부모와의 분리-개별화와 긍정적 자아개념이 교육계열 대학생의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 -서울 소재 A 대학교를 중심으로- = The Influence of Separation-Individuation and Positive Self-Concept on Career Identity of College Students - Focus on A university in Seoul -

Given the importance of college students' career preparation, surprisingly little attention has been given to career development as an integral part of adolescent psychological development. This study investigated the relationship between separation-individuation and positive self-concept on career identity of the college students in path model. 241 4-year college students studying in education studies took the survey. The findings of the study were as follows; Firstly, the result of present study shows that there was no significant difference between gender, but their study year had a significant difference among three groups-2nd, 3rd, 4th year students. 3rd and 4th year students had higher the career identity value than 2nd year students. Secondly, separation-individuation influenced on career identity of college student with mediating positive self-concept. Positive self-concept was directly associated with career identity of college students. Finally Separation-individuation had highly influence on career identity of college students at A university in Seoul. Based on the study result, the study provided the practical and academic recommendation for future direction.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모와의 분리-개별화 정도 및 긍정적 자아개념이 대학생들의 진로정체감에 어떤 영향을 주는가에 대해서 실증적으로 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 서울 소재 A 대학교 교육계열 2-4학년 300명 대학생을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 241부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하였다. 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치분산분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육계열 대학생들의 진로정체감은 성별에 의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 교육계열 대학생들의 진로정체감은 학년별로 차이가 나타났다. 2학년 학생들보다 3, 4학년 학생들이 높은 진로정체감을 보였다. 셋째, 분리-개별화 중 부모와의 연결은 진로정체감에 영향을 미치지 못했지만 부모와의 분리정도가 클수록 학생의 진로정체감에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었으며, 긍정적 자아개념을 매개로 하여 진로정체감에 영향을 주고 있었다. 긍정적 자아개념 역시 직접적으로 진로정체감에 영향을 주고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로지도 및 진로교육을 위한 논의와 실천적, 학문적 영역에서의 시사점을 제언하였다.
