        The study aimed to come up with various approaches to analysing the urban-development density of detached dwelling district for Changwon City and to suggesting urban proper-development density criteria for it, focusing on comparing to the whole urban-density. Towards this end, the author first selected cities to compare, assessed the level of density of Changwon City against that of these cities, and proposed the level of their future density after considering the Urban Planning Code and other relevant laws. This study has identified problems related to the urban-development density of Changwon City, and has come up with approaches for house rebuilding and housing redevelopment.

        Recently, President Moon Jae-in has announced the 9.13 housing market stabilization plan, following the 8.2 real estatepolicyin 2017, to restrain overheated interests and short-term speculative demands in Seoul and its surrounding metropolitan areas. Consequently, the recession in the submarket and local is accelerating, as the market is being influenced by governmental measures. Urban Renewal Projects, which have been active for the past years, are not off the hook, with signs of stagnation. These negative consequences seem to be amplified in local housing markets that are affected by population decline or the provinces disappearance. The 「ACT ON THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF URBAN AREAS AND LIVING ENVIRONMENT」, since its enactment on December 30, 2002, has been the legal basis of the Urban Renewal Projects for about 15 years. However, under the stagnant market conditions for Urban Renewal Projects, the maintenance law was completely amended on February 9th, 2018. Moreover, a new bill, 「SPECIAL ACT ON THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF EMPTY HOUSE AND SMALL SCALE HOUSING」 was passed on February 8th, 2017, and enacted on the following year, to cover the maintenances of not only Block-unit housing, but also autonomous housing, small and empty housing, and small-scale reconstructions. Under these changes, Urban Renewal Projects within the nation, covering a total of 3,071 districts, or 152,022,584㎡ are currently completed, in progress, or yet to be launched. Among these, approximately 80% of the projects are either completed or in progress. Considering that maintenance projects on average take up to more than nine years to completion, it is worthwhile to examine the factors that influenced the progress of the Urban Renewal Projects. The Urban Renewal Projects is likely to be shaped by the housing market and urban characteristics, since the projects fundamentally serve two purposes: supply of new housing and improvement of urban residential environment. Therefore, the effect of housing markets and various urban specific variables on the Urban Renewal Projects nationwide was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS VER. 22.0 and statistical data from "2017 Report on Urban Planning,” published jointly by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Land and Housing Corporation in June 2018. The second chapter of the paper covers the theoretical background of Urban Renewal Projects, addressing the changes in and types of urban and residential environment maintenance systems, the revision of 「ACT ON THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF URBAN AREAS AND LIVING ENVIRONMENT」 and the contents of 「SPECIAL ACT ON THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF EMPTY HOUSE AND SMALL SCALE HOUSING」. Furthermore, the chapter explains the factors that differentiate this paper from prior literatures, and analyzes previous researches regarding Urban Renewal Projects, housing market, and urban characteristics. In the third chapter, the status of Urban Renewal Projects is analyzed by stages, types, and implementation subjects. The chapter includes an investigation of the current state of small-scale Urban Renewal Projects through case studies of Block-unit housing maintenance projects. The factors that influenced that Urban Renewal Projects were categorized in large to two categories, housing market and urban characteristics, and a total of 28 factors were analyzed. The result of this study showed that with respect to Urban Renewal Projects, trades in apartment ownership, apartment price per unit area, aged housing rate, fluctuation rate in land price, population density, dummy-variables of metropolitan correlated positively and housing lottery competition correlated negatively. The results are based upon multicollinearity of ten independent variables, such as trades in apartment ownership, apartment price per unit area, aged housing rate, fluctuation rate in land price, population density, dummy-variables of metropolitan, housing lottery competition, apartment trade turnover rate, unowned housing rate, and average housing price flux (five years), each proven to have statistical significance. The implications of the policies are as follows: First, the policies that limits the resale rights of housing ownership negatively impacts the Urban Renewal Projects. Therefore, Block-unit housing maintenance projects, which was excluded from the 8.2 housing regulation, could serve as an alternative. Not only does block-unit housing maintenance projects serve to provide new housing, but also improve the poor residential environment within the city center. Block-unit housing maintenance would be suitable for local low-rise, aged housing maintenance, and would be a niche market that revitalizes the local housing market and Urban Renewal Projects. Second, Urban Renewal Projects flourish in metropolitan areas where population is dense, apartment prices are high, and land price fluctuations are also high. This suggests that metropolitan areas need to utilize regionally tailored maintenance projects to supply suitable housing. As such, block-unit housing maintenance and small-scale reconstruction projects could be a possible alternative. Locally tailored maintenance business would also contribute to urban renewal and revitalization of the city center. Third, it is necessary to endorse small scale maintenance projects rather than large scale projects in small and medium sized cities, where the number of aged houses are high and housing competitions are low. To accommodate small to medium sized cities, autonomous housing maintenance and block-unit housing maintenance could be a suitable alternative. In particular, local governments are expected to provide more financial and business support in regards to autonomous housing Urban Renewal Projects, since these projects are voluntary housing and residential environment projects for low-rise, aged housing areas. Regardless of government measures to prevent speculative demand in Seoul and surrounding metropolitan areas, they could inadvertently contribute to the rapid deterioration of the local housing market. In conclusion, providing measures that account for tailor to regional differences is the start in implementing region specific real estate policies.

