        설정식 시에 나타난 민족의 형상 - 조국건설의 과제 앞에 선 한 해방기 지식인의 특별한 선택과 그 시적 투영

        The Korean intellectuals of the Emancipation Period (1945-1950) were faced with the responsibility to build the new independent state. Seol Jeong-Shik, one of the most active intellectuals of the time, approached this task from the perspective of the redemption of the Korean people and saw poetry as the optimal medium. The basis for his thoughts and devices were as follows: 1. The task of people``s redemption originated from his judgement that the Korean People did not have an authentic figure for the new era. 2. It seems that in Seol``s thought, the authentic figure of the people was not that of a specific tribe but rather represented universal humanity, although its concrete aspects were not yet determined. 3. He believed that to arrive at the authentic figure, Korean people should be at once entirely denied and entirely respected. They should be entirely denied for their resurrection, but should also be entirely affirmed as they would rescue themselves without others`` intervention. 4. For the achievement of this re-birth of Korean People through the simultaneous directly-opposed self-identifications, Seol considered that the intellectuals had to take a role of the catalyst who was willing to be sacrificed by the people in return for his severe reproach to the latter, and, by this sacrifice, make them realize their fault and stand out toward self-remediation. Seol came thereby to presume the achievements of Jesus Christ as the symbol of the intellectuals`` task. 5. At the same time, he took the poetry for the optimum medium of the intellectuals`` task for the self-awakening of the people. Therefore, his poetry was composed basically by the oxymoron that included both the statement and counterstatement about the people. This oxymoron put the multi layered meanings and the complex resonances on his poems.

        체간안정화 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 호흡기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of trunk stability training on improving trunk control, respiratory function, and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects were assigned to two groups: the intervention group (n=15) and the control group (n=15). Both groups participated in a conventional stroke rehabilitation program, but the intervention group also received trunk stability training for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks. The main trunk stability exercise consisted of the dead bug exercise. Trunk control was assessed using a trunk impairment scale, and respiratory function (pulmonary function and respiratory muscle function) was assessed using spirometry. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, independent t-test, and paired t-test. Results : Trunk control was significantly positively correlated with pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength. Both groups showed a significant increase in trunk control and respiratory function. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that a conventional stroke rehabilitation program and trunk stability training have positive effects on respiratory function and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients.

        The paper describes combustion of kerosene using ultrasonic atomizer. It is important for kerosene stoves to have the formation of a homogeneous mixture and complete combustion, becase this kind of stove can be used indoors. In order to develop high performance kerosene stoves, we prepared the combustor of kerosene using ultrasonic atomizer, and investigated the performance of kerosene combustion. In this study, we clarified that characteristics of blowoff and quenching, flash back, yellow tip in this combustor are arranged between the calorific capacity of the combustion chamber and the premixed air ratio. Consequently, we have confirmed the combustor of kerosene using ultrasonic atomizer with has a TDR(2.2:1).

      • Pseudomonas putida 378이 생산하는 Lipoprotein lipase의 성질

        Pseudomonas putida 378이 생산하는 LPL을 정제하여 이에 대한 몇 가지의 생물화학적 성질을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 배양액으로부터 ethanol 분획, Ammonium Sulfate 침전, DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography, CM-Sephadex column chromatography, Gel filtration를 거쳐 LPL을 정제하였다. 이때 효소는 122배 정제되었고, 회수율은 11.77%였다. 2. 정제된 효소는 SDS-PAGE에서 단일 band를 보여주어, 순수하게 정제되었음을 나타내었고, 분자량은 Gel filtration법에 의해 약 108,000으로 나타났고, SDS-PAGE에 의하여 약 107,000으로 나타났으므로, 본 효소액은 monomer로 생각된다. 3. 효소의 최적 pH는 7.0이며, 최적온도는 45℃이었으며, pH는 5.0~8.0 범위에서 안정하였고, 온도는 60℃까지 안정하였다. 4. 본 효소는 1mM Ca 에 의해 활성화 되며, 10mM Hg , Ni 에 의해 저해되었다. 5. 본 효소의 각종 지질에 대한 가수 분해율은 대조구인 olive oil에 비해 lecithin에 대해 다소 높았으며, stearic aid와 tributyrin에 대해서는 매우 낮았다. The purification and properties of the lipoprotein lipase from Pseudomonas putida 378 were investigated. It was purified by ethanol, ammonium sulfate fractionation and chromatographies on DEAE- Cellulose, CM-Sephadex and gel filtration of Sephadex G-100. The enzyme was purified about 122 fold with a yield of 11.77%. The purified enzyme showed a single protein band on SDS-PAGE. Its molecular weight was estimated to be about 108,000 and 107,000 by gel filtration and SDS-PAGE, respectively. Lipoprotein lipase had an optimum pH of 7.0, and an optimal temperature of 45℃, and the stable range of pH was 5.0 to 8.0. The enzyme was thermostable at below 60℃. The enzyme was strongly inhibited by Hg (10mM), Ni (10mM) and showed the most activity ohn Ca (1mM). This lipoprotein lipase was capable of hydrolyzing a variety of oils, showing were active on lecithin than on olive oil.

