초기 청소년의 휴대폰 활용이 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 학습활동, 학교규칙, 교우관계, 교사관계를 중심으로 = The Effects of Mobile Phone Use on the Early Adolescence in School Adjustment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the actual conditions using the goal of mobile phone and school adjustment such as learning activity, keep the school rule, relationship with friend, and relationship with teacher focussing on the early adolescent`s gender differences. To accomplish this goal, there was analyzed a data of Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) that surveyed adolescents at the level of national in Korea 2011 and conducted Korea Youth Policy Institute. Participants are 1892 elementary school students (aged 12~15) and mean age was 13.95 years (SD=.24). There are male 909(48.1%) and female 983(51.9%). As results, female adolescence was using more mobile phone than male adolescence on text and calling with family and friend, taking photo, listening music, time check. However, on playing game, male adolescence was using more mobile phone than female adolescence. There was no differences on watching movie clip. Also, there was a positive effect on school adjustment with using text and call with family, but there was a negative effect on on school adjustment with using game that was especially male than female. Based on the results, some strategies have suggested how to use and teach a right way mobile phone to improve school adjustment according to the gender differences.
