This study was carried out to the structure of plant community, and ecological succession sere of forest ecosystem in Soguemgang Valley, Odaesan National Park. Fifteenth plots(size is 20m×20m) were set up and the results analyzed by DCA which is one of the ordination technique showed that the plant communities were divided into seven groups which area community I(Quercus variabilis-Pinus densiflora community), Ⅱ(Pinus densiflora community), Ⅲ(Pinus densiflora-Quercus variabilis community), Ⅳ(Pinus densiflora-Quercus serrata community), Ⅴ(Quercus serrata community), Ⅵ (Pinus densiflora-Deciduous broad-leaved plant community), Ⅶ(Cornus controversa-Carpinus laxiflora community). Shannon diversity index per 400㎡ was to 0.7777 to 1.1440 and the age of Pinus densiflora 86 years old, Quercus variabilis was ranged from 66 to 87 years old, Quercus serrata was ranged from 51 to 62 years old, Carpinus laxiflora was 94 years old. In 2013, the succession trend was predicted Pinus densiflora→Quercus variabilis, Quercus serrata →Cornus controversa, Carpinus laxiflora. The ecological sucession progress has declined power of the Pinus densiflora and the increased power of the deciduous broad-leaved and Quercus spp. in Soguemgang Valley, Odaesan National Park. Quercus serrata and Quercus variabilis communities that judged Pinus densiflora were progressing by direction of landform. The southern slopes vegetation were progressing for Quercus variabilis, the northern slopes vegetation were progressing for Quercus serrata. In flat Valley, mainly native species of Cornus controversa, Carpinus laxiflora are predicted ecological succession for deciduous broad-leaved tree community.
A Note on Collusion and the Form of Wage Schemes

본 논문은 Park(1997)의 논문에서 사용된 임금구조를 일반적인 임금구조의 경우로 확장하여 부정부패를 방지하기 위한 조직의 최적구조를 살펴보고 있다. 본 논문에서 의하면 일반적인 임금구조와 Park(1997)에서 사용된 단순임금구조의 사이에는 대등결과(equivalence results)가 성립하고 있기 때문에 Park(1997)의 결과가 보다 일반적인 임금구조에서도 성립한다. The result of Park(1997) is extended for more general wage schemes such as fully or partially contingent wage schemes. We show that there exist equivalence results between wage schemes, so that the analysis can be done under simple wage schemes such as constant or bonus wage scheme. This equivalence results between wage schemes guarantees that the qualitative results do not change under more general wage schemes and complications of high dimensionality are not necessary.

Structural health monitoring (SHM) is essential for composite unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Additionally, because UAVs are extremely sensitive to weight and volume, the minimal addition of weight and volume by the SHM system is crucial. Therefore, we proposed a compact and lightweight wireless SHM sensor node and an embedded carbon nanotube (CNT) fiber sensor for in-flight SHM of UAVs. The wireless SHM sensor node was composed of an analog sensing circuit, wireless microcontroller unit, and analog low pass filter. The small diameter CNT fiber sensor was developed to be easily embedded inside composite structures and to enhance their structural properties while performing as an SHM sensor. Glass composite skin with embedded CNT fiber sensors composed of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, polyurethane, CNT, and carbon black were installed in the aircraft. For comparison, a strain gauge attached at the center of a long CNT fiber sensor was also used during in-flight measurement. In-flight strain measurements from both the CNT fiber sensor and the strain gauge were continuously transmitted to the ground station and were compared with the flight data. Furthermore, an impact tester was installed inside the wing to simulate impact during flight, and in-flight impact measurements by the CNT fiber sensor were demonstrated.
A Sampling Design of the Agricultural Machine Estimated Sales Survey

The agricultural machine estimated sales survey is a survey to estimate annual sales quantities of eight major agricultural machines such as tracter, combine, etc. The purpose of this study is to design a multipurpose sample for the agricultural machine estimated sales survey. Main achievements of this study are to present an efficient stratification criterion and to suggest a reasonable estimation method by using the concept of post-stratification.
Analysis of Cable Tension of High Speed Parallel Cable Robot

Cable-driven parallel robots have a wide range of applications due to its unique characteristics of large workspace and high payload and dynamics. One of its promising industrial applications is high speed material handling allowed by high dynamics of the cable robots. The high speed material handling has been mostly performed by traditional parallel robots, such as delta robots whose workspace and speed are limited by the length and weight of the rigid links. Utilizing the characteristics of large workspace and high dynamics, a high speed cable robot is able to achieve high speeds over large workspace. However, high acceleration together with inertia for high speed manipulation can degenerate winch position tracking performance, which, in turn, causes tension distribution change. To achieve good performance at high speeds, it is desired to analyze and minimize the effects of the winch position tracking errors on tension distribution. In this paper, the effects of the position tracking error on tension have been analyzed. It is observed that approximately one half of tension error can be caused by the position tracking error during high speed manipulation.
A Sampling Design of the Korean Anthropometric Survey

The Korean Anthropometric Survey (Size Korea) is a sample survey which estimates on percentiles of several dimensional measurements of the human body and its component parts. The purpose of this study is to design a sample, which is designed on the base of 1997 survey database. Two different methods are considered to get the sample size for estimating the 5th and 95th percentile of body dimensions of Korean age range 0-80 years.
Collusion, Turnover, and Efficiency Wages in Organization

Using reputation as a self-enforcing mechanism, a dynamic model with one principal and two agents is developed to analyze the effect of collusion possibility on the structure of organization. The stage game played by the agents has a prisoner's dilemma structure. so that collusion is a dominated action. In a long-term relationship, however, the agents can collude as long as future benefits are sufficient. Without relying on any precommitment for the principal's incentive scheme, we found that costly rotation of the agents (reducing future benefits of collusion) and paying a wage higher than the market-clearing wage are optimal for the principal when monitoring technology is imperfect and the cost of replacing the agents is small. The optimal structure of organization in terms of wages and rotating schemes is also discussed.