        'Impressionism' is a modern art movement that took place in France in the early 20th century. This art movement started from art and influenced literature and music. Impressionist music appeared against German romanticism, and movement preferred light, colorful sound, structure, and ambiguous music. Impressionist musicians were interested in Baroque music and used Baroque elements to get inspiration. A typical Impressionist composer, Claude Achille Debussy(1862-1918), made a musical new attempt to escape the traditional functional harmony. He made original musical phrases with parallel octaves, added chords, whole-tone scale, pentatonic scale, church modes, and irregular rhythms. His work includes the Baroque elements in which he combines a compositional technique with new styles. Debussy's 「Pour le piano」 is a work in which he used the Baroque elements for the title. It was composed of one suite by combining three pieces of Prélude, Sarabande, and Toccata, and it properly represents the characteristics of the Baroque music. This paper examined the Baroque elements by analyzing its musical form and rhythm in this piece. Prélude presents a colorful harmony of sound with the use of sixteenth notes of fast tempo, pedal points and continuous whole-tone scales. In addition, it uses glissando and cadenza which represents the impromptu style of Prélude. Sarabande includes the sarabande rhythm of the slow three-beat. Particularly, the church modes are used to perform rich color of harmony from a wide range of bands. Toccata has a more impromptu style than Prélude. That is because it uses continuous sixteenth note, irregular division of rhythm, a pedal point, frequent syncopations, broken chords and glissando. The title of three pieces of 「Pour le piano」 was inspired in the Baroque period. Debussy combined musical elements of the Baroque period with his musical techniques that is regarded as a more progressive style.

        산복도로는 일제 강점기 정착 노동자 및 해방 이후 귀환 동포의 아픔과 한국전쟁의 애환까지도 고스란히 품고 있는 역사적인 공간이다.그러나 이후 진행된 급속한 산업화와 함께 난개발로 여러 가지 도시문제를 양산하게 되었으며 부산의 가장 낙후된 지역으로 평가 받고 있다. 최근 부산광역시는 복도로 르네상스 프로젝트로 총체적인 종합재생을 진행하고 있다. 산복도로 도시재생사업이 부동산학적 측면에서 부동산시장에 얼마나 영향을 미쳤는가를 파악하기위해 사례조사와 설문조사를 병행한 결과 산복도로 도시재생사업이 성공적으로 활발하게 이루어지면 부동산시장에 대한 영향도 더욱 커진다고 할 수 있으며 이는 향후 산복도로 도시재생사업의 추진 방향 설정 및 정책적 시사점 제시에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

