.0cc of 1% CuSO4-solution per kg. b. w. intravenously. The determination of blood sugar level was performed every 30 minutes after infusion of CuSO4-solution by Hagedorn-Jensen’s method. To investigate the effect of copper on the state of adrenalin-hyperglycemia, the determinations of blood sugar levels were done in the animals treated with CuSO4-solution daily for 3, 5, 7, or 10 days followed by subcutaneous injection of 0.1cc of 0.1% adrenalin solution per kg. b. w. Following results were obtained. 1. Administration of copper sulfate alone does not influence blood sugar level in rabbits. 2. Adrenalin effect on blood sugar is more prominent and transient in the rabbit$ treated with copper sulfate. 3. Such effect of copper to adrenalin-hyperglycemia appears to be kept more than 2 weeks after cessation of its administration.

      • Na_2O·Li_2O·B_2O_3·Fe_2O_3 유리系의 Mo¨ssbauer 效果硏究

        Mo¨ssbauer spectra of amorphous Na_2O·Li_2O·B_2O_3·Fe_2O_3 glass were taken at room and liguid air Temperature of 300˚k and 80˚k respectively The isomer shifts A,B, and C at these temprature were measured to be (0.16mm/sec, 0.21mm/sec), (0.18mm/sec, 0.42mm/sec) and (0.23mm/sec, 0.4 mm/sec). The quadrole splitting of A,B and C were also measured as (0.73 mm/sec, 0.77 mm/sec), (0.7 mm/sec, 0.82 mm/sec) and (0.57 mm/sec, 0.68 mm/sec) at room and liguld air temperature, These data express that the isomer shifts and qnadrupole splittings of these samples increase with the decrease of temperature, and the temperature dependence of isomer shifts and quadrupole splitting could be caused by thermal excitation.

      • BaFe₂O₄의 Mossbauer Spectrum 연구

        본 논문에서는 BaFe₂O₄를 제작하여 X-ray 회절선을 측정하여 구조를 확인하여, 저온에서의 Mossbauer spectrum을 측정하여 구한 center shift값과 quadrupole splitting값 및 magnetic hyperfine field값들의 온도에 따른 변화를 조사하였으며, center shift값의 온도의존성을 이용하여 BaFe₂O₄의 Debye온도와 Dinstein온도의 결정하였다. In this study, the X-ray diffraction pattern and the Mossbauer parameters of BaFe₂O₄was prepared by a ceramic sintering method. The X-ray diffraction pattern has shown that the BaFe₂O₄has the orthorhombic sturcture. The center shift values and magnetic hyperfine fields were increased as the temperature decreased. But the quadrupole splitting values were constant regardless of the temperature variance. The Debye and Einstein temperatures of BaFe₂O₄which were determined by the kinetic temperature and the center shift values, were 460K and 364K respectively.

      • 干拓地에 대한 耕耘 및 施肥方法이 機械移秧 벼 生育 및 除鹽에 미치는 영향에 관한 硏究

        新干拓地 벼機械移秧栽培에 알맞은 耕耘 및 施肥方法을 究明하므로씨 유휴干拓地의 效果的인 利用과 單位面積當 收量增大로 農業所得增大에 기여코자 1981年度 實施하여 얻어진 試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 排水로인한 窒素의 流失은 深耕과 全層施肥를 하므로써 약간 減少되었다. 2. 牛耕區에서 排水中 NaCI含量은 耕耘직후에는 약간 높았으나 生育後期에는 낮았음은 深耕을 하므로써 除鹽을 촉진시킬 수 있으리라 思料된다. 3. 耕作期間이 경과됨에 따라 士壞中加里 Mg. SiO_2은 減少되었으나 Ca. N의 含量은 增加되었다. 4. 水稻莖葉中氷 K_2O MgO SiO_2 Fe Mn의 吸收는 一般陸畓보다 많았지만 N. CaO는 적었다. 5. 干拓地에 있어서 N의 利用率은 一般陸畓에 比해 減少되었다. 6. 窒素無施用區에서는 深耕을 하므로써 收量이 減少되었으나 室素施用刷區에서는 深耕區에서 收量이 增收되었다. Through the examination of prowing and application method Suitable for the mechanically transplanted paddy cultivation in newly reclaimed paddy land, in order for farmhouses to increase their income by the effective utilization of unused reclaimed paddy fields and by increasing quantity per unit area, the results of the experiments performed in 1981 are summarized as follows; 1. The loss nitrogen by draining decreased slightly through deep plowing and whole layer fertlization. 2. NaCl content while draining in ox-drawn plowing plot is high immediately after deep plowing, but it is low in the latergrowth period. 3. Asthe growth period progressed, the content of K.Mg.SiO_2 in the soil decreased but that of Ca. N increased. 4. In reclaimed rice fields, the absorption of K.Mg.SiO_2 Fe.Mn in paddy sclerophyll is higher than in general rice fields but that of N. CaO is lower. 5. The coefficient of N utilization in reclaimed rice fields decreased more than in general rice fidlds. 6. The quantity in rice is decreased in N non-application plots, but increased in Napplication plots, due to deep plowing.

      • 염교(해)의 鱗莖 特性에 關한 硏究

        염교鱗莖에 대한 特性을 파악코자 1981年 8月부터 1982年 7月까지 試驗을 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 葉身은 生育初期에는 원형이었고 生長함에 따라 둔한 삼각형, 둔한 오각형으로 변했다. 2. 花莖은 둔한 삼각형이었고 꽃은 1個의 花莖에 23~25個로 산형꽃 차례로 피었다. 암술 1個와 수술 6개였으며 꽃받침은 없었다. 3. 大球를 播種함으로써 分球數가 많았다. 4. 大球를 播種함으로써 抽台率이 높았다. 5. 日射量이 不足한 條件에서는 鱗莖肥大는 적었다. In order to determine the characteristics of Rakkyo seed corms, experimentation was conducted from August 1981 to July 1982 and the results are as follows; 1) The leaf blades were rotund at the begining of the growth period and as growth continued they changed to obtuse-angled triangular shape, and then to obtuse-angled pentagonal shape. 2) The flower stalk was obtusely triangular and the number of blossoms per stalk was 23 to 25 which bloomed in an umbel order. Each flower had one pistol and six stamens but no receptacle. 3) The number of corms was high through planting large seed bulbs. 4) The rate of bolting was high due to planting large seed bulbs. 5) The growth of bulb diameter was low under insufficient sunlight conditions.
