        Yue-Xin Huang(황열흔),Bum-Kyu Kang(강범규),Sung-Hyun Kim(김성현) 한국콘텐츠학회 2014 한국콘텐츠학회논문지 Vol.14 No.3

그렇게 함으로써 어떻게 기업의 디자인 전략을 체계적으로 분석하는가에 대한 방법 및 어떻게 성공적인 디자인 전략을 수립할 수 있는지에 대한 분석 프레임과 연구방법을 제공하고자 한다. according to rapid development in current industrial technologies, technology alone is no longer the only competitive factor among the manufacture companies. The value of innovation in product design has increased important attention to more consumers. This paper demonstrates the methodology of design strategy through the case studies of successful washing machine manufacturers on the Chinas Market. By the so called 4PS comparison of Haier washing machines with those of Siemens and Little Swan, this paper shows the difference of Haiers design strategy with other competitors, and offers a methodology of systematically analyzing strategic design and successfully develops a framework of design strategy.

      • Vegetable Oil Intake and Breast Cancer Risk: a Meta-analysis

Xin, Yue,Li, Xiao-Yu,Sun, Shi-Ran,Wang, Li-Xia,Huang, Tao Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2015 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.16 No.12

Background: Total fat intake may be associated with increased risk of breast cancer, and fish oil has been suggested as a protection factor to breast cancer. But the effect of vegetable oils is inconclusive. We aimed to investigate the association with high vegetable oils consumption and breast cancer risk, and evaluated their dose-response relationship. Design: We systematically searched the MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane databases, and CNKI updated to December 2014, and identified all observational studies providing quantitative estimates between breast cancer risk and different vegetable oils consumption. Fixed or random effect models were used to estimate summary odds ratios for the highest vs. lowest intake, and dose-response relationship was assessed by restricted cubic spline model and generalized least-squares trend (GLST) model. Results: Five prospective cohort studies and 11 retrospective case-control studies, involving 11,161 breast cancer events from more than 150,000 females, met the inclusion criteria. Compared with the lowest vegetable oils consumption, higher intake didn't increased the risk of breast cancer with pooled OR of 0.88 (95% CIs:0.77-1.01), and the result from dose-response analyses didn't show a significant positive or negative trend on the breast cancer risk for each 10g vegetable oil/day increment (OR=0.98, 95% CIs: 0.95-1.01). In the subgroup analyses, the oils might impact on females with different strata of BMI. Higher olive oil intake showed a protective effect against breast cancer with OR of 0.74 (95% CIs: 0.60-0.92), which was not significant among the three cohort studies. Conclusions: This meta-analyses suggested that higher intake of vegetable oils is not associated with the higher risk of breast cancer. Olive oil might be a protective factor for the cancer occurrence among case-control studies and from the whole. Recall bias and imbalance in study location and vegetable oils subtypes shouldn't be ignored. More prospective cohort studies are required to confirm the interaction of the impact of vegetable oils on different population and various cancer characteristic, and further investigate the relationship between different subtype oils and breast cancer.

Simultaneous Determination of Hydroquinone and Catechol by N-doped Porous Biochar-modified Electrode

        Yue-Xin Liu,Shi-Man Du,Jie Cao,Wen-sheng Huang,Xiao-Ru Zhang,Bao-Ping Qi,Sheng-Hui Zhang 대한화학회 2020 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.41 No.3

N-doped porous biochar (NPB) with large conjugated systems could not only be used as enrichment carriers but also be in favor of electron transport in the electrochemical detection. The NPB-modified electrode was fabricated for the simultaneous detection of catechol (CA) and hydroquinone (HQ) to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio and further improve the sensitivity. A detection limit as low as 37 and 47?nM was achieved for CA and HQ, respectively. The proposed strategy with the merits of high sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility exhibited a great potential for the detection.

