Aluminum hydroxide sols prepared from the hydrolysis of aluminum alkoxide consist of boehmite particles stabilized electrostatically in water. But they are destabilized and flocculated when salts (e.g., NaCl, Na₂SO₄) are added to the sols. This result appears as a change in the rheological behavior of the sols from Newtonian to Shear thinning.

Aluminum hydroxide sols prepared from the hydrolysis of aluminum alkoxide were respectively added with acidic and basic electrolytes and transformed into gels. During the sol-gel transition, the type of the electrolytes and their concentrations in the sols had a profound influence on the gel structures. In this paper, the effect of electrolytes on the gel structures and rheological properties was investigated.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the measures to restructure the relationship between educational autonomy(EA) and local autonomy(LA), that is the local board of education and the local assembly, the superintendent of local education office and the governor of province. and local education finance system and local finance system. The contents of the study are an analvsis of the present conditions and the points at issue of the current local educational autonomy system, an examination of the historical relationship between EA and LA. a review of local educational autonomy system of America and Japan, and an establishment of the alternative model of the relationship between EA and LA. Major findings of this study are as follows : (1) To make an ideal relationship between EA and LA. we should expand cooperative relationships between the local board of education and the local assembly. the superintendent and the governor of province. and local education finance system and local finance system. (2) To maintain an appropriate connection with the local board of education and the local assembly. we have to give it a serious consideration of appoint some local assembly men to the members of local board of education. (3) To expand connections with the superintendent of local education office and the governor of province. it should be restored the confidence each other first of all. (4) Under existing circumstance, it will be unprofitable to unify local educational budgets special account into local budgets general account, and it will be hard to expect the mayors and governors of province the financial supports by merging EA to LA.
