      • 인터넷기반 물류정보시스템 활용에 관한 연구 : 광주 전남 수출입기업을 중심으로

        In these days logistics control has played a very important part in the company management. Therefore companies tend to develope and introduce logistics information system. The reason why is that they perceive to vie in competition, if companies don't have an efficient logistics information system, because logistics rates take too much weight in a company. Especially, the spread of the cyber trade using internet renews companies knowledge for logistics information system. Moreover, all kinds of organizations(companies) use internet in order to support logistics activity and use it for the procurement control, the production control, the sales control, the production measurement, the transportation control, and the warehouse control. And the recent study for logistics control shows that using plans of internet-based logistics information system play a major part in the aspect of the reinforcement of competitive power. However, because most of the export-import companies in Kwangju-Chonnam area are undeveloped in the aspect of capital and size, the development, introduction, and application of logistics information system are incomplete. Therefore, this study intended to present the using plans of internet based logistics information systems, which will give the way to solve the problem the export-import companies in Kwangiu-Chonnam area. To solve the problem, this study analysed the present situation of the export-import companies in Kwangiu-Chonnam area and it will progress the custom related services and give the competitiveness. To achieve the purpose, this study has been used the empirical research with a questionnaire. This study consists of 5 chapters as follows. In chapter one, I considered the purpose, the method, and structure of study, and the precedent study of logistics information systems. In chapter two, I described the change of the recent rapidly changing logistics surroundings, the necessity of logistics system, consideration its part and the possibility of logistics information by internet. Besides I examined the condition of internet-based logistics information system at home and abroad with using the search site of internet connecting with this study . In chapter three, I analyzed the actual condition and the controversial point by making use of logistics information system of the export-import companies in Kwangju-Chonnam area. And I also analyzed the using plans of it through internet by using SPSSWIN(Ver.9.0) statistical Program. In chapter four, I presented the using plans of internet-based logistics information system in KwanEiu-Chonnam area on the basis of the result analyzed in chapter three. In chapter five, I presented the summary, limitations and the problems for the future in conclusion. The results of empirical research from this study are as follows. The highest managers or persons in charge of logistics of the export-import companies in Kwanaiu-Chonnam area are slack in developing and introducing logistics information system for the rational logistics control because of the shortage of necessary information or investment, in comparison with their concern about logistics control. The export-import companies in Kwangju-Chonnam area were making use of internet in the field of information collecting, overseas publicity and the control of management information, but they hardly used it in the field of logistics information. Putting all the above-mentioned results together, 1 could know that the export-import companies in Kwangiu-Chonnam area didn't control logistics efficiently because of lacking of information and investment about the logistics control so far, unlike their knowledge and concern about logistics information. Therefore I presented the using plans of logistics information system using internet as an efficient plan of thei logistics control as follows. The managers or the first-line persons in charge are required of new knowledge for logistics information Namely in relation to the using internet-based logistics information system, there is a need for the cognitive conversion of the expense notions to investment notions. They should build up the foundation to establish the infra of the internet-based logistics information system. As the plan of this, it is fully required of the development and the spread of it with the spread of a manager's mind for information. It's unlikely to expect to speed up the use of it throughout the equipment investment of logistics information or the admission of its network because most of the export-import companies in Kwangju-Chonnam area is small in size or funds. Consequently, to make use of internet-based logistics information system, logistics policy of the government such as the financial support about an equipment investment related to logistics information and the reduction of taxes about the using logistics information system required. They should think about the convenience for the application of internet-based logistics information system. Now there are factors of restriction as the complexity of the connection and the usage for the using of internet-based logistics information system and the premise of the first admission for ascertaining the statement of service. Accordingly the above-mentioned restrictive factors should be eliminated in order that the export-import companies make use of logistics information freely and they promote efficiency of logistics control. In a long-term dimension, they should teach and raise experts for an effective use of logistics information system. The limitations of this study and the problems for the future are as follows. First, the questionnaire object companies of this study were not the whole of korean export-import companies but Kwangju-Chonnam area's export-import companies. Second, In this study to present the using plans of internet-based logistics information systems, it has limitations for presenting more notionally and cognitively than detailedly. Next, the problems for the future are the development and introduction of an effective internet-based logistics information system, making and alternative plan detailedly for solving some problems and the presentation of educational-industrial complex plans related to the program development of internet-based total logistics information system.