      • 슬러리 스핀 코팅으로 증착된 전해질 두께 변화에 따른 음극 지지체 연료전지의 성능 평가

        In this study, the electrical performance of anode-supported solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) with Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) electrolyte films of 5 to 20μm in thickness deposited by slurry spin coating method was discussed to aim at investigating the effect of the thickness of the YSZ electrolyte films on the electrical performance of the anode-supported SOFCs. The maximum power densities of anode supported SOFCs were increased with decreasing the YSZ electrolyte over 10μm thickness due to the decrease of the ohmic polarization. However, the ohmic polarization and electrode polarization were quite high compared with other data. As a main reason, the less amount of tripe phase boundary (TPB) is strongly expected. It was finally affecting on the electrical performance quite negatively. The maximum power densities were 16.2, 45 and 88.5 mW/cm2 at 700, 750 and 800℃, respectively. This result indicates that SOFCs with dense YSZ electrolyte require more effective deposition conditions for electrode, especially cathode to increase TPB area.

        In the film-making the general meaning of the special effect cinematograp all thing except drama-making based at narrative. For example, there are the photograph, filming scene using snow, rain, fire, and storm, taking sauce computer graphic, miniature, and special action. Because the technology of min and computer graphic needs much time and costs much money, it is being m used by Hollywood blockbuster films. Also, Hollywood has the various data a know-how and the excellent technique of special film-making. But, because Ko film havn't much money and technology, it is being used experimentally at a part of scene. I directed the film Liberame(2000), it is composed of the story about fire in the conflagration like Towering Inferno(1974) and Backdraft(1991). preproduction I studied the technology of Backdraft, and had to test the sp effect photograph with many staffs. Through this process I could represent effect of fire used in Backdraft or obtained the new results. After all, in spectators set a high value on Liberame and it contributed to increase technology of Korean special effect photograph. This thesis aimed to record the technological results of special effect photograph in my work. I also hoped that it be the valuable data in the field of that technique. Therefore, this was described only special effect photograph of my work, Leberame, and I compared with the special effect technology of Backdraft concerned with fire. The following is this essay's contents. Firstly, I put in order the results of test photograph. The test was vario composed of camera photograph, lighting, production design, sauce-taking computer graphic, and so on. Specially, I stressed the exposure and color of fir Secondly, in work the special effect photograph of apartment scene is simil the conflagration of clothes factory in Backdraft. In Backdraft the minia was used for exterior photograph of clothes factory, but in Liberame we ha explode the real building. As a result, Liberame was superior to Backdraft film reality. Thirdly. we photographed the effect of fire by the explosion of gas station. station, which was builded with set, on the whole was exploded. Our Demol team taking charge of the special-effect contributed to explode the gas st That explosion scene was so different from the fire-effect of Backdraft. Fourthly, the special effect photograph of hospital building is analogous t conflagration of chemistry factory in Backdraft. Here we sucessfully achieved 'White Ball'. As this effect like white-ball shape breaked out before gas explo it had horribly the destructive force. Fifthly, we photographed the special-effect with miniature at elevator sequ We made elevator and space for miniature, and then exploded it. After this, composited with the image created by computer graphic. Sixthly, in special effect photograph C.G provided the reality for image. How we only didn't rely on C.G, but always photographed sauce. As a re compositing a photograph taken from life with C.G image reinforced the real fire.

