농촌지역 다문화가정 청소년의 또래관계 친밀감 경험에 관한 질적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 농촌지역 다문화가정 청소년이 또래관계 친밀감을 어떻게 경험하는가를 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 합의적 질적연구법(CQR)으로 농촌지역 중·고등학교에 재학하고 있는 다문화가정 청소년 14명을 심층면접하고 그 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 방해나 어려움, 어려움의 극복, 긍정 경험, 친밀감의 의미, 필요한 도움 5개영역과 35개의 범주가 도출되었다. 농촌지역 다문화가정 청소년은 친밀한 또래관계를 방해하는 요인인 외모 차이, 소수자로서 소외감 등 어려움을 극복하고 의미 있는 경험을 하였으며, 이들이 인식하는 또래관계 친밀감의 의미는 함께함, 잦은 접촉, 도와줌, 말이 통함, 편안함, 위로 제공, 자기를 드러냄, 믿고 의지함 등인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 함께 할 기회가 많은 농촌지역의 소규모 공동체 문화가 다문화가정 청소년의 친밀한 또래관계 형성에 도움을 주고 있음을 시사한다. 이를 바탕으로 농촌지역 다문화가정 청소년의 학교적응을 돕기 위한 교육 및 상담개입 전략에 대한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine how multicultural adolescents experienced intimacy of peer relationship The in-depth interviews using Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) of 14 multicultural adolescents attending middle and high schools in rural area were analyzed. Finally according to the analysis, 5 domains such as disturbance or difficulty, overcoming difficulties, experiencing affirmation, meaning of intimacy, necessary assistance and 35 categories were found. Multicultural adolescents in rural areas had meaningful experience through overcomming difficulties such as appearance difference, feeling of alienation as minority which disturbed the intimacy of peer relationship. Through these experiences they considered the intimacy of peer relationship as doing together, frequent contact, assistance, speaking the same language, comfort, supplying consolation, exposing oneself, believing and depending. The result of this study suggested that small community culture in rural area where they could have much opportunity to share their life helped multicultural adolescents to form the intimacy of peer relationship. Based on this result, suggestions that was a strategy of education and counselling to assist multicultural adolescents adapt to school life were proposed.
