진로가치 명료화 프로그램이 대학생의 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로결정 자기효능감 및진로성숙에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of the Career Values Clarification Program on College Students' Vocational Identities, Career Decision Level, Career Maturity and Career Decision Making Efficacy

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Career Values Clarification Program on college students' vocational identity, career decision level, career maturity and career decision making efficacy. The subjects used in this study were 18 college students in Daegu, Korea, who volunteered to participate in this program. These students were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=9) and a control group(n=9). Subjects who participated in the study completed four instruments in the pretest and the same four instruments in the posttest. The instruments were Identity Scale, Career Decision Scale, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form, Career Maturity Inventory. For data analysis, mean and standard deviation on pre and post- tests were calculated, and the effects were analyzed by ANCOVA. The results of the study were summarized as follows: First, the career values clarification program(CVCP) were effective on increasing the college students' vocational identities. Second, CVCP were effective on increasing the college students' career decision level. Third, CVCP were effective on increasing the level of career maturity. Finally, CVCP were not significant effects on increasing career decision making efficacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로가치 명료화 프로그램이 대학생들의 진로 정체감과 진로결정수준, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 설정한 연구가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 진로 정체감에서 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 진로결정 수준에서 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 진로결정 자기효능감에서 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다. 넷째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 진로 성숙도에서 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다. 연구대상은 D광역시에 위치한 K대학교에 재학 중인 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 하였다, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램은 총 12회기로 구성되어 있으며, 매주 1회기씩 2시간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 연구도구로는 진로정체감 척도, 진로결정 검사, 진로결정 자기효능감 척도, 진로성숙척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 사전-사후 검사의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램은 대학생의 진로 정체감을 향상시키는데 유의미한 효과를 보여주었다. 둘째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램은 대학생의 진로 결정수준을 향상시키는데 유의미한 효과를 보여주었다. 셋째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램은 대학생의 성숙도를 향상시키는데 유의미한 효과를 보여주었다. 넷째, 진로가치 명료화 프로그램은 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감의 변화에는 영향을 미치지 않았다.
