시리어스레저의 레저스킬·레저제약·레저참여에 관한 연구 = 시리어스레저의 오지트레킹을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leisure motivation, leisure constraints, leisure skills and quality of leisure activities such as preparation time, expenditures, endurance, satisfaction in outdoor extreme trekking and to explore whether this relationship also apply to casual leisure. To achieve the goal of this study, both an investigation of the literature review and empirical study was performed. the study focused only on outdoor trekking and the subject of the study is exclusively limited on the chinese trekkers of Tibet of China. A total of 276 questionnaires were analyzed by 5-point Likert Scale. The results from this study procedure and analytic methods were as follows; At first, the variables related of knowledge, understanding of leisure condition and experience have the reliability and validity. Second, leisure constraints and leisure skills have the relationship, but the relationship of two factors need to verify what kind of direction at future study. Also leisure skills level affects the influence of leisure constraints. In other words, the higher the level of leisure skills the weaker the influence of leisure constraints. Lastly, the leisure skills have the normal direction flow relationship with the quality of leisure activities in outdoor trekking.
