      • Structural instantaneous frequency extraction based on improved multi-synchrosqueezing generalized S-transform

        A new method is proposed to improve the accuracy of structural instantaneous frequency (IF) extraction. The proposed method combines a new form of improved generalized S-transform (IGST) and a multi-synchrosqueezing operation. The parameters selection of the window function in IGST is derived through the concentration measure (CM) principle. Then, the multi-synchrosqueezing algorithm is employed to improve energy aggregation of time-frequency analysis (TFA). To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed improved multi-synchrosqueezing generalized S-transform (IMSSGST), a frequency-modulated multi-component signal is investigated. For structural IF extraction, a two-story shear frame and a threestory steel frame structure are introduced. Furthermore, the IF identification of a seven-story RC shear wall structure is conducted to verified the practicability in actual engineering. Numerical simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the energy aggregation of TFA and effectively improve the accuracy of IF identification.

      • A combined spline chirplet transform and local maximum synchrosqueezing technique for structural instantaneous frequency identification

        Spline chirplet transform and local maximum synchrosqueezing are introduced to present a novel structural instantaneous frequency (IF) identification method named local maximum synchrosqueezing spline chirplet transform (LMSSSCT). Namely spline chirplet transform (SCT), a transform is firstly introduced based on classic chirplet transform and spline interpolated kernel function. Applying SCT in association with local maximum synchrosqueezing, the LMSSSCT is then proposed. The index of accuracy and Rényi entropy show that LMSSSCT outperforms the other time-frequency analysis (TFA) methods in processing analytical signals, especially in the presence of noise. Numerical examples of a Duffing nonlinear system with single degree of freedom and a two-layer shear frame structure with time-varying stiffness are used to verify the effectiveness of structural IF identification. Moreover, a nonlinear supported beam structure test is conducted and the LMSSSCT is utilized for structural IF identification. Numerical simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the presented LMSSSCT can effectively identify the IFs of nonlinear structures and time-varying structures with good accuracy and stability.

        Improved Stability Criteria for Discrete-time Delay Systems via Novel Summation Inequalities

        This paper is concerned with the stability analysis of linear discrete time-delay systems. New discrete inequalities for single summation and double summation are presented to estimate summation terms in the forward difference of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), which are more general than some commonly used summation inequalities. Through the construction of an augmented LKF, improved delay-dependent stability criteria for discrete time-delay systems are established. Based on this, a time-delayed controller is derived for linear discrete time-delay systems. Finally, the advantages of the proposed criteria are revealed from the solutions of the numerical examples.

      • Cytokeratin 15 is an Effective Indicator for Progression and Malignancy of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinomas

        Purpose: To compare the expression level of CK 15 in normal esophageal and esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and analyse possible functions of CK15 in occurrence and development. Materials and Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to compare CK14, CK15 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression levels in ESCCs. Expression level of CK15 was also assessed by Western blotting. In addition, levels of CK15, cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) and PCNA were detected in serum by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence methods. Relationships between clinicopathological parameters and CK14 and CK15 expression were then analyzed. Results: According to immunohistochemistry, in esophageal and intraepithelial neoplasia (SIN) tissues, the expression of CK14, CK15 and PCNA localized to basal layer of the epithelium. CK14 and CK15 levels were higher in normal esophageal squamous epithelial tissue than in SIN and ESCC, and greater in highly differentiated than poorly differentiated carcinoma tissue. By Western blotting, we found more pronounced expression of CK15 in normal esophageal tissue, compared with carcinoma tissue. The specificity of changed CK15 and CYFRA21-1 expression was respectively 90.0% and 96.7% in serum of ESCC patients. Joint detection could improve the sensitivity of esophageal carcinoma diagnosis. Relationships between CK14, CK15 expression and clinical parameters were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Postoperative survival in patients of CK14, CK15 positive expression was longer than with negative expression ($x^2=4.35$, P=0.037; $x^2=9.852$, P=0.002). Conclusions: CK15 expression decreased in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and serum of esophageal squamous carcinoma patients. We infer that CK15 may play an important role for the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma. In the future, CK15 may be used for the diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma.

        Analysis on Robust Passivity of Uncertain Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays via Free-Matrix-Based Integral Inequality

        This paper investigates the robust delay-dependent passivity problem of neural networks (NNs) with time-varying delays and parameter uncertainties. A suitable augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) with triple integral term, which takes full use of the neuron activation function conditions and the information of time-delay in integral term, is constructed. Furthermore, by utilizing integral inequality proposed recently and the combining reciprocally convex method to estimate the derivative of the LKF, some less conservative robust passivity conditions are derived in terms of LMI. The superiority of presented approaches are demonstrated via two classic numerical examples.

      • Comparison of Air Pollution Management Policies between China and Korea

        With the rapid development of China's industrialization and urbanization, air pollution has become a growing concern. The emergence of air pollution not only affects people's health, but also restricts the development of China's social economy. This paper puts forward specific measures for air pollution control by examining the causes of air pollution and by comparing air pollution status and management policies between Korea and China. Methods of control involve improving the urban environmental management mechanism, spreading awareness of urban environmental management and air pollution management laws and regulations system, strengthening clean energy utilization and urban environmental greening, increasing investment and management funds and more. Through these measures, urban environmental management in China can be accelerated and level of environmental management improved.

