일반학교에 있어서 건강장애학생 교육과정 운영에 대한 교사인식 = Teachers` Perception On Curriculum Management for Students with Health Impairment of General schools

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to provide an aspect of how to create an independent, highly qualified, and proficient national curriculum for students with Health Impairment of general schools. In order to achieve this efficiently, the teacher’s perception on the curriculum management of students with Health Impairment of general schools is considered; creating a basic data for future groundwork. The conclusion for this study was prudently reached by distributing and collecting surveys from of general teachers and special teachers who teach students with Health Impairment in four disparate metropolitan cities and five ordinary ones. First, the instructers claimed the importance and demand on the curriculum management of students with Health Impairment, which mainly consists of five major areas: the content, management and means on the curriculum management, sufficient support, medical alliance, and handbook for teachers. Secondly, the work experience, type of class, and time of career on students with Health Impairment had a minimum effect on the perception, which was verified by statistical data. Nevertheless, distinctive gaps were displayed by the teacher’s gender and experience on related training. Therefore, this thesis implies the importance for various developments on curriculum, management on appropriate course related to health and academic skill, and adequate role for the teachers.
