유아교사의 다문화 신념 측정도구 개발 = Development of assessment tool for multicultural belief of early children's teacher

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 다문화 신념 측정도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 따라 236명의 유아교사가 5점 척도로 구성된 다문화 신념 설문지를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인 분석과 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 결과적으로 개발된 유아교사의 다문화 신념 측정도구는 다문화 이해, 다문화 민감성, 다문화 교육과정, 다문화 교실운영, 다문화 기관풍토, 지역사회, 기관, 그리고 부모 파트너십으로 구성되었다. 타당도 검증 결과 요인 부하량은 .46~.78이었으며, 누적 변량은 64.07이었다. 또한 각 항목의 신뢰도 검증 결과 각 요인 별 신뢰도 계수는 .77~.91이었고, 전체 신뢰도는 .96이었다. 따라서 유아교사의 다문화 신념 측정도구는 타당하며 신뢰도운 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop a multicultural belief assessment tool for early children teacher. 236 kindergarten and child care teachers responded a multicultural belief questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) was used to examine the validity and Cronbach a about the reliability. The questionnaire has been consist of the following six factor: multicultural understanding, multicultural sensitivity, multicultural curriculum, multicultural classroom management, multicultural organization climate, and partnership among community, organization, and parent. The validity of each factor were .46~.78 and cumulative variance was 64.07. Cronbach a of each factor was .77~.91 and Cronbach a of total items was .96. The results for this study demonstrated that the tool had validity and reliability.
