국가수준 유치원평가 연계컨설팅에 대한 교원의 참여경험과 요구 분석 = The Analysis on Teacher``s Participation Condition and needs of Consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study was to propose implications on Teacher`s Participation condition and needs of Consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation. As for the research methodology and procedure of this study, a survey comprised of 54 questions on Teacher`s Participation condition and needs of Consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation was conducted for 527 kindergarten teachers in Korea. The study was conducted to develop a questionnaire which was to understand participation condition and needs of Consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation of subjects, and then collect the data. Then, collected data was analyzed by the frequency, percentage and two-way ANOVA test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the level of participation condition and needs of consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation of subjects showed significant differences by teacher`s career, possessing qualifications, institution types depending on understanding of consulting and consulting and training participation status, teacher`s task on the category of kindergarten evaluation, kindergarten teacher`s competency and Means of implementation. Secondly, the teacher training program on Consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation was suggested by considering the life cycle of kindergarten teachers. Third, for successful implementation of consulting connected to the National Kindergarten Evaluation, the Government and institutional supports such as the public funding, kindergarten consulting support of a separate dedicated agency, the client and the consultant`s time ensuring by the provision of public devices were suggested.
