      초등학교 지식경영체제의 선행요인 및 구성요소와의 관계 연구 = Study on antecedent factors of knowledge management system in elementary school and its relationship with constituents

      The purpose of this study lies in finding out composing antecedent factors for building current elementary schools` knowledge-based management system and its constituents of knowledge management system and in forming basis of building knowledge management system in elementary schools. Therefore, in this study searching for elements, forming elementary school`s knowledge management system and its antecedent elements based on previous researches, has been carried out. After taking survey with selecting the object of 1,100 incumbent elementary school teachers, through analysis of searching factors and confirmative factors, 5 factors of skills, human relationship, culture, management reform leadership, knowledge applying, knowledge storing have been extracted as to antecedent factors of elementary school`s knowledge management. And it became known that knowledge management system was composed with 4 kinds of systems of knowledge acquisition and sharing, knowledge transfer, knowledge practicing, knowledge storing, and has its circulating process. For analysis of relationship between antecedent factors and knowledge management system, analysis of covariate structure was operated and it has shown that 5 antecedent factors all had meaningful impact on 4 kinds of knowledge management systems. Especially, measuring and management reform leadership was shown to have most impact on knowledge management system. This shows that, as positive direction in knowledge management system is activation of knowledge practicing and knowledge storing stages, when focused on measuring and management reform leadership in organization, knowledge management in school organization can be settled. Based on these results of this study, the point has been discussed that it can help establish toward school management system for more effective school management in current elementary schools.