        중국 “신창타이” 시대의 재정지출이 취업에 미치는 영향

        2007년 이후 중국경제는 고속성장에서 중·고속성장으로 변화되면서 “신창타이”시대에 진입함과 더불어 경제·사회적으로 큰 변화를 나타내고 있으며 새로운 패러다임 하에 취업문제가 큰 관심을 받게 되었다. 따라서 국가경제의 발전과 조절에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 재정지출이 취업에 대하여 어떤 영향을 미치고, 지역별로 어떤 차이를 보이며, 그 영향이 어떻게 변화되는지를 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이며, 31개 성·시 패널자료를 이용하였다. 신창타이기간(2008-2015년)과 전체기간(1998-2015년)으로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 신창타이기간에서 재정지출이 도시취업률에 미치는 영향이 총취업률보다 더 크고, 고소득지역에 미치는 영향이 저소득지역보다 더 크게 나타났다. 의료위생·과학기술지출은 총취업률에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 사회보장 및 취업·교육지출은 도시취업률에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 전체기간에서는 재정지출이 취업에 미치는 영향패턴이 신창타이기간 분석과 비슷하게 나타났지만 탄력성측면에서 큰 차이를 보였다. 따라서 “신창타이”시대에 진입하면서 재정지출이 취업에 미치는 효과는 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 사회보장 및 취업·교육·의료위생·과학기술부문 지출을 확대하고 경제건설, 일반행정과 같은 지출의 감소 등 재정지출 구조를 변화시켜야 “신창타이”시대에 있어서 재정지출의 취업에 대한 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있을 것이다. Under the new normal, the China`s economy growth has changed rapid growth to moderate growth since 2007. With new paradigm, China is facing an abnormally severe employment situation. Also the financial expenditure is an important macro adjustment method. The research analyzes both implications of financial expenditures to employment in China, and the trend of implication in different regions. The research was conducted by 2SLS method using the panel data of 31 Chinese local governments(provinces, cities, and autonomous districts) during 1998 to 2015. The main findings are as follows. In the new normal model(2008-2015), the financial expenditure to urban employment have higher effect than total employment. Also, higher income region have more positive effect than lower income region. Medical, technology expenditure have positive effect to total employment, social security, education expenditure have positive effect to urban employment. In the total model(1998-2015) have similar results with new normal model, but the elasticity is more higher than total model. Ultimately, it can be seen that the efficiency of financial expenditure is lower than new normal model. The government should increase the proportion of expenditure in fields of social security, education, medical, technology, and improve the expenditure structure. So as to promote the effect of financial expenditure to employment in new normal economy.

        股权众筹平台的法律规制研究

        In recent Internet financing, equity-based crowd-funding has surged as a very new concept and model, which provides a more efficient and effective financing channel for start-ups and ordinary investors and triggers the attention of all sectors of society. However, under the premise of “Securities Act” and other relevant financial laws and regulations are not modified, the operation of equity-based crowd-funding must be with“illegal” color. Therefore, based on angel, certification, and membership operation model, equity-based crowd-funding platform operates with a combination of limited partnership and related investment restrictions and other measures. However, equity-based crowd-funding platform is still facing the operation risk of incompletedue diligence and false propaganda, as well as legal dilemma of disunitedstandardson information disclosure and imperfect audit and supervision. This thesisfirst proposes legal regulation based on the analysis of the regulatory system defects of equity-based crowd-funding platform,so as to promote the healthy development of equity-based crowd-funding.

        대학생의 스마트폰 애플리케이션 이용동기와 이용행태

        본 연구는 대학생 스마트폰 이용자들을 대상으로 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 이용동기를 조사하여 사회심리적 동기, 기능적 편의성 동기, 정보추구 동기, 오락 동기, 그리고 금융ㆍ쇼핑 동기 등 5개의 구체적 애플리케이션 이용동기를 발견하였다. 이 중 기능적 편의성 동기, 정보추구 동기, 오락 동기는 스마트폰 이용자들의 하루 이용시간과 무료 애플리케이션 설치 개수와 관련이 있었다. 스마트폰 이용자의 능동성은 스마트폰 애플리케이션 이용의 강력한 예측변인으로 나타나, 능동성이 높은 이용자일수록 더 일찍 스마트폰을 채택하여 더 오래 사용하며 더 자주 앱스토어를 방문하고 더 많은 애플리케이션을 설치하였다. 스마트폰을 더 일찍부터 채택한 사람일수록 더 많은 유료 애플리케이션을 설치한 것으로 나타났고, 이들은 경제활동 및 정보습득 관련 애플리케이션에 더 관심이 많았다. 아이폰 사용자들은 타 기종 사용자보다 더 많은 애플리케이션을 설치하고 자주 사용하는 애플리케이션도 더 많았다. Based on a survey of university students on their purposes for using smartphone apps, this study identifies five different motives: socio-psychological motive, functional convenience motive, information-seeking motive, entertainment motive, and banking/shopping motive. Among them, functional convenience, information-seeking, and entertainment motives are more closely connected with usage-hour and the number of apps loaded in their smartphones. Activeness of smartphone users is found to be a strong predictive variable for the usage of smartphones. Active users are likely to adopt the smartphone earlier, use smartphone more often, visit appstores more frequently, and load more apps onto their phones. On the other hand, early adopters have more paid apps on their smartphones, and are more interested in using the apps for economic activities and information-seeking purposes. Finally, iPhone users are more likely to load more appps and have more frequently-used apps than those of other brands.