Multicomponent assessment and ginsenoside conversions of Panax quinquefolium L. roots before and after steaming by HPLC-MSn

        Xin Huang,Yan Liu,Yong Zhang,Shuai-Ping Li,Hao Yue,Chang-Bao Chen,Shu-Ying Liu 고려인삼학회 2019 Journal of Ginseng Research Vol.43 No.1

Background: The structural conversions in ginsenosides induced by steaming or heating or acidic condition could improve red ginseng bioactivities significantly. In this paper, the chemical transformations of red American ginseng from fresh Panax quinquefolium L. under steaming were investigated, and the possible mechanisms were discussed. Methods: A method with reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with linear ion trap mass spectrometry (HPLC-MSn)-equipped electrospray ionization ion source was developed for structural analysis and quantitation of ginsenosides in dried and red American ginseng. Results: In total, 59 ginsenosides of protopanaxadiol, protopanaxatriol, oleanane, and ocotillol types were identified in American ginseng before and after steaming process by matching the molecular weight and/or comparing MSn fragmentation with that of standards and/or known published compounds, and some of them were determined to be disappeared or newly generated under different steaming time and temperature. The specific fragments of each aglycone-type ginsenosides were determined as well as aglycone hydrated and dehydrated ones. The mechanisms were deduced as hydrolysis, hydration, dehydration, and isomerization of neutral and acidic ginsenosides. Furthermore, the relative peak areas of detected compounds were calculated based on peak areas ratio. Conclusion: The multicomponent assessment of American ginseng was conducted by HPLC-MSn. The result is expected to provide possibility for holistic evaluation of the processing procedures of red American ginseng and a scientific basis for the usage of American ginseng in prescription.

Robust Optimization Dispatch Method for Distribution Network Considering Four-Quadrant Power Output of Energy Storage Devices

        Li Yue,Xiao Xiao-Bing,He Xiao-Meng,Huang Bo-Yang,Fang Yang,He Xin-Yi 대한전기학회 2024 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.19 No.2

This paper describes a technique for improving distribution network dispatch by using the four-quadrant power output of distributed energy storage systems to address voltage deviation and grid loss problems resulting from the large integration of distributed generation into the distribution network. The approach creates an optimization dispatch model for an active distribution network. The objective function aims to minimize power purchase costs, network loss costs, and voltage deviation penalties. In addition, the method employs an interval robust optimization technique to handle uncertainties related to solar turbine output and load demand. To solve the optimal power fow problem for AC in the distribution network, this paper implements the second-order cone relaxation technique to convert it into a solvable second-order cone programming problem. Moreover, the Big-M method is used to handle the nonlinear terms in the objective function. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted on the IEEE33 node system to verify the efectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. The simulation results indicate that the system's operating cost can be signifcantly reduced. Additionally, it has a positive impact on reducing voltage deviation and system loss, ultimately improving the operation of the distribution network system.

Influence of Diffuser Vane Number on Energy Loss of Multistage Centrifugal Pump

Tian Xin Wu,Deng Hao Wu,Ting Zhang,Hai Ming Huang,Yue Zhong Wu,Jie Gang Mou 한국유체기계학회 2021 International journal of fluid machinery and syste Vol.14 No.4

As a key component of a multistage pump, the diffuser affects the efficiency of the multistage centrifugal pump. However, the loss mechanism inside the diffuser and links between the loss mechanism and vane numbers of diffuser were still not fully understood. In order to investigate the influence of the number of diffuser vane on the energy loss characteristics of multistage centrifugal pump, this paper analyzes the energy loss characteristics of pump with different number of diffuser vane by utilizing entropy production theory. The results show that under the design condition, when the number of diffuser vane increases to 11, the head is increased by 1.2m and the efficiency is increased by 3%. At the same time, with the increase of the number of diffuser vane, the backflow and eddy phenomena are gradually weakened, flow stream is more stable, the entropy production rate is significantly reduced, but the intensity of pressure pulsation in the diffuser is increased slightly.
