대학생의 진로선택결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research proceeded to analyze the influences of college students’ job training satisfaction upon their decision of career choice. For the study, we performed an analysis through literature review and questionnaire survey together. First, in the relation job education quality satisfaction, process satisfaction and major choice motive and job values, it appeared that as for the influences of job education quality satisfaction, quality satisfaction, process satisfaction, major choice motive upon inherent values, inherent values as to the occupation got higher when job education contents are good and major choice is a personal motive. Whereas, it appeared that as for the influences of job education quality satisfaction, process satisfaction, major choice motive upon external values, external values as to occupation got higher as educational contents were higher. Second, as the results of analysis on the influences of job education quality satisfaction, process satisfaction, major choice motive upon job education satisfaction, as job education contents were better and educational facilities and class environment satisfaction were better and the personal motive of major choice were higher, career education satisfaction got higher. Third, in the relation of job values and educational satisfaction and career choice, it appeared that as for the influences of job values and educational satisfaction upon aptitude and interest, it appeared that the higher external values were, the higher aptitude and interest got, and the higher educational satisfaction was, the lower the tendency to search the job fitted for aptitude and interest got. As the results of regressive analysis on the influences of job values and educational satisfaction upon aptitude and interest, it was surveyed that as inherent values were high, students desired to the job according with the major. Whereas, as for the influences of job values and education satisfaction upon job future, as internal values of job and external values were higher and educational satisfaction was higher, students desired to search for the job of high job future prospect. And in the influences of job values and educational satisfaction upon job economic feasibility, as job values and external values and educational satisfaction were higher, students desired to search for good job economic feasibility. Based on these results of analysis, it was examined that as the satisfaction as to job education was higher, students got a positive effect also in the decision of career choice. Especially the provision of a good education service for career choice or job preparation program can contribute to college students’ efforts to explore a appropriate job and get a satisfactory job.
