문화예술정책의 맥락에서 일상생활 속 무용의 확산: 문화복지를 실현하기 위한 무용융성의 방안 모색 = Dance in Life in the Context of Culture and Arts Policy: Flourishing of Dance for Realization of Cultural Welfare

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In regards to the direction of culture and arts policy according to the policy paradigm of flourishing culture, it seeks ``life with culture`` namely, spreading of life-oriented culture permeating everyday life. Although such policy stand is expected to have a significant effect in the change of topography in the area of dance, it is revealing its limitation due to the biased emphasis on performing arts and according arts education. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the policy and social demands resulting from culture and arts policy, as well as present a plan of social advancement of dance. In the sense that expansion of basic rights and opportunities for cultural enjoyment is being emphasized based on the Fundamental Act on Culture, this study proposed the need to pursue ``flourishing of dance`` focused on consumers for the cultural welfare realization. For the purpose of realizing flourishing of dance for cultural welfare, this study proposed following action plans. It would be necessary to first, develop and disseminate life cycle-specific customized dance contents for integrated culture and arts education; second, enhance expertise to cultivate arts instructor and culture and arts educators in the area of dance; third, establish dance expertise of culture and arts education for not only schools but also the society; fourth, vitalize local community-based community dance; and fifth, establish social contribution pro bono for social objectives for the socially disadvantaged.
