청소년활동현장 실습지도자의 슈퍼비전 경험에 관한 연구 = A Study on Supervision Experience of Youth Work Practicum-Leader

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this study is to understand the supervision experience of practicum-leader as youth worker. For this purpose, 9 practicum-leaders who had the supervision experience in practical field were chosen and had in-depth interviews. They were chosen by snowball sampling which magnifies the size of cases from first sample having abundance information about main theme and the collected data was analyzed by the constant comparative method which was systematic and analytic process by Strauss and Corbin. The results of the study were summarized as follows. They were formed of 3 categories which are the systematization process of practicum guidance, growing together through practicum guidance, and upgrading quality of practicum, and each category has 2 sub-categories. The practicum-leaders had the experience of creating practicum instruction system depended on their own experiences rather than the experience of education and training process because of an absence of system and role about practicum instruction. Second, they experienced concern of shared growth of practicum-student, school, and youth agency, mentioned the importance of necessity of deepen education for professional supervision and further raising awareness of practicum. From this results, empirical data through supervision of practicum leader are offered, and improvement of the quality and management on supervision are mentioned.
