This study is to identify middle school student's attitudes, behavior, and experience on sexuality and to suggest implications to sex education program in school. The student's level of knowledge concerning sex is very low. Especially in rural areas, students get their knowledge about sex from friends, sexual movies and magazines. These sources provide a distorted picture of reality. We need a scientific, systematic and socially acceptable sex education program in the school. This study suggests that there are many differences between male and female students in the attitudes and experiences on sexuality. Considering this, an effective sex education program in school is essential. It is needed to develop sex education program to feet the different needs of male and female students. Teachers should be trained to educate effectively the students to have the attitude and knowledge about sex as well as sex education program to be included in regular subject of the school curriculum.

Clear cell tumor of the lung is a rare and very unusual benign pulmonary tumor. As clear cell tumor of the lung contains abundant cytoplasmic glycogen, this tumor is called 'sugar tumor'. We report a case of sugar tumor in a 64-yr-old man presenting as a round pulmonary nodule. On dynamic computed tomography (CT) scans, the solitary pulmonary nodule showed early wash-in enhancement with an early washout pattern like a lung malignancy. The patient underwent wedge resection for the tumor. Pathologic examination, including immunohistochemical studies, revealed that the nodule was a benign clear cell tumor, so-called 'sugar tumor'. Because only a small number of cases have been reported previously, clinical aspects, radiological characteristics on dynamic contrast-enhanced CT, and differential diagnosis of the tumor are not well established. Herein we present a clear cell tumor of the lung and discuss the clinical, radiological, and pathological features of the tumor.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare differences in perception and knowledge of child abuse and child disciplinary practices according to the history of child abuse victimization. Methods: A questionnaire survey on child abuse was conducted with 491 adults raising children. We compared the perception and knowledge of child abuse and child disciplinary practices between two groups of adults with and without a history of childhood abuse victimization. Results: The group with a history of childhood abuse had lower levels of knowledge of child abuse (F=6.990, p<0.01) and engaged in more negative disciplinary practices (F=5.974, p<0.05) than those without. However, no differences in the perception of child abuse were observed between the two groups. Conclusion: The results suggest that adults with a history of childhood abuse have lower levels of knowledge of child abuse and use more negative disciplinary practices in raising their children. This highlights the need to administer not only educational but also more direct hands-on interventions to vulnerable parents in order to foster healthy parenting and disciplinary practices.