      • 청소년의 인터넷기반 소설 읽기 동기 요인 분석

        본 연구는 청소년이 인터넷 기반 소설을 읽는 이유를 탐색함으로써 인터넷 세대인 청소년의 읽기 동기 요인이 무엇인지 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 청소년이 인터넷 기반 소설을 읽는 이유(읽기 동기 요인)는 무엇인가? 2. 청소년의 인터넷 기반 소설 읽기 동기 요인이 독서교육에 주는 시사점은 무엇인가? 이상의 연구 과제를 수행하기 위해 이야기 문법 이론 중 스테인과 글렌의 분석방법을 사용하여 인터넷 기반 소설과 일반 종이책 텍스트의 이야기구조를 비교해 보았다. 또한 중고등학교 청소년을 대상으로 그들이 왜 인터넷 기반 소설을 읽는지 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들의 텍스트 내적, 외적 읽기 동기 요인을 찾을 수 있었다. 텍스트 내적으로 인물, 스토리, 난이도, 문체와 관련한 11가지 세부 읽기 동기 요인을 발견하였다. 텍스트 외적으로도 독자 내적인 요인과 매체 환경에 관련된 10가지 세부 읽기 동기 요인을 찾았다. 그밖에 인터뷰 과정에서 읽기 이외에 쓰기를 유도하는 요인 3가지를 추가로 발견할 수 있었다. 둘째, 인터넷 기반 소설의 읽기 동기 요인이 독서교육에 주는 시사점은 독서 능력에 따른 수준별 독서 수업의 필요성, 주제나 교훈 찾기에 치중하지 않는 즐거운 독서의 필요성, 가독성 높은 텍스트 도입의 필요성, 비판적 교육에 대한 필요성이다. 결론적으로 청소년들의 읽기 동기 요인으로 텍스트 내적요인(대항목 4개, 소항목 11개), 텍스트 외적요인(대항목 2개, 소항목 10개), 쓰기 유도요인(항목 3개)까지 총 24개의 요인들을 찾을 수 있었다. 본 연구는 위와 같은 독서교육 측면에서 시사점 네 가지와 더불어 다음과 같은 독서 문화적 시사점을 발견할 수 있었다. 기존에 텍스트와 독자의 관계에서 텍스트가 독자에게 영향을 미치는 흐름이 컸다면, 인터넷 텍스트의 경우 독자가 텍스트에 미치는 영향이 점점 커져 독자가 오히려 텍스트를 변화시키는 역전 현상이 감지되었다. 또한 인터넷 기반 소설의 경우 거대 포털이나 상업적인 방향을 지향하는 양지문화와 청소년들의 놀이문화로써 아마추어적인 음지문화로 양분화되어 공존하는 현상을 발견할 수 있었다. This study aims to investigate the reading motivators of adolescents, who are in the Internet age, by exploring reasons they read the Internet-based novels. The research subjects set up to attain this purpose are as follows: First, What are the reasons (reading motivators) that adolescents read the Internet-based novels? Second, What implications do the adolescents' Internet-based novel reading motivators give to the reading education? To conduct these research subjects, this study compared the story structures of the Internet-based novels and paper texts, using the Stein & Glenn analytical methods of the story grammar theories. In addition, in-depth interviews with middle and high school adolescents were carried out to find out why they read the Internet-based novels. The research results are as follows: First, this study could find out adolescents' text internal and external reading motivators. text internal, 11 detailed reading motivators were found with regard to character, story, level of difficulty and writing style. Also, text external, 10 detailed reading motivators were found with regard to internal factors of readers and media environment. In the process of interviews, 3 additional factors leading to writing were found besides reading. Second, the implications that reading motivators of the Internet-based novels gives to the reading education are necessity of reading class according to the level of reading ability, necessity of the pleasant reading, which does not focus on finding a subject or a lesson, necessity of introduction of the high-legibility texts and necessity of critical education. In conclusion, a total of 24 motivators could find as the adolescents' reading motivators, with text internal factors(4 big items, 11 small items), text external factors(2 big items, 10 small items) and induce writing factors(3 items). This study could find the following reading cultural implications, in addition to 4 implications in terms of this reading education. Previously, in the relationship between texts and readers, texts dominantly influenced readers; however, in case of the Internet texts, readers' influence on texts has been bigger and a reversal phenomenon that readers rather changed texts was felt. Moreover, it was found that the Internet-based novels coexisted, polarized into the sunny culture aiming for huge portals or commercial direction and the shady culture, which was amateur as the entertainment culture of adolescents.

