초등생존수영 교육환경에 따른 강사의 인식 = Instructor's perception according to elementary survival swimming education environment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the instructor's class experience and awareness of the difference in the form of the elementary survival swimming educational environment, and improvements in the educational environment.
Methods: Six survival swimming instructors, who are conducting swimming pool and non-pool swimming instructors in regions G, C, where elementary survival swimming education is operated, were selected as research participants, and literature review and semi-structured interviews were conducted using deductive and inductive methods.
Results: First, educational program, to actively apply educational programs by recognizing educational manuals, constructing consistent programs, and combining swimming pool and non-pool classes for effective programs. Second, human resources, since there are risk factors in the field of survival swimming education, various people should cooperate for safe survival swimming education. Third, educational facilities, there were problems with the application and limitations of program contents according to the environmental conditions of survival swimming education. Fourth, teaching aid, there is difficulty in operating education due to the lack of survival swimming education teaching aid provided by the school.
Conclusion: In class experiences and perceptions of instructors according to the elementary survival swimming education environment, swimming pool and non-pool and educational environment factors were found to be educational program factors, human resources factors, educational facilities factors, and teaching aids factors. Therefore, it is necessary to study activation of the educational environment so that the essence of survival swimming education and the effective education can be actively applied by seeking a class operation system from various angles.
