대학생의 부모-자녀 결합 형태에 따른 자기효능감과 또래애착의 차이 = Differences in College Students' Self-Efficacy and Peer Attachment by Parental Bonding Relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학생의 부모-자녀 결합 형태를 유형화하고 이러한 유형에 따라 자기효능감과 또래애착에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울, 경기 지역의 대학생 322명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 측정도구는 Parker, Tupling, 그리고 Brown(1979)이 개발한 부모-자녀 결합 형태 검사(Parental Bonding Instrument: PBI), 김아영과 차정은(1996)이 개발한 일반적 자기효능감 척도, 그리고 Armsden과 Greenberg(1987)가 제작한 부모 및 또래 애착 척도의 개정본(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised version: IPPA-R)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 부모-자녀 결합 형태는 과보호군, 적절한 유대군, 애정 없는 통제군, 결여된 유대군으로 유형화할 수 있었다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 적절한 유대군이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 애정 없는 통제군이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 또래애착은 적절한 유대군이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 애정 없는 통제군과 과보호군이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 한국 대학생들의 부모와의 유대에 대한 지각과 이와 관련된 그들의 성장․발달을 이해하는데 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to identify natural groupings of 322 college students in Seoul and Kyong-Gi province in terms of their parental bonding relationship and to investigate the characteristics of each cluster on the basis of the students' scores on self-efficacy and peer attachment. The instruments included: (a) Parental Bonding Instrument, (b) General self-efficacy, (c) Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment. Results are as follows. First, participants were classified into four clusters: Overprotection Group, Optimal Bonding Group, Affectionless Control Group, Absent Bonding Group. Second, Optimal bonding group showed the highest self-efficacy, but Affectionless Control Group showed the lowest self-efficacy. Third, Optimal bonding group showed the highest peer attachment, but Affectionless Control Group and Overprotection Group showed the lowest peer attachment.