      • 인터넷 기반 풍력발전기의 원격감시 및 제어시스템 구현

        Recently, Many researchers have been working on the supervisory control of telerobotics, and were successful in controlling them over the Internet. The Internet found its applications in the manufacturing industry. It is a tendency to increase that the monitoring of control condition of wind turbine using the Internet. The wind turbine specific information the crucial and common process data and meta data of a wind power plant. Process information is hierarchically structured and covers for example common process information found in the rotor, generator, converter, grid connection and the like. All process and meta data can be exchanged by corresponding services like get, set, publish subscribe (report), logging, and control. In addition, TCP/IP has been developed in order to provide a uniform communications basis for the monitoring and control of wind turbine. This supervisory control is based on the client/server architecture. The implementation of a real-time control algorithm over the Internet involves random time delays in the control loop. The problem of this communication network delay in real-time control systems has attracted attention over the years. Many approaches have been proposed to either eliminate or mitigate the detrimental effect of the time delay on the stability of the system. In this paper, we proposed the supervisory control via the Internet of a wind turbine. but, one of the problems which should be solved in the wind turbine control is the time delay. So, the time delay measurement algorithm for stability of controller. In an emergency, it is possible to reset the main control computer in the wind turbine using the wireless Internet. Experimental results show the response in round-trip time delay, we apply it to a wind turbine system that consists of a remote control and monitoring via the Internet. By implementing the response time delay measurement algorithm for the stability of system control and measuring the characteristic between server and controller and response in round-trip time delay between server and client over two months, the remote control system is confirmed to be stable.

And it will accelerate competition in fair between educational administrations. On the other hand, as the decision of unconstitutionity about private lecture causes a social confusion, internet education is rising by an alternative plan. This will also accelerate the competition of imaginary education market. That is, the education using information communication is changing from traditional school education for teacher and classroom that is definitely divided by elementray, middle, high and college education, into a whole life education for demand throughout overcoming limit of time and space which has been pointed out with a defect of traditional educational education. Recently, not only formal schools, but also poral sites about imaginary educations, private companys for education, off-line educational institutions and recently lining up huge companys, are ina prosperous condition. Seeing kinds of site, majority is for students, But it is incresing that the site for language, computer, certifications, Most sites are free except a few companys that is making specialized contents or a step-by-step charge. They depend upon the gains by advertisements. The imaginary education system in internet cyber space is becoming a new space and culture in college. It is making it change, not only the definition of education but also mechansim of learning and teaching. That is, the education in the cyber space makes people learn about critical thinking abilitys, effective communication skills, information search skills, and cooperation abilitys, as well as take simple knowledge, or degrees for a future job. Therefore, the education method is not to gather in class and to teach one-directionally, but to teach by various ways without limit of time and space.