      • 서비스 마케팅 요인이 공공 스포츠 시설 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 정기적이고 주기적으로 공공 스포츠 시설을 이용하는 이용자들이 지각하는 공공 서비스 시설에 대한 만족도 수준을 알아 보고 이에 따른 이용자 만족도간 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이에 300명의 공공 스포츠 시설 이용자들을 표집하여 설문 배부 및 회수를 실시하였으며, 설문지에 대한 선별 작업을 거쳐 총 271명의 설문지를 중심으로 연구 목적과 가설을 기준으로 통계적 분석절차를 수행하였다. 이러한 절차로 수행된 본 논문의 결과에서는 공공 스포츠 시설 이용자의 성별에 따른 공공 스포츠 시설의 마케팅 요인의 만족도 수준 분석결과 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았으며, 연령에 따른 만족도 수준을 분석한 결과 운영과정에서 25-29세 집단이 30-34세 집단에 비하여 높은 수준의 만족도를 나타내었으며, 장소입지에서는 20-24세 집단이 30-34세와 50세 이상 집단에 비하여 높은 만족도 수준을 나타냈다. 또한 촉진활동에서는 30-34세 집단이 45-50세 집단에 비하여 높은 촉진활동 만족도 수준을 나타내었다. 운동 경력에 따라 공공 스포츠 시설의 마케팅 요인의 만족도를 분석한 결과 장소입지에서 1년이내 집단이 3년-5년 집단에 비하여 높은 만족도 수준을 보여주고 있으며, 촉진활동에서는 6개월 미만 집단이 3-5년 이상 집단에 비하여 높은 수준의 만족도를 나타내고 있었다. 이용 동기에 따라 공공 스포츠 시설의 마케팅 요인의 만족도를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 이용자 만족도의 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 서비스 마케팅 요인은 촉진활동, 이용가격, 인적요소, 장소 입지, 운영과정 등의 순서로 나타났다. This study aims to investigate the users' satisfaction level based on their demographic profile and participating motivation factors, and prove the causal effect of their satisfaction with each service marketing factor to overall satisfaction level in using the public sport facilities. Total 271 samples from current users in the public sport centers were asked to the survey, and it was analyzed to investigate the research purposes. After analyzing the data through statistical process of doing descriptive analysis, MANOVA, and multiple regression analysis, the following results were came out. There was no any meaningful difference based on the users' sexuality in the satisfaction level of each service marketing factor. The result showed that the group aged between 25 and 29 were more satisfied with process factor than those between 30 and 34. Those between 20 and 24 years old were more satisfied with location factor than between 30 and 34, and over 50 years old. Also, those between 30 and 34 years old were more satisfied with promotion factor than those between 45 and 50 years old. On the basis of users' exercise experience, the group within a year experience were more satisfied with location factor than those having 3 to 5 year experience, those having under 6 month experience were more satisfied with promotion factor than those having 3 to 5 year experience. Based on the users' participating motivation factors, there was no meaningful difference in their level of satisfaction with each service marketing factor. Finally, the result of multiple regression analysis indicated that the users' satisfaction with the promotional activities of the public sport centers was the most effective factor on their overall satisfaction with the public sport centers among service marketing factors including promotion, price, human resource, location, and management process.

      • 온톨로지 추론 기반 생물 교과 검색 시스템 설계 및 구현

        사람들은 이제 HTML Tag를 통해 단순한 정보의 표현이 아닌, 찾고자 하는 정보를 정확히 찾는 것에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 ‘차세대 지능형 웹’인 시맨틱 웹이 등장하였고 현재 e-러닝 분야에서도 교육 자료를 보다 효과적으로 통합, 관리, 상호 교환하기 위한 표준안을 설정하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자에게 원하는 교과내용을 정확하고 빠르게 검색해줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 온톨로지 표준 언어인 OWL을 이용하여 초등학교 전학년 자연과 ‘생물’ 관련 단원을 중심으로 ‘생물’ 온톨로지를 구축하고 클래스, 속성, 인스턴스 간의 유기적인 관계 속에서 검색을 용이하게 한다. 또한 추론 규칙을 형성하여 온톨로지 기반의 검색 환경을 구축하며, 검색에 의해 제공 되어지는 정보들이 학습자에게 보다 이해하기 쉽게 표현되도록, 메타데이터의 요소를 선정하고, 데이터베이스화한다. Java와 데이터베이스, 온톨로지 파일 그리고 추론 규칙들 간의 유기적 관계로 말미암아 단순 키워드 매칭의 검색이 아닌 rule 기반의 추론 규칙을 적용한 보다 의미 있는 검색이 가능하게 할 수 있게 되어, 관련 단원 학습에 이용할 수 있게 하여 학습자와 교사 모두에게 학습의 도움을 주고자 한다.
