놀이치료자의 놀이성과 제한설정이 치료적 동맹에 미치는 영향 = The effect of the playfulness and limit-setting of play therapist on the therapeutic alliance

This study would be provided guidance for developing the specialty of play therapist to offer the basic raw material about the playfulness and limit-setting. It was carried out on the subject of play therapist with at least 1 year of work experience. It is following the summary of the results in relation to the question of this research. Firstly, it had the noticeable difference in the playfulness of play therapist depends on the age and case experience. Secondly, it had the noticeable difference in the limit-setting necessity of play therapist depends on the age and educational background. Although it was not the noticeable level, it was shown the tendency that the more career and supervision experiences of play therapist the average was getting higher. Thirdly, it had the noticeable difference in the therapeutic alliance depends on the period of supervision experience of play therapist. Fourthly, the therapeutic alliance had the static correlation with the whole playfulness and the recognition of limit-setting necessity, and Humor & Enjoy silliness as the lower factor of playfulness. Fifthly, the playfulness of play therapist was shown as the noticeable predictive factor in the therapeutic alliance. Sixthly, the recognition of limit-setting necessity of play therapist was shown as the noticeable predictive factor in the therapeutic alliance. Seventhly, it was not found out the major effect in the result of analyzing the mutual relation of the playfulness and the recognition of limit-setting necessity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 놀이치료자의 놀이성과 제한설정 필요성 인식이 치료의 성과를 좌우하는 치료적 동맹에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 함에 있다. 서울, 경기, 충남지역 소재의 아동상담소, 소아정신과, 복지관 및 공공기관내 상담소, 대학부설 놀이치료실에서 근무하는 1년 이상의 치료경력을 지닌 놀이치료자 92명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 놀이성은 연령과 사례 경험에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 제한설정 필요성 인식은 놀이치료자의 연령과 학력에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 유의한 차이는 아니나 놀이치료자의 경력과 슈퍼비젼 경험 기간이 늘어날수록 평균이 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 놀이치료자의 슈퍼비젼 경험에 따라 치료적 동맹에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 치료적 동맹은 놀이성 전체와 놀이성의 하위변인 중에서 유머감각 및 재미탐닉, 제한설정 필요성 인식에서 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 다섯째, 놀이치료자의 놀이성이 치료적 동맹에 유의한 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 놀이성 하위변인은 치료적 동맹에 유의한 예측변인임을 검증하지 못하였다. 일곱째, 놀이치료자의 제한설정 필요성 인식은 치료적 동맹에 유의한 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 치료적 동맹에 있어 놀이성과 제한설정 필요성 인식의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 치료적 동맹에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 놀이성과 제한설정 필요성 인식의 중요함을 보여 주였으며, 그동안 성인상담에서 주로 다루어 졌던 치료적 동맹에 대한 연구를 아동 내담자와 놀이치료자를 대상으로 하였다는데 의의가 있다.