      • 인터넷 기반 주택정책 평가 시뮬레이션

        본 연구의 목적은 주택정책이 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향을 시뮬레이션 · 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 사용하고 있는 정책평가 시뮬레이션 방법은 PESS(Policy Experiment & Simulation System)이다. PESS는 인터넷이라는 가상공간에서 어떤 정책요소가 아파트 가격에 영향을 주는지, 정책대안별로 아파트가격이 어느 정도 영향을 받는지 분석하는 모의실험 시스템이다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 절편 더미변수(Intercept Dumy Variable)와 기울기 더미변수(Slope Dummy Variable)를 결합한 회귀모형(Regression Model)을 통하여 해석되었다. 종속변수는 PESS를 통해 취득한 아파트 거래가격이며 독립변수는 아파트 종목정보, 거시경제정책, 주택정책이다. 아파트 가격에 영향을 주는 정책시나리오는 거시경제정책과 주택정책으로 정의되었다. 정책시나리오는 시나리오Ⅰ과 시나리오Ⅱ로 구분되었다. 시나리오Ⅰ는 1998년(IMF 외환위기 직후; 디플레이션형), 시나리오Ⅱ는 2002년(IMF 외환위기 회복기; 인플레이션형)을 기준으로 구축되었다. 정책 시뮬레이션 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 거시경제정책과 주택정책은 아파트가격에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 서울의 아시아선수촌아파트의 경우, 시나리오Ⅱ 상황에서 아파트 평균 가격(전문가그룹 64550만원, 비전문가그룹 57766만원, 전체그룹 58277만원)은 정책시나리오Ⅰ (전문가그룹 4504만원, 비전문가그룹 51988만원, 전체그룹 49966만원)보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 거시경제정책과 주택정책이 안정적이고 활황기일 경우에 실험자는 아파트를 높은 가격에 거래하는 성향을 보여준 것이다. 시나리오에 따른 지역별 아파트 가격 상숭 변화를 보면, 서울 아파트의 가격변화 폭이 가장 컸고 수도권, 대전 순이었다. 이는 높은 가격을 형성하고 있는 아파트는 정책조건에 민감한 반응을 보여주고 있음을 의미한다. 회귀분석 결과, 아파트 가격에 영향을 주는 변수는 최고층, 용적율, 주차공간(가구당), 산·강 하천이었다. 단지환경이 양호하며 단지내의 쾌적성 정도가 아파트 가격에 영향을 주고 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 경향은 시나리오Ⅰ보다 시나리오 Ⅱ에서 더욱 강하게 나타났다. This study intends to simulate and analyze the effect of housing policy on housing price. The effect of housing policy is evaluated by the housing prices simulated through trading between sellers and buyers using the information of housing characteristics and housing policy scenarios on the PESS(Policy Experiment & Simulation System). Regriession models combined with intercept dummy variable and slope dummy variable were used to analyze the evaluation results form PESS. Dependent variable is housing deal price and independent variables are housing information as well as micro-economics and housing policies. Policy scenarios were divided into deflation-scenario Ⅰ and inflation-scenario Ⅱ. The results of policy simulation are as follows. First, both micro-economics policy and housing policy have an effect on housing price. Housing deal price under scenario Ⅱ were higher than the price under scenario Ⅰ. Policy effect was different regionally: policy effect in Seoul was bigger than in SMA(Seoul Metropolitan Area) and Daejeon. Scale of house have an different idluence on housing price according ta policy change. The greater the scale of house was, the greater policy effect was. Finally, housing price was idluenced by the factors such as level, capacity, parking lot per unit and the distance between house and mountain or river. It means that houses with encellent amenity cause higher housing price. This trends showed up more strongly in scenario Ⅱ.

