        핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작의 소요시간 및 각운동량 분석

        남자 기계체조 국가대표 선수 3명과 대학선수 3명을 대상으로 핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작을 구간 및 국면별로 분석하고 동작의 숙련도에 따라 역학적 변인이 집단 간 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 구명하기 위하여 Kwon3D 프로그램을 활용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 시간요인에서 보폭을 크게 딛는 것이 손을 빠르게 지지 할 수 있고, 핸드스프링 체공시간은 짧게 하여야 발구르기의 압력을 높여 비틀기동작에서 체공 소요 시간이 길어지므로 비틀기 수행의 완성도를 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각운동량 요인에서 기술수행 시 전체적으로 좌우(X)축에 대한 각운동량이 전후(Y)축과 수직(Z)축에 대한 각운동량에 비해 더 큰 값을 보였다. 좌우 축 각운동량은 지면에서 이지되어 동작을 수행하는 핸드스프링회전과 앞공중1회 비틀기에서 숙련자가 상대적으로 더 큰 각운동량 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study were a two-fold: ⑴ to analyze event and phase of handspring salto forward stretched with turn; ⑵ to know the differences in the kinematic variables between two groups. A Kwon3D program served for the estimation of this study. The group was divided into three National representative and three well-trained calisthenics in this study. The results of this study revealed that ⑴ the forward somersault performance was increased when duration time in the air was long during the salto forward stretched that the duration time of Handspring is short, the pressure at takeoff is high, the stride is large, and hands are supporting on the ground quickly; ⑵ comparing the angular movement of anterior and posterior y axis and vertical z axis, the angular movement of right and left x axis was higher during the performance. As a result, the national representative players showed better performance in Handspring salto forward stretched with turn.

      • 핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanical factors that govern success in the performance of handspring salto forward stretched with 1/1 turn. The subjects were two all-around gymnasts who registering sophomore in college. By means of three-dimensional film analysis, it was to analyze the sequence of duration phase, angle change of the body joint, and body of the center gravity during performance of handspring. The findings of this study were following as: 1. The sequence of duration phase indicated that Sub.1 has more stride than Sub.2 in the first interval and the shoulder joint has greatly extended, in which the linear movement at take off is transferred into the rotation movement with supporting on the ground. 2. In the several states, sub.1 has more flexor on the elbow of the left on the center of rotation, more twisted on the shoulder joint far from the axis of rotation than sub.2, in which resulted in constant twisting momentum. 3. Body center gravity showed to be low until supporting hands on the ground with taking steps. It was therefore to generate greatly the initial force of handspring based on the rotation of hands. In the fourth, upper extremities is bending forward and lower extremities is extending backward. These results were therefore of interest to determine the magnitude of flight in the air with support of greatly rotation. Of all the variables analyzed, the large stride, high rotation of vertical velocity based on axis of hands, and bending upper extremities forward, are important determinant for successful results.

      • 경구면역을 통한 항원 특이적 IgA 항체 합성에 있어 Cholera Toxin과 Alginate-Microsphere의 효과

        Secretory (S-IgA) isotype antibody (Ab) is known to play an essential role in the primary defense against various infectious agents in mucosal tissue. However, it has been mostly unsuccessful in the induction of antigen (Ag)-specific IgA Ab response in this site by peroral vaccination. In the present study, we investigated the effect of cholera toxin (CI) as a mucosal adjuvant and alginates-microspheres as a carrier on BSA-specific IgA Ab response in gut-associated lymphoid tissue`(GALT). Peroral immunization of BSA plus CT conferred a great BSA-specific IgA response but IgG response on intestinal fluid (IF). In contrast, intraperitoneal immunization of BSA with Freund's adjuvant readily induced BSA-specific IgG response but IgA response in IF. Further, number of CT specific IgA-secreting cells was substantially increased in mesenteric lymph node when CT-encapsulated-VI alginates-microspheres was administered perorally. Taken together, these results indicate that peroral immunization of soluble antigen in combination of CT or microspheres significantly enhances antigen-specific IgA response in GALT.

        Gaze and Speech in Caleb Williams

        William Godwin`s Caleb Williams fictionally stages a Habermasian public sphere as well as a Foucaudian power mechanism. The novel realistically portrays a dystopian society in which panoptic power is exercised in the mode of an inquisitive watchful gaze, and at the same time imaginatively envisions a utopian Ideal that truth is communicated between equal human beings through rational sincere speech. Suspectting that his master, Falkland, committed a murder, Caleb Williams confirms his suspicion by closely watching his master and eventually forcing him to confess Falkland in revenge persecutes Caleb by having a secret agent hunt after him and put him under constant, surveillant gaze. The master and the servant exercise scopic power upon each other materializing the Foucaudian power relationship. The novel, however, also shows the Habermasian dimension of the commumcability of truth which transcends power relationships. Being more than mere agents by and on whom power is exercised, Falkland and Caleb are capable of rational judgment and sincere speech. Contrary to the original ending in which Caleb is drivenf to madness by despair in prison, the revised ending of the novel stages a court scene in which Caleb makes a convincing argument, which leads Falkland to make a public confession of his crime. The intersubjectivity between Caleb and Falkland in this rewritten conclusion illustrates a public space in which equal human beings reach mutual understanding through rational debate, an imaginary Habermasian public sphere.

