사영 기하학을 이용한 3차원 계측 시스템의 교정방식에 관한 연구

The 3-dimensional measurement using stereopsis system must achieve a camera calibration. So far, the 3-dimensional calibration technique that uses two-dimensional grid paper and the non-linear least square method has been developed and tested. But this method is inefficient because it has many calculation procedures and difficulty with analysis by a non-linear. Therefore, this paper proposes the projective geometric method which produces the calibration parameter by vanishing point. The vanishing point is producted by a cross ratio and parallel line pairs. The results of the computer simulation show utility of the proposed method.
Aluminum Isoproxide의 합성과 그 Sol의 특성

Aluminum isoproxide was synthesized by aluminum and isoproplyl alcohol and hydrolyzed to make alumina sol. The collodial stability of alumina sol was evaluated by measuring zeta potential. A high purity aluminum isoproxide(>99%) was obtained from aluminum powder, foil and flake. The particle size of aluminum powder was smaller than 250㎛ to obtain 80% yield and up within 6 hours reaction time. The alumina sol was highly stabilized in the presence of acid medium at a hydrolysis condition of pH 3 and water/alkoxide=150 at 65℃. The particle size of alumina powder was mostly under l㎛ after sintering at 1200℃ for 1 hours.
탄소섬유와 석면을 보강한 시멘트 복합재료의 압축, 인장 및 휨 강도에 관한연구

This study was carried out to examine the reducing ability of asbestos quantity added in asbestos reinforced cement composite(ARC). The using amount of asbestos is subject to restriction from 10-20 vol% to 5-10 vol%,because it is very harmful cancerogenic substance. Asbestos was replaced by pitch based isotropic carbon fiber, and then the mechanical properties, compressive, tensile and flexural strengths were tested as a function of mixing proportions. The results are as follows 1) The compressive strength of carbon fiber and asbestos reinforced cement composite(CFARC) was greater than ARC by superplasticizer, reducingW/C ratio to 20 percent. 2) The tensile strength of CFARC was showed increasing trend up to 52% compared to ARC at 5% carbon fiber volume fraction. 3) The flexural strength of CFARC was showed increasing trend up to 17% cowpared to ARC at 5% carbon fiber volume fraction.

Bovine retinal cyclic nucleotide-gated (CNG) ion channel contains an evolutionary conserved N-glycosylation site in the external loop between the fifth transmembrane segment and the pore-forming region. The effect of tunicamycin treatment and the site-specific mutation suggested that the channel is glycosylated when expressed in Xenopus oocytes. To test the role of glycosylation in this channel, N-glycosylation was abolished by mutation, and the detailed permeation and the gating characteristics of the mutant channel were investigated. The charge contribution turned out to be detectable, although the mutation of the N-glycosylation site did not affect expression and functionality of the CNG channel in oocytes.

The selective surface oxidation of a transformation-induced-plasticity (TRIP) steel containing 1.6 wt.% Mn and 1.5 wt.% Si during annealing at 800℃ was investigated for its influence on the formation of an inhibition layer during hot-dip galvanizing. The selective oxidation of the alloying elements and the oxide morphology were significantly influenced by the annealing atmosphere. The pure N2 atmosphere with a dew point -40℃ promoted the selective oxidation of Mn as a crystalline Mn2SiO4 phase, whereas the N2+10% H2 atmosphere with the same dew point -40℃ promoted the selective oxidation of Si as an amorphous Si-rich oxide phase. During hot-dip galvanizing, the Mn2SiO4 phase was reduced more readily by Al in the Zn bath than the Si-rich oxide phase. Consequently, the pure N2 atmosphere resulted in a higher formation rate of Fe2Al5 particles at the Zn/steel interface and better galvanizability than the N2+10% H2 atmosphere.
