유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 부모 참 역량, 교육공동체 인식이 교사와의 협력에 미치는 영향 = The effects of authentic parental competence and awareness of educational community on parent-teacher partnership among mothers with young children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 부모 참 역량, 교육공동체 인식이 교사와의 협력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2015년 11월 P시에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 다니는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 249명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하고 수거하였으며 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 MANOVA, 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 어머니-교사 협력의 하위요인들은 어머니와 자녀의 사회인구학적 변인 중 학력, 월소득 및 재원 기관 유형에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 부모 참 역량, 유아교육공동체 인식과 어머니-교사 협력 하위 요인 및 총점 간에는 정적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 학력, 월소득 및 기관 유형을 통제 하고 부모 참 역량과 유아교육공동체 인식이 어머니-교사 협력 하위요인에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 양육 역량은 정보 공유, 정보 추구, 성인관계 및 협력 총점에 유의한 설명변인이었으며, 사회적 역량은 성인관계 및 협력 총점에 유의한 설명력을 갖는 요인이었다. 그러나 유아교육공동체 인식은 어떤 교사와의 협력 요인에도 유의한 영향력을 보이지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과에 대해 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니와 교사 간 협력 수준을 높이기 위한 부모교육의 방법 및 앞으로의 연구와 관련하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of authentic parental competence and awareness of educational community on parent-teacher partnership among mothers with young children. The subjects consisted of 249 mothers whose children attend to kindergartens and day care centers. Data were analyzed by means of MANOVA, Pearson-correlations, and regression analysis. The results included that 1) There were significant differences in information sharing, information seeking and adult relation, sub factors of parent-teacher partnership according to maternal education, monthly income in household and the type of early childhood institutes. 2) The maternal sub factors of authentic parental competence and awareness of educational community variables were positively correlated with parent-teacher partnership. 3) The parenting competence factor of authentic parental competence was variable influencing to the information sharing, information seeking and the adult relation sub factors and total of parent-teacher partnership positively. The social competence factor had significant impacts on adult relation and total of parent-teacher partnership. It didn’t find the influences of the maternal awareness of educational community variable including partnership awareness and shared core values factors on parent-teacher partnership when maternal education, monthly income in household and the type of early childhood institutes were controlled by. The paper discussed the implications for parent program and future researches for enhancing parent-teacher partnership.