      • DBR 스케줄링을 이용한 인터넷 기반 실시간 일정계획

        본 연구는 인터넷을 환경에서 생산 스케줄링을 수행하는 것에 초점을 두고 있는데, 이는 이전의 제조 기업들이 실시해왔던 기업 중심의 생산 스케줄링을 고객 중심의 생산 스케줄링으로 전환하고자 하는 것이다. 즉 고객의 요구 사항을 최대한 반영하고자 하는 것으로서 고객은 인터넷을 통해 구매하고자 하는 제품의 종류 및 수량 그리고 납기일을 제시할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고객 스스로 납기일을 맞출 수 있는가를 인터넷을 통해 실시간으로 평가할 수 있고 또한 실제 생산 스케줄링으로 전환할 수 있는 것이다. 만약 고객의 납기일을 맞출 수 없을 때는 가장 빠른 생산 완료일을 제시함으로써 고객에게 실질적이고 정확한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 고객이 제시한 주문 납기일을 실시간으로 평가하기 위해서는 기업의 생산 능력을 정확하고 빠르게 평가할 수 있어야 하는데 본 논문에서는 이러한 실시간 스케줄링을 수행하기 위해서 Goldratt의 Drum-Buffer Rope 스케줄링을 이용한다. 이는 기업의 Throughput을 결정하는 것은 시스템을 구성하는 전 자원들이 아니라 단지 제약 자원들의 능력이 기업의 실질적인 Throughput을 결정한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 제약 이론의 DBR 스케줄링을 이용하여 보다 능동적이고 현실성이 있는 스케줄링을 수행함으로써 고객에 대한 서비스 수준을 향상시키고 궁극적으로는 기업의 이윤을 최대화하는데 기여하고자 한다. The objective of this thesis is to perform real-time manufacturing scheduling using DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) scheduling on the Internet. This research intends to convert company oriented manufacturing scheduling which has been performed in most of manufacturing companies until now to customer oriented manufacturing scheduling. Namely, customer can choose not only product kinds, quantities and order due dates, but also evaluate optimum order due date by themselves in real-time through internet and then the results will be converted into real manufacturing scheduling. If the company can't meet customer order due date, it will offer reliable and accurate information to the customers by suggesting the fastest order due date. To evaluate customer order due date in real time, companies should be able to estimate their accurate producing capacity. This research uses Goldratt's DBR Scheduling to realize that function. The DBR Scheduling does not recognize the production capacity of the whole company, but only of the constraint resources which have a great effect on the company throughput. Thus it can improve the customer service level as well as the profit by performing more dynamic and reliable scheduling through Internet.

      • 레이저 스캐닝 시스템을 이용한 인터넷 기반의 원격로봇 제어

        본 논문에서는 시각기반 로봇 작업을 원격으로 수행하는데 적합한 시스템을 설계하였다. 시각기반 원격로봇이 보다 지능적이고 정밀하게 작업할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 3차원 작업환경 인식기술과 함께 네트워크 전송 특성에 대한 고려한 시스템의 설계가 필수적이다. 3차원 깊이 정보 인식에 이용되는 로봇-비전 시스템은 크게 스테레오 비전 시스템과 레이저 슬릿광을 이용하는 레이저 거리계가 주로 적용되고 있다. 스테레오 비전 방식은 두 대의 시각센서와 이들 사이의 기하학적 관계로부터 거리 정보를 산출하는 방식으로 방대한 연산량으로 인하여 처리 시간에 많은 제약을 지니게 된다. 또한 원격 시스템에 적용되는 경우 두 장의 영상정보를 동시에 전송하여야 하므로 실시간 로봇 제어가 거의 불가능하다. 더구나 전송의 효율성을 위해 영상압축을 수행하는 경우 영상 손실이 불가피하므로 정밀한 영상처리 결과를 얻기 힘든 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 깊이 정보를 인식하기 위해 레이저 투광기와 하나의 카메라로 구성된 레이저 거리계를 로봇의 말단 링크에 설치한 로봇-비전 시스템을 적용하였다. 보다 정밀한 측정을 위해서 로봇의 기구학 모델과 레이저 거리계의 모델을 통합한 시스템 모델식을 유도하였으며, 실수형 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 시스템 파라미터들에 대한 캘리브레이션을 수행하였다. 또한 시각 정보를 조작자에게 실시간으로 전송하기 위해 네트워크 특성에 따라 영상 압축 파라미터를 적응시킴으로써 원격존재감을 향상시킬 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. This dissertation focuses on the control of a vision-based telerobot having a laser scanning system. In order to reduce the network transmission burden and provide telepresence efficiently, a robot laser scanning system is introduced as an alternative tool of the stereo vision system. The laser scanning system consists of a laser slit beam and a camera, and it is mounted on the wrist of a robot manipulator. The 3D range data is calculated using the optical triangulation method which uses the geometrical relationship between the camera and the laser stripe plane. For optimal estimation of the system model parameters, real-coded genetic algorithm is applied for the calibration process. The proposed modeling and calibration schemes could be applied to the kinematically dissimilar robot system without losing the generality. In addition to accurate measuring capability, an unpredictable behavior of the Internet such as communication delay, data losses, and vailable bandwidth should be considered in a remote robotic system. Because of the network congestion and the unpredictable delay, the real-time visual feedback is generally difficult to realize in the public networks such as Internet. If the remote operator can not receive the visual feedback within a certain time, the work performance may tend to decrease resulting in loss of controllability. In most previous research, images are compressed with a fixed compression ratio. Therefore it does not cater for the needs of clients connected to the system by links with different bandwidth. To deal with these drawbacks, an adaptive visual feedback scheme that adjusts the compression ratio and the image quality is proposed. The performance of the proposed scheme was verified using some visual tracking experiments. By extracting the object features such as edge, corner, line segment, and surface from the laser scanning data, visually guided grasping is implemented by accurately aligning the robot's gripper with the object surface to be grasped. The proposed system could be easily extended to other vision-based telerobot control tasks such as the peg-in-hole and the pick-and-place.

