부모-자녀 의사소통 및 부모감독과 청소년들의 위험 성행동 간의 구조적 관계 분석 = An Analysis of the Structural Relationships Among Parent-Child Communication, Parent Monitoring and Adolescent’s Sexual Risk Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the main factors and the pathways in which the parent-child communication and parental monitoring effect the sexual risk behaviors of the adolescents. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 601 adolescents under the age of 20 and over 14 years old in 7 area for two months. Analysis on reliability, descriptive, structural model analysis and parametric analysis was conducted using SPSS, AMOS. The results showed that parental monitoring has an indirect effect on the path to sexual risk behavior. In other words, it can be seen that sexual attitudes and subjective norms plays an important mediating role when parental monitoring affects sexual risk behavior of adolescents. Based on the results of the study, an effective parental monitoring method and a communication method between parents and children were presented to prevent adolescents from engaging in sexual risk behavior. In the field of mental health practice, an integrated approach will be needed to intervene not only in adolescent mental health but also in risky behaviors such as sexual risk behavior.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모-자녀 의사소통과 부모감독이 청소년들의 위험 성행동에 영향을 미치는 경로와 주요 요인들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 7개 지역의 만14세 이상 만 20세 미만 청소년 601명을 대상으로 두 달간 설문조사를 진행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술분석, 구조모형분석, 매개분석을 실시했다. 연구 분석결과, 부모감독이 청소년의 위험 성행동에 이르는 경로에 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부모감독이 청소년들의 위험 성행동에 영향을 미칠 때 청소년들의 성태도와 주관적 규범 및 자기효능감, 그리고 우울이 중요한 매개적 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 위험 성행동 예방을 위한 효과적인 부모감독 방법과 부모-자녀 간 의사소통 방식을 제시하였다. 정신건강 실천현장에서는 청소년의 정신건강뿐만 아니라 위험 성행동과 같은 위험 행동을 함께 개입할 수 있는 통합적 접근이 필요하겠다.