        Amniotic membrane (AM) dressing can be used for the protection against superficial bacterial infection, facilitation of reepithelialization, reduction of caloric and fluid loss from burn or ulcers. In addition, it increases the speed of healing and minimizes the scarring of tissue repair of wounds. Objective of this study is to evaluate the wound healing effect of deepithelialized human AM with keratinocytes on it and the usefulness as substrates of epithelial cells culture. Deepithelialized AM was made by removal of their amniotic epithelial cells with 0.05% trypsin treatment and lyophilization and compared the wound healing effect with the intact human AM with keratinocytes. First, we evaluated the antiinflammatory effect of human AM, which was mixed with collagen solution in a powder form and freeze dried. Second, we cultured keratinocytes onto deepithelialized AM and grafted to the rat skin defect in full-thickness, and then the epidermal regeneration and dermal fibrosis was compared. As results, AM showed antiinflammatory effects evidence by much lowered inflammatory cell infiltrates in the implantation sites. Keratinocytes were cultured better and stratified on the deepithelialized AM than intact AM. Epithelial regeneration and fibrosis was also much better than intact AM. Therefore, we can conclude that AM had antiinflammatory effects, improve the wound healing and also suitable for cell culture substrates.

        Effects of Ocean Outfall for Elimination of the Anoxic Layer in Youngsan River Estuary

        여름에 기본적으로 방조제 내부로부터 담수의 유입으로 발생된 저 간소 수괴가 저서생물의 감소를 야기시키기 때문에 영산강 하구언에서 저 산소층의 제거에 대한 관심이 증폭되어왔다. 처리된 하· 폐수를 해양에 방류하는 해양방류시스템이 이러한 저 산소층을 제거하는 효율적이고 경제적인 방법으로 이용되어 질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 근역에서 방류된 부력제트의 거동을 예측하고자 적절한 방류구의 설계가 제안되었다. 신뢰할 수 있는 부력제트의 거동에 대한 계산을 수행하기 위하여 측정된 CTD와 해류 자료 등을 포함한 인자들이 고려되어졌다. 조석의 주기에 따라 계산된 부력제트의 경계 내에 염분도와 용존산소의 횡분포의 변화를 예측하고자 여러 수치 모형중의 하나로 EPA에 의해 승인된 CORMIX 1 모형을 사용하였다. 수치실험의 결과를 기준으로 볼 때 단공방류구가 저 산소층을 제거하는데 유용한 시스템임을 알 수 있었다. 원활한 주변수의 조건을 만족시키기 위하여 적절한 전략이 또한 제안되어졌다. There has been a growing interest in the elimination of anoxic layer in the Youngsan River Estuarybecause the anoxic water mass caused mainly by the inflow of fresh water from the sea wall might cause the mass reduction of benthos during summer. An ocean outfall system to discharge treated wastewater into sea water may be used as one of the effective and economical ways to eliminate the anoxic layer. The suitable ocean outfall design is generally proposed for the prediction of the buoyant jet behavior in the near field. The parameters including CTD and current data are taken into account f3r more reliable buoyant jet behavior calculation. One of the numerical models, CORMIX 1, approved by EPA is used herein for the prediction of the trajectorial variation of the cross-sectional salinity and DO concentration distribution on the calculated buoyant jet boundary according to the tidal periods. On the basis of the results, it is suggested that the single port outfall is a useful system to eliminate the anoxic layer. Proper strategies are also proposed for achieving desirable ambient conditions.

        Characteristics of human cell line, F2N78, for the production of recombinant antibody in fed-batch and perfusion cultures

        <P>A human hybrid cell line, F2N78, was developed by somatic fusion of HEK293 and Namalwa cells for the production recombinant biopharmaceutical proteins. In this study, we performed perfusion culture to verify its potential in culture process used for human cell expression platform. Cell viability could be maintained over 90% and high viable cell density was obtained at higher than 1.0 x 10(7) cells/mL by bleeding process in perfusion culture. The cells were adapted well in both culture modes, but there were apparent differences in protein quality. Compared to fed-batch culture, degalactosylated forms such as G0F and G0 as well as Man5 showed no significant increases in perfusion culture. In terms of charge variants, acidic peaks increased, whereas main peaks constantly decreased according to the length of culture period in both methods. (C) 2015, The Society for Biotechnology, Japan.       • Dopant-Free Hydrogenated Amorphous Silicon Thin-Film Solar Cells Using Molybdenum Oxide and Lithium Fluoride

        <P>Toxic doping gases are usually used to produce hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) layers in thin-film solar cells (TFSCs). Hence, an alternative structure that avoids the use of toxic gases is desirable. In this work, we replaced both the <I>p</I>-type-a-Si:H and <I>n</I>-type-a-Si:H layers simultaneously in a normal TFSC to form a structure that is dopant-free. Molybdenum oxide (MoO<SUB>3</SUB>) and lithium fluoride were used as the <I>p</I>-type and <I>n</I>-type layers, respectively. The effects of the deposition method and the thickness of the MoO<SUB>3</SUB> layer on the device performance were investigated. The power-conversion efficiency of the optimized hybrid solar cell reached a maximum of 7.08%, which is remarkable considering the novel structure of the dopant-free devices. The light stability of the devices with and without MoO<SUB>3</SUB> was also compared: the light stability of the device with MoO<SUB>3</SUB> was found to be much better than that of the device without MoO<SUB>3</SUB> and with <I>p-i-n</I> Si layers. This was ascribed to the insignificant number of defect sites generated by the nondoping elements, which led to a less contaminated, more compact, and smoother oxide surface, resulting in an increase in the electron lifetime and improved light stability.