      • 인터넷 기반의 Java3D를 이용한 가상 선반 시뮬레이터의 개발

        We developed a lathe simulator which can be used for a CAM education on the Internet. Previously, VRML or static images such as JPG have been commonly used to achieve the same goal. With the 3D tool like VRML, it was possible to describe the movement of 3D object effectively. However, G-code base modeling such as CNC lathe and real-time visualization for the cutting process including parts being machined could not be accomplished. CNC lathe system which works on the internet has to be manipulated accurately. In this point, VRML is not suitable because it can not update and save the 3D geometry data internally. Thus we used Java for controlling the 3D geometry data and Java3D for visualizing the workpiece. Furthermore, we considered filtering process which can reduce 3D data for visualization on the internet. By using the simulator, we can machine a part with G-code input from a user or modeler, and visualize parts being machined in 2D as well as 3D. The developed system is based on a lathe from EMCO^(TM) and can be used through a web browser.

Thus there has been growing interest in carrying storage traffic across TCP/IP infrastructure to exploit the ubiquity and cost. Currently, there exist several data transport protocols for storage devices in the market. Advanced Technology Attachment (ATA) is one of the most well-known storage technologies in the world. However, both ATA and newly developed Serial ATA are designed primarily for inside-the-box storage. There has been lot of research done on Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) based storage device to transport data on network and Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) is extensively used in Storage Area Network (SAN) environment for transporting SCSI storages over TCP/IP networks. The ATA storage device has different segment of users who also need such protocol which can be used to access their personal data over internet without using any hardware or extra device and majority of personal computers, Small office Home office (SoHo) and small enterprises are using ATA type storages so we are proposing a protocol for transporting basic ATA commands over the TCP/IP networks.

        The network application becomes very popular and used in every engineering field. With the rapid progress of computers, multimedia combining various types of mono-media is in fashion. gives the users a great window for not only in off-line service but on-line by Internet. Futhermore, a study on educational multimedia system on Internet becomes quite popular world wide. this paper deals with the multimedia system for the education channel of CIM system to students which is normally not accessible because of hight cost and its relative rigidness. The system developed using Internet is easy to access and use, which helps the students understand the overall configuration and control structure of CIM, and manipulate and system substantially. This increases educational effects and easy adaptation in information society, which will lead to be highly competitive in next generation.