      • 고호염성 원시세균 Haloarcula sp. EH-1에 의한Poly-3-hydroxyalkanoate 생산을 위한 배양 조건

        Effect culture conditions on Poly-β-Hydroxyalkanoates(PHA) production in Haloarcular sp. EH-1 were investigated. The optimal temperature and pH for PHA production in Haloacular sp. EH-1 were 38℃ and 7.0, respectively. The optimal medium compositions for cell growth comprised glucose 1%, NH₄CI 0.2%, NaCI 25%, KH₂PO₄ 0.08%, MgCI2 0.5%, MgSO₄ 2.0%, CaCl₂ 0.3%, KCl 0.5%, NaHCO₃ 0.02%, NaBr 0.05%, and FeCl₃ 0.0002%. The optimal conditions for PHA production are identical those for cell growth.

        The purpose of this study that is based on results of previous studies about sports complex users' buying behaviors and general customer satisfaction and hypothetical models is to examine the relationship between sports complex users' buying behaviors and general customer satisfaction using X² test and Discriminent Analysis, These are the results from the structural model based on above-mentioned methods of this study and results from analyzing data, First, in the aspect of sports consumption behavior according to individual peculiarities, there are significant differences in the kinds of sport consumption, the time range of consumption the length of participating time and travel time, Second, inthe aspect of buying behavior of sports facilities, expansion of newest equipments affects consumer satisfaction of facilities, that is to say evaluations after choosing sports facilities, The ability of coaches (8.6%), the size of facilities (7.6%) and classes based on one's athletic ability (7.3%) take the precedence over sports shops (3.0%), convenient facilities such as restaurants and shops (2.9%), kindness of parking guides (2.2%). Third, factors in choosing sports facilities, such as material service, human service and systematic service affect considerably sports consumers' buying behaviors. As a result, perception of sports complex users' buying behaviors makes a better understanding ofgeneral service quality (sports shops, convenient facilities such as restaurants and shops, kindness of parking guides) and a better understanding of general service quality (the ability of coaches, the size of facilities, classes based on one's athletic ability) improves consumer satisfaction, And, finally, high consumer satisfaction produces extremely high buying behavior and intention of word of mouth marketing. It is the base of consumer relationship marketing to perceive service quality from sports complex users' points of view and to maintain and manage facilities to improve general consumer satisfaction.

      • 디젤機關의 低質油 燃燒에 關한 硏究

        Since the oil crises of late about 20 years, the diesel engine fuel tends to be higher in viscosity and lower in quality. It has become of paramount importance to save fuel costs in the medium and large sized diesel engines. Attempts have been made to use cheaper low grade fuel oil as a countermeasure. However, when low grade fuel oil is used for diesel engine, such as the need for the installation of heating devices and combustion problems. Therefore, a study to cope with these problems as required. In these circumstances, the purpose of this study the possibility of practical use of low grade fuel oil in the diesel engine from the viewpoint of the engine performance and harmful exhaust gas emissions using the fuel oil feeding system, which uses ultrasonic vibration. In this study, ultrasonic vibration equipment was made. D/A blend fuels(diesel oil+heavy oil "A") were used for the comparative investigation of combustion performance of low grade fuel oil. Engine tests were carried out using the small sized diesel engine. The results are obtained as follows : 1. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil" A" results in the increase of ignition delay of fuel, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in a reduction in ignition delay. 2. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil "A" results in the increase of maximum rate of pressure rise, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease of the maximum rate of pressure rise. 3. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil" A" results in the decrease of the brake thermal efficiency, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the improving the brake thermal efficiency by max. 10.4%. 4. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil "A" results in the increase of fuel consumption rate, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease in the fuel consumption rate by max. 9.8%. 5. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil " A" results in the increase of smoke emissions, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease in the smoke emissions by max. 32%.

      • 배관용 신축이음관의 응력해석에 관한 연구

        The U-shaped expansion joint which widely used as a safety equipment against the deformation and destruction of a piping system, has been analyzed by the FEM (Finite Element method) and the strain measurement test. A good agreement between the FEM and the test result shows using the numerical analysis before the test better. Under all of the loading case, the max, stress is measured at corrugation crest and corrugation root. The U -shaped expansion joint which has more corrugation is better under the higher acting force.

        ICT 활용 교육을 위한 원격지 학급간 협동 학습 시스템 개발

        인터넷을 기반으로 한 원격지 학급간 협동 학습 시스템은 원격지 학급을 연결하는 매칭 시스템, 다양한 보상 체계와 상호 작용으로 실질적인 협동 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 커뮤니티 시스템, 개인이나 모둠 및 학습실의 학습 성취도를 평가하고 학습 결과물을 공유할 수 있는 리포트 시스템으로 구성하였다. 특히 협동 학습 과정을 사전 준비 단계, 모둠 구성 단계, 상호 작용 단계, 결과협의 단계, 평가 정리 단계로 구분하여 시스템에 적용시켰다. 이 시스템은 다양한 상호 작용과 책임 있는 모둠 활동을 제공하므로 교사는 자연스럽게 ICT 활용 교육에 자신감을 갖게 되고, 학생은 정보화 사회에 필요한 기초적인 ICT와 공동체 의식을 습득할 것이다.
