RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method를 이용한 요양시설의 포괄적 약물관리 프로그램의 대상자 기준 개발

Background: Comprehensive medication management is essential to achieve safe and optimal drug use for the elderly in long-termcare facilities (LTCF). This study aimed to develop eligibility criteria for ”Comprehensive medication management program inLTCF” using the RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method (RAM). Furthermore, we attempted to estimate the number ofbeneficiaries who met the criteria by analyzing the National Health Insurance claims data. Methods: Twelve criteria were selectedinitially. We composed a panel of 14 experts with expertise in long-term care. We conducted two survey rounds to reach a consensus. Rating for appropriateness and decision regarding agreement were applied per RAM. We analyzed the National Health Insurancedata to estimate the number of LTCF residents who met each eligibility criterion. Results: Of the 11 items agreed upon, ten itemswere determined to be appropriate. In 2018, 83.6% of 165,994 residents of LTCF met one or more eligibility criteria. The largestnumber of subjects met the “New residents of LTCF” criterion, followed by “Take high-alert drugs” and “Chronic excessivepolypharmacy.” Since the items evaluated as most appropriate by the expert panel and those with a large number of subjects weresimilar, we confirmed the external validity of our criteria. Conclusion: It is worth noting that this is the first attempt to establish theeligibility criteria for medication management in LTCF. Further preliminary research is needed to identify the selected subjects' drugrelatedproblems and revise the criteria according to the results.
여대생의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용, 신체감시가 팻토크에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 여대생의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용, 신체 감시가 팻토크에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 2차 자료 분석 연구이다. 본 연구는 D시와 K시 소재에 있는 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생을 대상으로 시행하였으며 구글 설문지 프로그램을 이용하여 설문지를 배포하고 회수하였다. 연구에 활용된 본 조사는 2019년 8월 1일부터 2019년 8월 14일까지 실시하였으며 최종 329부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석방법은 일반적 특성에 대한 기술통계 차이검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석과 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 나이, BMI, 여대생의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용시간, 신체 감시가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 팻토크를 34.8%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여대생의 팻토크를 개선하기 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용과 신체 감시를 줄일 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 기초를 제공하였다.
한국 전통색채를 이용한 푸드디자인 연구 -미쉐린 가이드 서울을 중심으로-

In this study, we extracted menu of Korean restaurant selected by Michelin Guide and analyzed traditional Korean color and food design and regarded color as important information as a means of conveying image of taste to consumers. To achieve the purpose of the study, we were able to study and analyze the cases based on menu photos and literature survey among color analysis and qualitative research methods using food design, and to derive the results of the study that reflected the opinions of field experts through focus group interviews. The five restaurants surveyed provided color contrasts mainly through food and garnish and produced a variety of taste images. The results of this research show that the image felt by consumers according to the food design, such as the type of food in a plate and the color contrast of the food. Color analysis of menus will be meaningful in the future for more strategic market competition in the Korean restaurant globalization industry. It will have to develop and build a database of traditional Korean colors and apply it to the entire Korean food design industry.
Low-Complexity and Low-Power MIMO Symbol Detector for Mobile Devices with Two TX/RX Antennas

In this paper, a low-complexity and low-power soft output multiple input multiple output (MIMO) symbol detector is proposed for mobile devices with two transmit and two receive antennas. The proposed symbol detector can support both the spatial multiplexing mode and spatial diversity mode in single hardware and shows the optimal maximum likelihood (ML) performance. By applying a multi-stage pipeline structure and using a complex multiplier based on the polar-coordinate, the complexity of the proposed architecture is dramatically decreased. Also, by applying a clock-gating scheme to the internal modules for MIMO modes, the power consumption is also reduced. The proposed symbol detector was designed using a hardware description language (HDL) and implemented using a 65nm CMOS standard cell library. With the proposed architecture, the proposed MIMO detector takes up an area of approximately 0.31mm2 with 183K equivalent gates and achieves a 150Mbps throughput. Also, the power estimation results show that the proposed MIMO detector can reduce the power consumption by a maximum of 85% for the various test cases.
