정신의학적 접근을 통한 학교폭력 컨설팅의 가능성 탐색

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study is to understand the psychopathology of both aggressors and victims of school-violence in terms of early psychosis and to propose school consulting model. The aggressors and victims have the substantially high risk for psychosis development. The psychological problems following the experiences of school-violence could be more important than the physical problems. The aggressors victims could suffer from fear, depression, anger, lowered self-esteem, suicidal thought, and personality changes. It propose that school-violence aggressors and victims with anxiety, depression, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, paranoid tendency should be tested and consulted individually considering school adjustment, attentional deficit, concept formation problems. The school consulting about school-violence would be classified in three form, diagnostic approach, prophylactic approach, therapeutic approach. By doing this, the detection of psychosis among the aggressors and victims is possible, and it may lead to early intervention and treatment. As a way to intervent, school consulting is appropriate. It will help not only aggressors and victims of school violence, but also teachers and parents.
